SYSFAIL: R3AI_DNL_CUST_BASIS

Question

Hi,
When i start the initial load of any object (ex: DNL_CUST_BASIS) from T.Code: R3AS, I can see the Running Status in T.Code: R3AM1. When i chk in T.Code: SMQ1 in CRM, it is showing the below error:
Function Module: CRS_FIRST_DOWNLOAD_TRIGGER
Queue Name: R3AI_DNL_CUST_BASIS
Status: SYSFAIL
When i click on status, the msg is "The Current application triggered a termination with a short dump".
i chk in T.Code: ST22,
Error msg: No External System (such as CRM) Connected
Program: SAPLCRM0 in CRM_FIRST_CALL_OPERATIONS
Main Prg: SAPMSSY1
Include: LCRM0U68
Line: 75
MsgClass: c_
MsgNo.: 50
Pls help in solving this...

Hi,
For this type of error, "No external system (such as CRM) connected" kindly check if you have maintained the logical system correctly for the R/3 and CRM on the R/3 and CRM side. Check the table CRMRFCPAR on R/3 side and also check the table CRMSUBTAB.
The entries should be in the following basis:
MANDT CONSUMER     OBJNAME         RFCDEST       DOWN
      CRM                  *                       YourRFCDes    * (All Load Types)
Apart from these kindly if you have all the entries in following tables and transactions:
RFCs - SM59
Partner profiles - WE20
Tables CRMCONSUM and CRMRFCPAR
SMQS and SMQR
SMOEAC
R3AC4
