SyncManager: Unexpected application error occurred [16389]; (null).

My SyncManager add-in stopped working. It was working fine for weeks, then I started getting the above message.
I tried deleting the GridMagic app from the BB and reinstalling it, same error.
I'm running:
PC SyncManager from Simprit v3.3
BB GridMagic v3.3.0.201
BB Platform 5.1.0.112
BB App version 5.0.0.405 (645)
John

I've have found the problem.  There was a program that came with gridmagic that was to be run on the desk top.  Look for it.  The name is "gridmagic_setup217504.exe".  You open the desk top with out the BB being hooked up then run theist program.  You will be able to transfer the spread sheets to your computer then email them.

  • Unexpected Application Error Occurred [16389]: (null)

    Good day all,
I recently started to get an error when trying to sync my phone with Outlook 2007. It was working fine until a week ago. When I hook up my phone to the USB or even Blue Tooth it starts to sync and then stops and a window titled Intelligences opens with a message that says, " Unknown error reported." I click OK and another one opens titled SyncManager and it says, "Unexpected Application Error Occurred [16389]: (null)" I have uninstalled the manager downloaded the latest one and installed it just to get the same errors. Anyone out there have any answers or suggestions???

    hello,
it is a problem with the Intellisync installation. I don't know how to solve your issue (I am lucky all works fine for me), but many people already have had issues with intellisync. You can use the search form in the upper left corner of this page to look for intellisync discussions.
I know it's always disappointing to buy a device, and things do go smoothly. I hope you'll find answers fast.
    HTH.

  • HTTP 500 internal Server ERROR, Application error occurred ...

    Hello Friends,<br/>
i'm facing a suspictious problem and hope, one of you can help me. When i try to connect to J2EE-Startpage http://<server>:50000 or http://<server>:8000 i get the following Error<br/><br/>

    What happened before:<br/>
I applied the J2EE-Part of EHP4 Upgrade with JSPM to the Java-Stack. Deployment has finished without any errors.<br/>
    <br/>
    Situation:<br/>
Java-Stack is running and connected per SAPJSF to ABAP-Stack. Processes in SAPMMC are green. Java-Stack is allocating it's memory (about 1.5 GB) as i can see in Taskmanager and sysinternal`s processxplorer. I set Java-Parameter corresponding to note 723909 (696410, 716604) and upgraded JDK to latest version (1.4.2_26). Starting and stopping the Java-Stack with transaction SMICM works as it should. Even the Webservices for 3'rd Party-Applications supplied by the java-stack are working. Deployed Components in Service "Deploy" in VisualAdmin -> Server_0 are OK and connection to DB is up. Reboot of server doesn't help in this case. Anything seem's to be fine except i'm not able to access J2EE-Applications per Webbrowser, not on the werver itself by using localhost, nor by using fqdn on my client workstation. System: w2K3 x32Bit, MaxDB 7.7.07 Build 16, SUN JDK 1.4.2_26<br/>

    Hi Shitij,
thank you very much for your advice and sorry for beeing so late.<br/>
You're absolutely right. there are some error's i've to look for. <br/>
The confusing thing is, that the tracefiles DefaultTrace.&lt;NO&gt;.trc are filled up in about 5 seconds with 10 MB Stuff. In our productive Environment, this is not the case. Below, i attached the last lines from DefaultTrace.1.trc where i tried to connect to the webaccess. By the Way, there's an DB-connect error, even  though there are some SAPEC6DB sessions in DBM-Gui. Probably i've to raise up the numbers of maximum connections in VisualAdmin.DB-session  usage in DMB-gui is 53%. I will post DM-Connection error from DefaultTrace.&lt;NO&gt; in next Post.

  • Ever since I downloaded FF's v6, everytime I go to YouTube and open a video, I get an error message that says: "[Java Script Application] Error: Div is null" How do I fix this problem?

If I go to YouTube, no matter what video I click on to watch, the error message "[Java Script Application] Error: Div is null" pops up. It started happening right after I updated to FF v6. I also have installed the latest version of Java. I submitted this question a few weeks ago, but never received a reply.
Thanks for any help you can provide to fix this.

  • SQL SERVER 2012 Installed to SMB share Error 59 (An unexpected network error occurred)

I have installed SQL 2012 on a clustered file share. When I try to add space to extend the log file for a database I get the following error
    Msg 5149, Level 16, State 3, Line 1
MODIFY FILE encountered operating system error 59(An unexpected network error occurred.) while attempting to expand the physical file '\\server\share\path to ldf file.ldf'
The SQL service is running under a local domain account that does not have administrator rights to the system.  The service account does have full disk and share permissions and the service starts without any problems.  I have applied all the cluster
hotfixes and all the current Windows Updates.  If I log into the system as the SQL service domain user account I can access the share and have full rights to it.
    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks,

The LDF file is 16 GB
Free space on the drive is 62 GB
Expansion is set to 10 percent
I have several instances on this cluster, some are installed to drive letters and others to the clustered file share.  The error only occurs on the SQL 2012 instances that are installed to the clustered file share.
I installed them to the clustered file share because I am running out of drive letters in the cluster.

  • The document could not be saved. an unexpected network error occurred

I have several users on a terminal server that access a PDF from a file server. This PDF has many fillable fields like Name: with an empty text box next to it.
Sometimes when the users open this PDF everything is missing except the fillable text fields. If they try to save the file they get the error in the subject of this ticket:
the document could not be saved. an unexpected network error occurred
Obviously, this sounds like a networking error, but 2 things.
    1) The terminal server and the file server on both virtual servers on the same host, using the same SAN. Very unlikely to have a networking error.
    2) This doesn't happen to every, it seems to be only affecting 3 of about 25 right now, and it is not all the time.
Any thoughts? I have checked to see if there were any hidden lock files, but that wasn't it. Google-fu turned up nothing.
    Thanks for your help

    Hey jdorimoto,
Could be please confirm if you are using Adobe Reader or Acrobat (what version) to open a PDF form.
What version of OS are you using?
Try saving the form to any other location with administrative privileges and then check.
    Hope to get your response.

  • Application errors occured in ccBPM not restartable?

    hello experts,
We are using ccBPM for some of the integration scenarios and synchronously posting data to SAP R/3. When an BAPI returns an application error code (e.g. material locked by an user), we are unable to restart these messages from SXMB_MONI hence we have to manually edit and retransfer XML files. This is very cumbersome and error prone. We have informed the implementation partner but they are saying that application specific errors can not be restarted.
We have gone through the documentation http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/ea/2f053d39177608e10000000a114084/content.htm and it says :
    "Application error (restart possible)
An application error occurred during message processing. For asynchronous processing, this status only occurs in the receiver system; for synchronous processing, it occurs in all systems involved."
We have also gone through the blog /people/shabarish.vijayakumar/blog/2006/11/02/fault-message-types--a-demo-part-1 by Shabarish Vijayakumar. We want the same result but we are using ccBPM send step to invoke a standard BAPI via RFC adapter instead of using ABAP server proxy.
Can someone please help us out? users are complaining the old R/3 LSWM uploads were much more feature rich & user friendly
    thanks & regards,
    Harsha.

    Hi Uri,
thanks for the suggestion. I would assume this will require changes in the BPM. Why cant we simply catch the BAPI return code 'E' and mark the message as an application error, which is restartable?
This is a  very basic requirement and I am sure there must be a way of achieving what we want but I don't have enough knowledge on XI to do it.
Is there any place we can find a how-to guide?
    thanks & regards,
    Harsha.

    Thanks

    Hi Luksharp
Is it happening only for Iphones or is it for all types of phones as well ?
What version of Exchange server you are running ?
Are you experiencing this issue after any recent upgrade or changes in CAS server ?
Just check the sync state policy refer below article
    http://blog.chrislehr.com/2012/02/difference-in-policy-versions.html
Looks like Sync State Policy is loaded for user's mailbox from latest version of CAS server and it was contacted the lower version of CAS for mailbox access.
Just ensure all of your CAS servers are up to date with all mailbox and hub in correct versions.
