System is ignoring a existing PR in MRP

Hi all,
I'm facing a problem here when executing MRP.
System is ignoring a existing PR for a material and generating a new planned order... When checking the status in MD04 I can see the old PR with exception 07...
My problem is that this PR is old but it is being processed, therefore i want the system to consider it and not to create new planned order...
I've tried to change configuration of Plan.Horizon and Rescheduling it, but without success...
Can anyone please help me?

For this material, my reoder point is set to 10 and maximum stock level to 20.
I checked at MD04 and the PR is fixed.
Existing PR date is jul.06/2010 and qty is 300.
I've ran the MRP with Planning Mode 1 because I don't want to delete this PR, I just don't want to create one new Planned order. But just to test it, I've ran with planning mode 3 and the result was the same... Doc type is NB and item category is standard (blank). Account assignment is K (cost center) and it is not assigned to a source.
Date and qty of new planned order is sep.15/2010 and 20...
Both planning delivery time , GR processing time and proc time are set to 1 day.

When i am transporting the BI objects along with the datasources it is giving the following error.
our system Landscape:
BI Dev. & BI Qty Same Box
ECC Dev.
ECC Qty
ECC Prd.
in our landscape BI dev and BI Quality are the same Box, i am transporting BI cube objects along with ECC quality system datasources from BI dev. system. But when we import the cube request the following error is occuring.
Please help me as i am in typical stage.

RC on ECQCLNT320 check the source connection under sourcesystem tab in Rsa1,it might having issue else
Check in the RSA6 (Sourcesystem) wether DataSource is active mode or not ,
Go to Tcode RSDS for Replication of DataSource in BW system .

System Administrator does not Exist

Hi all, for Fresh Installation of 11.5.10.2, I have applied diagnostics patch for IZU_TOP.
I can login as SYSADMIN account, but can not see System Administrator Responsibility.
It shows Assigned in User Management module to SYSADMIN user. I tried to End Date and Assign again,and bounced Apache, but it does not show the responsibility after login.
While starting / stpooing of CM, it gives message :
'Please enter a valid responsibility. The responsibility System Administrator does not exist or is not active. Check that the correct applicaton short name is specified for your responsibility'.

Source system BW100 does not exist

I'm trying to transport the datamart infopack from dev to QA and it's failed due to "Source system BD1_100 does not exist; InfoPackage ZPAK_DVDXOWDKOMSF5YW6F4EDXMXL1 deleted".
I've tried to trnasport datamart as well but still failed what could be the problem?

It simple. If you want load data from QAS to QAS then you need take conversion when transport request importing to QAS. So you need record BWDEV ---> BWQAS in "Transport connection".
IF you want load data from BWDEV to BWQAS then you need BWDEV as source system in QAS and no record in "Transport connection".

This is problem show when User new item in List . User open new item page about 3 pages and User save each one page when page save complete , User will save another page.

EXP-00011: SYSTEM.EMP does not exist

Hi,
I've created two tables emp and org respectively in DB by using system user. I can run select query to see the contents of the table but when I try to export these tables it is displaying an error EXP-00011: SYSTEM.EMP does not exist.
These tables are present in the db.
Following export command is being run :
exp USERID=system/password123 TABLES=(system.emp) FILE=C:\backup_tab.dmp
Could anyone please suggest what is causing the error and how can I resolve this.

Hi Mandy,
I think you created your table with double-qoutes, such as
create table "emp" ....if this is so, Oracle needs again for the export these double-qoutes, you made the table name case sensitive. There are two solutions:
1. create your table without the double-qoutes
2. Make a so called parameter file maybe called emp.par. In this file you put the line:
tables=\"emp\"
Save the file. Now you can make the export with:
exp USERID=system/password123 parfile=emp.par FILE=C:\backup_tab.dmpYou can also include "FILE=C:\backup_tab.dmp" in the parameter file if you like. Then you can easier maintain your settings for the export.

EHP4 System copy of the existing SAP system

In order to refresh our SAP ERP system with EHP4 we would like to execute a system copy of the existing SAP EHP4 system.
This system should be installed on the existing server.
Question:
Which parts of the software (SAP, Oracle) do I need to delete before or can I rewrite the existing system with the exported EHP4 system?

RequestDispatcher.include() silently ignores non-existent files?

          I have a servlet that calls RequestDispatcher.include() to include another jsp.

          However, if the JSP is non-existent (not found in the file system), I get no exceptions
          and WL6.1sp2 seems to silently ignore it. I also do not see any errors in the WL
          log files. If the JSP does exist, then it loads up, and then if I subsequently
          delete it, I get an Exception as expected.
          Can anyone help with this? Is this a bug? Any help is appreciated!

System creating procurement proposal for components having MRP type VB

Hello All
         I am having a FG under which there are two raw materials ROH1 & ROH2, MRP type for FG & ROH1 is PD & lot size EX, MRP type for ROH2 is VB & lot size HB. When am running Single-Item-Multilevel MRP for FG (using txn MD02) system is creating purchase requisition for ROH2 as well which shall not be the case as its MRP type is VB (Manual Planning).
        Looking forward to your valuable inputs for resolving this issue.

         There is stock of ROH2 above the reorder point still the system is generating purchase requisition after I run the MRP for FG, I would like to inform you that I am running MRP of the FG against Customer independent requirement (Sales Order), am using strategy 50(MTO) for FG.
         I also checked the similar scenario with another FG but i kept strategy as 40(MTS) for it, & when am running the MRP against independent requirement of FG with 40 strategy am not getting any purchase requisition for ROH2 (having MRP type VB & lot size HB).
        Can you please make me understand this behaviour of the systtem. Again looking forward to your valuable inputs.

Source system in Production doesnt exists Error RC- 8

Hello experts!
We connected a second source system to our 7.0 BW. We transported from development to quality system and everything is fine. Now we want to transport to production and we got RC=8 and the message that our "source system does not exist"
First we checked our source system. It is ok. we can replicate datasources, load units and currencies. But when we want to transport something what is directly connected to the source system we got everytime a RC=8 because of source system. For sure, we checked our "Conversion of logical source systems names". We checked if the mapping from development to productive is correct many times but we can find no error.
Is there something I can not see?
I tried to transport Transformations, DataSource Migration, other things connected to 7.0 and 3.x DataSources. Nothing works. I transported a transformation got a little different error like no rules exist because missing infoobjects in source or target or they are not activated. But target seems to be ok and source also have the fields.
Also I have searched the previous threads I have got what I have done but for sure some thing I am missing !!

How to avoid system events "ignoring" lines in applescript?

I am trying to write a very simple script that will trigger macros on another application, however when the script is executed, it skips a couple of lines which makes the whole process go erratically.
This is the code i'm using:

The red lines are the ones that seem to be neglected somehow (keystroke "4" doesnt carry the expected action in application "Adam"). I'm a newbie at applescripting but i fail to see why this might be happening

Tried your solution without much success, after some playing around i found out changing the command to use any other keystroke (e.g. - ) actually made the script work as intended, although it also implied changing the macro trigger (4 to - ) in application Adam.

Lately I've been testing with other applications and found out this "ignore" behaviour happens mostly when you use numbers for keystrokes, perhaps there is al alternate way of inputting these?

Issue with TTE - External System ID does not exist!

Hi dear Gurus,
We followed the SAP Best Practice to set up our CRM 5.0 system and it seems to have opened the Pandora's box for us. When we try to create a service contract, there was an error message in the header complaining that the external system does not exist. Here is what the HELP tells us:
In Customizing for TTE,
1. Choose Assign Objects from External Systems
2. Choose External System IDs
3. Maintain system ID for the calling system BC5CLNT005
4. Choose Save
However, when we get into IMG, under 'Assign Objects from External Systems', there is NO external system ID to choose. Why is this? Is it because our system is on a different patch level?
