System code 1, error 43. English text was "Expected an object Stream"

All,
I have been working on the same form for several weeks (In Livecycle 8.0). Today when I went to open it, I get the error message "Library returned system code 1, error 43. English text was "Expected an object Stream" " and the only option I have is to say okay, and the windows closes.
Background:
The Original Form was a MS Word Document that I converted to a pdf, and use Livecycle 8.0 to add drop down menus, fields etc. to it.
We have been using the form in reader for days, (testing it) and it still works fine in adobe reader, we can still open it without any problems.
However I needed to add more options to my drop down menu's and when I attempt to open the pdf file in Livecycle, all of sudden I get this error, system code 1, error 43.
I have googled, it a didnt find any help, and I have looked / searched the knowledge base with no luck.

hi,
you are getting a collection of serializable objects and not remote objects. the narow method has to be applied only for remote objects (actually it is the stub that will be received on the client side).
so you modify your code as,
Collection a = home.findAllCountries(); Iterator i = a.iterator(); while (i.hasNext()) {    Object obj = i.next();    Country country = (Country)obj;
this will definitely solve the problem.

modify <internal table > from <work area> transporting <fields>.

Im getting the below error , actually recently i created my own custom table zstudent, later i wrote select query to fetch data from the same and dump at internal table and then bind this to the table node.
But im getting below error, even i removed the select query still same error is occuring.

Acutally i accidentally commented the lo_nd_student = wd_context ....etc
this line was commented .
i have one small requirement to fetch data from local customised table and fill the same to internal table and bind that to table node.
my table node is student having attributes as name , city and number , all are of type strings.
now i created one custom table zstudent having ID - char of length 10,
name of type string
city of type string
num of type string
i have inserted records
but when i use select query to fill data from this zstudent to my internal table of type lt_student type wd_this->elements_student ,
im getting same above error.

The "output column "Column 27" (91)" failed because truncation occurred, and the truncation row disposition on "output column "Column 27" (91)" specifies failure on truncation. A truncation error occurred on the specified object of the specified component.

I have found four things that I always check when I run into this problem. I have yet to find a time when one of these didn't work (specifically helps when reading data from flat files but I suppose most of the four would apply to any source). Check out my blog post, content repeated below:
1. Make sure to properly configure the "Flat File Source". When setting the connection properties to the flat file, take time to click on the advanced tab and ensure that the" Name", "DataType", and "OutputColumnWidth" properties are set properly. I have found that if this is setup correctly when the initial connection is created, some if not all of the data type issues and errors can be alleviated. The "Flat File Connection Manager Editor" can be accessed while initially creating the connection or by double clicking on a flat file connection within the "Connection Managers" for connections that have previously been created.
2. Depending on the order and steps that were used to create the connection to the flat file, sometimes the data types need to be updated in an additional area. This can be found by right clicking on the "Flat File Source" and selecting "Show Advanced Editor...". Once in the advanced editor, click on the "Input and Output Properties" tab. Expand the "External Columns" folder. For each field being loaded from the flat file there are some configurable properties. Make sure that the "DataType" field is properly set for each field.
3. Something else that can be done if you are sure that the data type is set correctly in both of the two previously mentioned locations is to set the "Flat File Source" to essentially ignore those annoying truncation errors. On the same "Input and Output Properties" tab, expand the "Output Columns" folder. For those fields listed, there is a "TruncationRowDisposition" property. By default this is set to "RD_FailComponent". This can be switched to "RD_IgnoreFailure" in order to allow the data to successfully pass through the "Flat File Source" even if SSIS believes that truncation is going to occur. Along with making this change, you can also check the "DataType" in the "Output Columns" as well.
Caution: If you do set the "Flat File Source" to "RD_IgnoreFailure" as mentioned above, always take time to review the data loaded in the target table to ensure that the integrity of the data was not jeopardized.
Note: I have found that when the "DataType" for both the "External Columns" and "Output Columns" is manually updated that it does not remain the same when the advanced editor is reopened. For this reason, try Steps 1 and 2 before setting the "Output Columns" manually.
4. The last thing to try, and this applies specifically to loading data from Excel files as opposed to text or CSV is to set the package to run in 32-bit mode. Click on "Project" on the top menu and select "Data Imports Properties...". Click on "Debugging" under the "Configuration Properties" and set the "Run64BitRuntime" to "False".
Working with data from flat files can sometimes be difficult in SSIS. By using one or many of the approaches I have listed above you should be able to create a repeatable process that is frequently needed within most SSIS packages. Be very careful when setting data types within SSIS and make sure to do it upfront when necessary because it can be harder to debug later in the development process. If the proper changes are made it should not be a surprise to feel a big SSIS developer sense of relief when the screen shows all green.

I have been trying to install a piece of software on 2 Windows 7 PCS called Rightfax...during installing I get the error below;

Hi,
I am using Smart View, 2007 ms office.
We are using EIS to have Drill Through reports.
When I select the particular intersection and click on Hyperion --> Adhoc Analysis--> Drill Through Reports,
Drill Through selection window is opening but when click on Launch/Execute.
It throwing below Error
"XML Load error: An invalid character was found in text content"
This error is showing only some intersections...some other intersections are working fine.
The same intersection if retrieve from ESSBASE --> Addins--> linked objects, Drill thru reports are showing fine.
From Excel Addins everythg working fine.
I tried in 2003 MS office from my colleague system. the same error.

This type of Issue does not happen using Excel Add-in but Smart View. We encountered it as well. I have a feeling the root cause is the ESSLANG which used to be selected during installation. If the Essbase has for instance "English Latin1" or "English US Ascii Binary" and the client does not have it, then this would occur.
We had old SR on it because we were testin the APS 7.1.6. SR 2-603906: Excel Essbase Add-in splitting special characters such as the " ü " in. Whe we reinstalled and selected same ESSLANG as Essbase server the isue stopped.
We did not have to chnage our code to scrub out ant special characters. !

Strange....delibarately gave the link so that you can cross-check the JDBC config on receiver side...I assume that the proxy is configured properly with the Sync communication....also mapping is done accordingly...

What happens if you hit Preview button in OLE DB Source Editor? Also you can use the same query by selecting SQL Command option and test.
Could you try set the Delay Validation = True at Package and re-run ?
If set the query in variable expression (not in value), then Set Evaluate As Expression = True.

I think what michal told is correct there is a connectivity issue but please make sure regarding mapping also why it is unable to receive the response...
Actually ERROR 200 code means::
Description: The request has succeeded. The information returned with the response is dependent on the method used in the request GET an entity corresponding to the requested resource is sent in the response; HEAD the entity-header fields corresponding to the requested resource are sent in the response without any message-body; POST an entity describing or containing the result of the action; TRACE an entity containing the request message as received by the end server.
Possible Tips:
Have a look into SAP Note: 871959..
I know this is not an exact answet but this ill give u some idea..

Error code: 400, error text: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED

Every now and then we are getting the following error on a synchronous call from XI 3.0.
Error when receiving by HTTP (error code: 400, error text: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED)
Usually it is from XI to R/3 (that's where most of our synch calls take place) but occasionally it happen on a synchronous call to a JDBC comm channel.
It is not just one interface that causes this issue and the same interface will be OK if we re-run it with same data.
I suspect some system parameter is off, or it's just a bug in XI. Any one else run into this ? if so, have you found a fix ? SAP hasn't been much help for us thus far.

6TO4 Adaptor Code 10 error & other system issues

I have a brand new laptop running Windows Vista Premium Home Edition. My event log is showing daily Warnings and Critical Events with Standby Performance Monitoring and Boot Performance Monitoring. I also did a system diagnostic and it states the 6TO4 Adaptor Cannot Start.
Under Device Manager, I get a Caution sign and the message that the 6TO4 driver cannot start Code 10. I followed directions for updating the driver but the result was that the driver was installed and did not need updating.
I also ran a Reliability check and it says that I have less than 15% free space on the C drive.
Finally, I have a message saying that Mozilla Thunderbird and Firefox are both slowing down the Shutdown of the computer.
These may all be separate issues but I'm hoping that the info MIGHT be related in some way. I'd like some idea of what's going on here as this seems like alot of issues for a brand new laptop to be experiencing.
Vista is new to me. I've been using XP on another laptop and never had issues before like this and I had less RAM.

Regarding the 6TO4 issue, based on my research, the Microsoft 6to4 Adapter actually is a virtual device. In some scenarios, there will be a code 31 or code 10 error appearing beside this component. You can refer to the KB article below:

You can safely ignore this error message. This error message does not indicate a problem with the adapter. To remove the error messages, you can right-click the Command Prompt and choose run as administrator, type following command:
netsh in 6to4 set state disable
Then, press Enter. The component will be disabled and hidden.
Regarding the Mozilla Thunderbird and Firefox issues, could you let me know when you receive these error messages? Shut down the computer or suddenly receive this error message? We need the detail information to troubleshoot this issue. Once we ensure this is a Windows Vista issue, we will continue to troubleshoot it. If it is a Mozilla’s issue, it is commended to contact Mozilla Support to address this issue.

Hello everyone,
SQL server 2012, SSIS package, we are getting the following error for some of the mapped columns,
"Text was truncated or one or more characters had no match in the target code page."
We're fetching the data from CSV file and dumping that to staging table i.e. SQL server 2012.
Can anybody please advise how to resolve this error/problem? It's urgent.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You can enable data viewer (Right click on data flow connector --> Enable Data Viewer) before loading records to find out what's going on. Also, Configure error output to re-direct rows, so you can analyse data type and length.
Also, try this:
Ultimately, in the Advanced Editor of the source datafile, on the Input and Output Properties tab, under External Columns, there is a
Length property that defaults to 50. Changing that to match the Target Database File did the trick. [Source]

Error 513, no message was created in support desk system BCOS005

Hi All,
After completing the ITSM config on Solution Manager 7.1, I am stuck with the following error when creating message from any of the satellite system, or from SM itself.
"Because of error 513, no message was created in support desk system"
Message no. BCOS005
Error logs from SLG1:
"No message created from SAP message 00xxxxxx 000xxxxx 2013 due to missing IBase"
Transaction: SOLMAN_INCIDENT_UPD
Program:AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP
I have already checked various threads and suggested notes including 1522809 / 1741109, but unable to fix the issue.
RFC's between both the systems are working fine. The entry for BCOS_CUST on SM is maintained as
OSS_MSG W NONE CUST 6.2 1.0
The number range for SLF1 is maintained as 01 in TCode DNO_CUST01
I suspect this to be related to IBASE or Number range, but seem to have the correct values maintained as mentioned in above notes. Would appreciate your valuable inputs on this.

Should be something to do with BCOS, can't figure out though.
Any further thoughts?
