Problem: Error Message = Cannot load SyncUICoreLocalized.dll
Circumstances: Connect iPhone to computer; iTunes opens; Sync begins, Step 1, Step 2 ...
   Then problem: message reverts to "Preparing to Sync", Step 3 hangs, above error message appears
Could be associated with upgrade to iTunes 11.1.4.62 ???
Steps:   Ran iTunes Diagnostics. All reported "OK." Restarted computer. Repeated above steps = same failure.
Solutions ? ? ?
Computer is running iTunes 11.1.4.62 (latest)
Computer OS = Windows 7 Professional, 64-bit
iPhone = 4S, OS 6.1.3 (10B329)

Here is the advice Adobe finally gave me:
Create a test PDF and attempt to reproduce the issue to verify that it
is not a file specific issue.
To create a test PDF file:
1. Open the Printers and Faxes Control Panel from the Start Menu.
2. Right-click on Adobe PDF and select Properties.
3. Select Print Test Page and save the PDF to the Desktop.
If the issue does not occur, then there is an issue with the original
file. You will either need to troubleshoot the content of the file or
try to recreate it.
If the issue persists with the test file, then it is possible that the
Acrobat preferences have become damaged. Reset the Acrobat
preferences and then attempt to reproduce the issue.
To reset the Acrobat preferences:
1. Exit all instances of Acrobat.
2. On the keyboard, hold down the Windows logo key and tap the #R#
key. This will open the Run dialog box.
3. Copy the following text into the Open field and press the OK
button:
%Appdata%\Adobe
4. Rename the #Acrobat# folder to #Acrobat old#.
5. On the keyboard, hold down the Windows logo key and tap the #R#
key.
6. Copy the following text into the Open field and press the OK
button:
regedit
7. Right-click on My Computer, select Export and then save the file
as #Registry Backup# to the Desktop. This creates a backup of the
registry.
8. Browse to: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat.
9. Right-click on the 8.0 folder and select Rename.
10. Change the name from 8.0 to 8.0 old.
11. Close the Registry Editor.
12. Launch the Acrobat application and attempt to reproduce the
issue. Acrobat creates new preference directories.
I implemented their suggestions, however the registry key of HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat that they gave me was incorrect as ours is: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\PDFMaker\8.0
I went ahead and renamed it to 8.0.old as instructed so time will tell if the Acrobat Cannot Load It's Core Dll error message goes away.

Applemobiledevicehelper.exe & syncUICoreLocalized.DLL load failure. Malware

iTunes 7.7 is essentially malware.
Applemobiledevicehelper.exe attempts to load the SyncUICoreLocalized.dll but fails every time. I even configured iTunes to not look for mobile devices or anything else connected to the computer, still pops up with a box that says 'SyncUICoreLocalized.dll failed to load' which is tied to the applemobiledevicehelper.exe because when you open the task manager and follow the process, it takes you to one of the 50-100 instances of applemobiledevicehelper.exe that have opened up trying to find that library.
That ultimately ends up crippling the computer if you don't MANUALLY kill them all. (simply killing iTunes doesn't kill them which is sloppy coding in itself)
Is there a fix planned for this SOON or is there a place to get refunds for all music purchased since it's essentially unplayable because of APPLE'S poor coding and insistence on having 90 helper processes for what should be a simple media player.

I know it says its for Vista, but that SupportSoft program could also be on an XP system.
SupportSoft is a program where Comcast & other ISP providers can look into your PC to give remote troubleshooting support. Apparently it conflicts with Apple software. Or Apple conflicts with it.
But assuming you use itunes more than SupportSoft, I'd try disabling SupportSoft.

I'm having trouble syncing my iPhone 4. I get an error message that says: Resource Not Found, Unable to load SyncUICoreLocalized.dll. This is preventing me from transferring my information from my old phone to my new iPhone 5c. Can anyone help me??? A simple restart of the computer did not solve the problem.

I'm guessing you chose No to the install question about using Cache Connect to Oracle? This would cause certain libraries not to be installed at install time, specifically libraries that would enable you to use TimesTen Cache Connect to cache data from Oracle tables.
The table "v$version" that you use in your select
select * from v$version
only exists on an Oracle RDBMS. It doesn't exist on TimesTen. Moreover the second viewlet you refer to is about using the TimesTen Cache Connect feature to cache tables from Oracle RDBMS. If you're not interested in using Oracle RDBMS, as you say, it would be my assumption that you're also not interested in using the TimesTen Cache Connect feature? So I'm a little confused here about your intentions. Are you interested in using TimesTen as a standalone datastore, or do you want to use it to cache data from tables located in an Oracle RDBMS?

Cannot Connect to Oracle, PHP cannot load oci dlls

I have installed wamp on windows server, and oracle 9, When I try to connect to oracle in php I get:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function oci_connect() in C:\wamp\www\project2\index.php on line 3
Also when I start wamp, it cannot load the oci dlls found on:
C:\wamp\bin\php\php5.3.0\ext
I have configured the php.ini file and commented as much options

You may have to follow the slightly more detailed steps in whichever of these two applies to you.

Rebooting into safe mode may be needed to delete any folder the instructions say you should remove. You may also find this Microsoft Fixit helps to remove stubborn components. It has taken some people several attempts to completely clean iTunes and supporting software before they have been able to successfully reinstall it.

Error Opening After Effects CS3 - cannot load AERes1.dll

Hello,
When I try to open After effects I get this Error "cannot load AERes1.DLL"
I tried to reinstall after effects and it didnt dfix the problem.
I uninstalled the entire Master collection CS3 and reinstalled and the problem didnt solve.
I could open After Effects in the past.
Any suggestions?

OK so this is how I solved the problem if anyone encounter it ever again...
Uninstalling and reinstalling the CS3 won't help.
The problem happens probably because of quicktime installed prior to the CS3 updates. I didnt try to remove quicktime. I formatted my PC and luckly I had an image of my c: drive from the time I installed the cs3 and prior to the time I installed Quicktime. So I made all Adobe Cs3 updates first and only than installed Quicktime.
Now After Effects works.
If anyone finds a way to solve this without formatting c: drive, let me know.

I keep getting an error message when I attempt to print: "Cannot load library LXBCPRP.DLL", but only from within Firefox.

Within Firefox and websites visited within Firefox, whenever I try to print using my Lexmark Z605 printer, the error message "Cannot load library LXBCPRP.DLL, using default '' appears. The printer works fine from other programs and indeed worked fine from within versions of Firefox before 4.0.1, and I have even updated drivers from Lexmark, but the problem persists.

Thanks for your time, but I maintain my position. There has been no problem with my printer from purchase (5+ years ago) until Firefox 4, in particular no problem with Firefox 3.x. I have no problem with ANY other applications I use now and have run through them all to check.
Firefox 4.0.1 remains the prime suspect, but I am willing to try any fix that the wonderful members of Firefox community may care to suggest.

Cannot Load OCI.Dll

I just installed the 64-bit version of 11g Release 1 (11.1.0.6) on a server that is running 64-bit Windows 2003 Server.
The installation was successful and I checked using SQL Plus. I am able to log and execute queries. I am also able connect using SQL Developer.
However, when I tried to use SQL Navigator (version 6.1) or Toad 10.0, I get an error message "... Cannot load OCI.DLL".
When I tried to install another COTS product, it complains that it was unable to find Oracle Client and/or Oracle OLE Objects.
I was trying both the tasks on the server itself.
Any ideas on how I can resolve the issues?
