System allowing COR6N after TECO

Dear experts,
                Even after doing TECO of process order, system is allowing me to cancel and redo confirmation in COR6N. Order status is also getting updated as per cancellation and re-confirmation(even though it is having TECO status). Is it a SAP standard or i am doing some mistake??
Plz suggest....

Hi,
            TECO status is only for logically closing the order where of the fields in the order are displayed but cannot be changed.
If You did TECO system will do the following actions:
1. The order is not relevant for MRP planning
2.  Reservations are deleted
3. Capacity requirements are deleted
4.  Purchase requisitions for external operations or non-stock materials are deleted
AfterTECO also we can  make postings for the order, material withdrawal or a confirmation can be posted if  not done previously.

    You should go to transaction BS22, then click on status I0045
    After that change RMRU, RMWA and RMWF from Allowed to Forbidd.
    The problem will be solved.

              In our company the user deleted the purchase order after done GRN and made payment.
    The question is how the system allowed to do it?
    i checked the system message to stopit but i couldn't found it.so could anyone let me know is there configure need to do or any user exit need to activate?

    06 115 is only pulled when received quantity is unequal to invoiced quantity. if both are equal, then the PO can be deleted.
    ...... and this is designed this way.
    A deletion is just part of the life cycle of a purchase order, and it is just a required step in the preparation for archiving.
    So you cannot prevent it except by a user exit, but this one will as well stop you from archiving later on, (except you code it in a way that you allow deletion if it is carried out by traxaction e.g. SARA )

Previously (possibly before upgrade to ECC 6) this was not possible.Is there any configuration available to change this behavior, or  is it a standard SAP in ECC 6, or if there are unapplied OSS notes that would fix the issue.
    I checked transaction code OMBZ and the movement type 102, 106, 122, and 162 do not have a check on them.
    Is there another way of preventing the Goods Receipts to be reversed after invoices have been posted and cleared?

    Project been TECOed by user status. After TECO it is allowing to do the postings.
    I have checked staus profile which has created against user status TECO for below business transaction Forbiddon is ticked.
    FI: Postings, FI: Statistical postings,Goods Movement,Goods receipt for purch. order,Material purchase order,Material purchase requisition,Revoke technical completion

    yes it'll allow u to create PO , GR ..etc.
    Because its flagged for deletion means , its nothing but u have marked for deletion. only marking jus lik u have noted that has to be deleted from system.
    But by doing MM06 it 'll not get change. So u have to archivation .

    Product costing flow,
    CK11N (Product cost estimate)->CK24(Marking)->CK24(Release). Once release is done system updates the std cost in the material master. Here system considers BOM, Routing, Costing Sheet to calculate the cost.
    How it needs to be costed and where data needs to be taken is through "Costing Variant" which inturn has "Valuation Variant".
    Order Costing flow,
    CO01(Order Create & release)->CO11N(Confirmation & Goods Movement)->CO02(TECO)>KGI2(Overhead calcuation)->KKS2(Variance Calculation)--->KO88(Settlement).
    Here when the order is created system calculates the planned cost based on the "Target cost version" defination. Here you can define which would be the base for calculating the target cost and actual cost.
    Incase if the target cost is defined as current Std cost then system takes the data from CK11N run for that material from the current period to calculate the planned cost for the order, and based on the actual data of cost (Good movement/confirmation/overheads) system calculates the delta. This delta cost gets settled to the price difference account and thereby balance order cost become zero

    This is a Standard feature of SAP.
    Create the user status and assign to the order type. In that you can create the user status TECO and forbid the CNF status. So if you activate your user status TECO to your order it will stop the confirmation.
    You can control this using transaction BS22,
    Select status I0045 TECO Technically completed, double click on this value and then select the radio button for 
    RMPH Partially confirm order
    RMPO Partially confirm operation
    RMRP Incoming invoice
    RMRU Confirm order
    RMWA Goods Movement
    RMWF Goods receipt for prodn. order
    RMWI Inventory difference
    RMWL Goods issue delivery
    SDGI Post goods issue
    and select Forbidden to Disallow the above functions, save it. With this you can restrict GI/GR/Conf. for the Orders.
    But these settings are at Client level, so please be careful.
    Alternative method is Check with this user exit, CONFPP01.
    This will help you to meet the requirement, with the help of your ABAP consultant you can achieve this by activating this user Exit. The system will throw an error message if you try to confirm an order which has the TECO status.

    I think it is possible. Create a specific user status that will be activated by setting system status TECO. Also create a specific status profile if necessary containg the user status and link it to the proper order type. For the user status you can disallow business transaction "goods movement".  Beware: all goods movement transactions are blocked!

  • System hungs up after an upgrade (because of the virtualbox ?)

    I just update my system's virtualbox to the newest version.
    After the upgrade I found my system hungs up after an random period of running...
    anybody knows what happened ?

  • Restricting Goods Movement after TECO in PP

    Hi All,
    I want to restrict logistical movements after TECO status in Production Order.  After searching all the threads in this forum, the best answer so far is to maintain the system status characteristics via t-code BS22.
    My question is, does changing TECO behavior via BS22 impact any other modules such as CS or SD?  BS22 seems to be the t-code to control all system statuses in SAP.
    Please help to shine some light on this matter.

    yes it will definetly impact other module, then best way is create an user status of the order as TECO which will forbid the goods movement once this status has been activated.

    How or where can i check the user not allowed to do unteco (IW32 Order->Function ->Cancel technical Completion) which is the status already TECO. means once the status in IW32 is TECO. user do not akl

    Authority check is executed via authorization object I_VORG_ORD "PM: Business Operation for Orders"
    the authorization fields are AUFART "Order type" and BETRVORG "Business transaction"
    To find the correct "Business transaction" look via transactions BS23 "Display system status" - look for TECO (I0045) and perform a where used search you should find a list of processes that set and delete the status.

    1) If we TECO any production order , till then we are  able to do Confirmation for the same Production order.
    What is the Idea behind allowing confirmation / goods movement even after TECO .
    2) Can we settle the production order  without doing TECO to the same ?

    You can do that in BS22 tcode
    Select SysID I0045 TECO,doube click
    then select RMRU Confirm order- set Forbidden

    I recently installed Mountain Lion. Over the last couple of weeks I have noticed a significant operating system (10.8.2) slow down after printing with my Epson R3000 printer. This happens after every printing session. When I say slow-down I mean significant delays and dreading "beachballs" when opening applications, selecting menu items or anything else I should choose to do. I'm left with re-starting the computer to get going normally again.After re-atarting I have gone to "verify permissions" and I get approx "5" pages of permission errors, all associated with the printer library in some fashion or another. I then repair all those permissions and re-start my MacPro. The operating system then works as normal and I can use the computer with no problems (until I start printing again). I mainly use the computer for photo editing with Adobe Photoshop CS6, Adobe Lightroom 4 and Aperture 3.2.
    I did not have this problem before upgrading to Mountain Lion (and then to 10.8.2). I did not get "significant" permission errors before upgrading. Since all printer drivers for this printer are handled now by Apple via the "new" Software Update process I can't even re-download the Epson printer driver and start over. I'm completely at a loss as to what, associated with the printer function, is causing these "significant" permission errors and subsequent operating system slow down. My printer is almost brand new and was working flawlessly before Mountain Lion. Let me be clear though, I can print fine. My problem is the system slow down after using the print function which I am only guessing has something to do with the "5" pages of permission errors after printting photos (with CS6/Lightroom/Aperture).
    Incidently, I am not in any way a computer expert. Verifying and repairing permissions is about all I know how to do that's why I need help. I also just thought I would try the forums first before going to technical support to see what people thought about this.
    Again, I repair the permission errors, re-start my system and all is fine. Any further suggestions would be deeply appreciated.

    When you see a beachball cursor or the slowness is especially bad, note the exact time: hour, minute, second.  
    These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
    Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
    ☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
    ☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
    ☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
    The title of the Console window should be All Messages. If it isn't, select
              SYSTEM LOG QUERIES ▹ All Messages
    from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select
              View ▹ Show Log List
    from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
    Each message in the log begins with the date and time when it was entered. Scroll back to the time you noted above.
    Select the messages entered from then until the end of the episode, or until they start to repeat, whichever comes first.
    Copy the messages to the Clipboard by pressing the key combination command-C. Paste into a reply to this message by pressing command-V.
    The log contains a vast amount of information, almost all of it useless for solving any particular problem. When posting a log extract, be selective. A few dozen lines are almost always more than enough.
    Please don't indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into this discussion.

    We are trying to execute multiple commands via "Operating System Command Before/After Message Processing".
    When we use single command say for example cp or mv (copy or move) the commands get executed fine.
    eg: cp %F /var/opt/data/outbound/Test/Dummy.txt 
    /this works fine/
    when we club commands together or try to redirect the outputs of commands, none of the commands get executed.
    eg:
    cp %F /var/opt/data/outbound/Test/Dummy.txt ; rm %F
    or
    wc -l %F > /var/opt/data/outbound/Test/Dummy.txt
    Is it possible to execute multiple commands or redirect the output  of commands without using a shell script? The PI server we are working on iis hosted on UNIX environment.

    instead of semicolon try this
    (1) &
    command1 & command2
    Execute Command1 and then execute Command2
    (2) &&
    command1 && command2
    Runs the command2 only when command1 doesn't Complete successfully
    (3) ||
    command1 || command2
    Runs the second command if the first command had an error
    (4) ()
    (command1 || command2) || (command3 & command4)
    Defines the order in which commands are to be executed
