System audit trail for FBL5N and Mass Change use

Hello,
My client carried out the foll actions yesterday.
Called TCode FBL5N using a range of customers
When the line items were displayed, they selected some of them and then went into Environment - Mass Change - New Values
Here they input a new value to the Dunning Block field.
Then they saved it and came out.
Later they realized that they should not have made the changes to some of the records. Unfortunately, now they dont remember either the customer range for which they had run FBL5N or the line items which they had changed.
So, the question is: is there any way by studying the audit trail or system history, one can find out which are the documents/line items that were changed yesterday within a specific time frame using TCode FBL5N and then Mass Change?
Please see if you can provide some input.

It must have been kept to "All"
From future, all your transactions will have security audit log.
If you want to see the system log, then visit SM21.

You can find SAP audit toolbox via transaction SECR.
Audit logs may have following meaning:
The Security Audit Log is a tool designed for auditors who need to take a detailed look at what occurs in the SAP System. By activating the audit log, you keep a record of those activities you consider relevant for auditing. You can then access this information for evaluation in the form of an audit analysis report.
The audit log's main objective is to record:
u2022 Security-related changes to the SAP System environment (for example, changes to user master records)
u2022 Information that provides a higher level of transparency (for example, successful and unsuccessful logon attempts)
u2022 Information that enables the reconstruction of a series of events (for example, successful or unsuccessful transaction starts)
Specifically, you can record the following information in the Security Audit Log:
u2022 Successful and unsuccessful dialog logon attempts
u2022 Successful and unsuccessful RFC logon attempts
u2022 RFC calls to function modules
u2022 Successful and unsuccessful transaction starts
u2022 Successful and unsuccessful report starts

Audit Trail vs Audit Trail for Assignments for e-Recruiting

Hi,
We are using e-Recruiting on EHP3 sp05 so the administrator still has the BSP interface. On here there are two links one for Audit Trail and another for Audit Trail for Assignments. We can find data under Audit Trail (every time a status change activity is run it updates the audit trail), however we cannot find anything under Audit Trail for Assignments. Does anyone know what this is for and how you get this populated?

The recruiting administrator can use the iView "Access Audit Trails" to get access to the Audit Trail of a candidate profile. The recruiting administrator can then search for candidates and call an overview of the data of the different profile versions. In addition to the profile versions, the recruiting administrator can also display the candidates' assignments that were derived from the search result
Procedure
       1.      In the services of your work overview, choose Access Audit Trails under Transaction Data Management.
       2.      Specify selection criteria such as the first and last name and e-mail address of the candidates for whom you want to view the audit trails and then choose Search. The system displays a list with the search results. If audit trails exist for a candidate, the system displays a link to each of them in the corresponding columns of the list.
       3.      Double-click an entry in these columns to open the relevant audit trail. The system displays a list with all versions of the audit trail.
       4.      Select a version by clicking it. The system displays the Data Overview of Candidate or the Data Overview of Assignment.

If you lost sounds for keyboard clicks, games or other apps, email notifications and other notifications, system sounds may have been muted.
System sounds can be muted and controlled two different ways. The screen lock rotation can be controlled in the same manner as well.
Settings>General>Use Side Switch to: Mute System sounds. If this option is selected, the switch on the side of the iPad above the volume rocker will mute system sounds.
If you choose Lock Screen Rotation, then the switch locks the screen. If the screen is locked, you will see a lock icon in the upper right corner next to the battery indicator gauge.
If you have the side switch set to lock screen rotation then the system sound control is in the control center if you are running iOS 7. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to get to control center . Tap on the bell icon and system sounds will return.
If you are running iOS 5 or iOS 6, the system sound control is in the task bar at the bottom. Double tap the home button and swipe all the way to the right in the task bar to get to the speaker icon on the left side. Tap on that and the sounds will return.
If you have the side switch set to mute system sounds, then the screen lock can be accessed in the same manner as described above.

Thank you for the reply.
You were correct that deleting the app and reinstalling it was the only thing to make it work but unfortunately I lost all the documents I made, even though they were backed up to iCloud before i deleted the app. At the same time as deleting pages I had to delete keynote and numbers too, so I've lost all the documents in them too.
The mb of data which was assigned to each programme in iCloud has reduced, so. I guess they are gone for good. Is there any other way to reaccess them?
Not your fault but I am a bit fed up the the iPad. I have lost work that I've done and have no other copy apart from what was in iCloud, as I don't have a printer and couldn't email them too myself as I couldn't get into the programme and i've also got episodes of tv series I purchased that I can't download and albums that are half downloaded with songs missing, so I feel a bit swindled out of time and money and am going back to DVD , pen and paper and CDs .
Instead of using iCloud I guess the only way to make sure I don't loose any more documents it to email them to myself each time I save them on the iPad. Is there anything else you could suggest please?
I don't have any other apple products apart from iPods, so I can't access the iCloud on anything else can I?

You can either use Office for Mac 2011 or use Boot Camp to run Windows or use a VM, such as Parallels Desktop to run Windows. Running Windows, you'd be able to use MS Office for Windows.

It depends on how you installed it. You have to shutdown the MySQL service first. If you used the standard, but obsolete Startup Item, you can do that with the Startup Item. If you created a launchd script, you can do it with launchctl. Once MySQL is no longer running, you can delete the Startup Item or launchd script and the rest of MySQL.

Copying and Mass Changing of Legal Controls on Material Masters

I have just set up in our DEV system, the Legal controls on the Material Master . . . The Legal Regulation, the Export control class and the Grouping. We do not have Foreign Trade turned on, but we wanted a place to store this information . . . to help when documents are generated.   My question(s) now are, when our users create Material Masters in most cases they create in reference to another material. I tried this with what I set up, and it will not copy those fields . . . is there a way it can copy . . .something in configuration that will allow this? And, also our users require a large amount of data to be changed sometimes and these fields possibly fall into that requirement, and I was looking for a way to Mass Change, but I am not able find those fields on the available Mass Change tables . . . I believe I need MAEX . . . Is there a way to Mass Change?

Hello Diane,
There are two things, which have to be done :
-The first thing of course is, that for the fields involved the field :
"Propose Field Content from the Reference" must be set in transaction OMSR.
- The second is, that the user have to enter this screen, because if she/he don't display this screen, then it is technically not possible to copy the reference values.

Copy Project and Mass Change

hi experts,
When I copy a project from another operative project with list of material (external), the plant (in the material component) tab is also copied over to the new project. Is there any way that I could change this plant assignment for each material - it is greyed out in my system.
Additional information:
1. All of these material are Non-Stock (so Plant is irrelevant)
2. Procurement type = third party procurement (PFS)

It is not possible to change the plant while copying or with mass change function.
Alternatively you can copy all the WBS elements and activities without materials. Set a subsitiution rule to change the Plant at network level.

User Audit Trail for a custom table.

Hello all. I need to know the correct and accurate way to user audit for a custom table. To elaborate further, I have a table catering to sanctioned strength of employees in a particular Cost Center, the entries have been deleted all together by someone, and I need to know the way to recover the data and to identify the user in question. Note, I have used STAT and have foundno results, and standard user audit trail are turned off.
Any help or push in the right direction would be highly appreciated.
P.S: any additional technical details on the table structure can be provided for further analysis if needed.

Try to add your custom table and table fields in the below views
V_T585A
V_T585B
V_T585C
After doing this your custom table changes gets stored in the pcl4 document . If the custom table is master data table then from the standard Audit trail report you can see the logged changes in custom table also by providing the custom infotype number.

Actually I want to explain you my situation fully. As my application is going to use LDAP server for authentication and single user database id to connect and perform all operations so this approach will not work. Sorry I should have mentioned LDAP while posting this query.Thanks for ur replies.

Simulair report for FBL5N and FBL1N for new general ledger on segment level

We are working with segments in new G/L ledger. We want to run a open item report where we can combine customers and vendors by segment. The vendors and customers are linked in the master data. In the "old" reports FBL5N and FBL1N you can do this but not by segment.I found the following report on segment level:
- S_PCO_36000218 - Receivables: Segment
- S_PCO_36000219 - Payables: Segment
What I'm missing is to run 1 report for Customers and vendors. What I'm missing to is that there are only some fields available on line item level. (I like to have invoice number, documentype,.......)
Is there a standard report for this in new genaral leger?
Is it possible to ad additional field to th list viewer.

What is this user license type? All financial transactions need professional license.

if i got you right,, you can make two queries one for the current month and one for the previous month, thats will give you two measures , Q1.current_month and Q2.previous_month
substarct them to get the month change
and you can use merge dimensions for any dimensions
