System not generating RFX Response
Hello Everyone,
When i am moving the RFX to open for response phase a new Rfx Response tab is added but no response is generating, its showing
"The responses are being generated by a background process. Try again later".
and Also in Open for Respnse phase rfx is not visible at Supplier side.
Please Can anyone help me to solve this issue.

Hi,
It's hard to tell without looking at the screen. Here are a few generic things to check though:
1. The supplier contact invited on the RFx is setup on the Supplier portal with appropirate security to be able to view and respond to the RFx.
2. In the Schedule tab, check for the start and end times (due date).
3. When you change the phase to Open for response, check the log file to see if any error messages were generated.

We are implementing SAP Sourcing 10.0 We assign collaborators on an RFx as
with the collaborator approver role before it is published, and these collaborators
review, edit and approve the RFx and then it is published to suppliers. After responses are received from suppliers and RFx is now in
Closed for Responses phase, we do not want these original collaborators to view the RFx responses unless they are assigned as scorers.
How do we achieve this? We tried to re-assign the Review collaborator role to these collaborators but they can still view RFx
responses.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1.Create an RFx in SAP Sourcing 10
2. Assign collaborators with approval role
3. Collaborators approve RFx
4. Move RFx to Open for Responses
5. Suppliers respond to RFx
6. Rfx closes. RFx becomes "Closed for Responses"
7. Log in as one of the collaborators
8. We do not want the collaborator to view RFx responses unless assigned as a
scorerer

You can Hide/Unhide a Tab with Dimension Field <%USER_GROUP%> and Group Reference.
It's a clean, standard way and guaranteed to work and not break anything.

SAP system not generating Pick HUs
Hi all,
I've configured the system to create and assign Pick HUs to transfer orders for a particular movement type. But during TO confirmation, the system proposed the source HU as the destination HU. I don't want this behavior.
Instead, I need the system to automatically generate and assign new Pick HUs to the TO(as destination HUs)
How can I achieve this?

Please try following,
Delete the flag of u201CHU requirementu201D If you do this setting then source HU will not be destination HU. You need to give it manually.
Proceed as below
Go to SPRO->Logistic general>handling unit management>Basic->Material management>Inventory management-->HU requirement for storage location and default values of delivery
Select your plant sales organisation entry and click on details, deactivate the HU requirement.
Alternatively you can use following method,
use SM30/SM31 transaction enter the table name T001Wclick on find maintenance log select MB_DELIV- maintain
Select your plant and double click on sloc and deactivate HU requirement setting.

Rfx Response - Un-Qouted items
Dear All;
We are using SRM7.0
In RFx response , how the bidder indicates that he is not quoting for certain items. Currently, when we leave the price as zero, the system considers it as free item.

We are using SRM7 where our system's behavior is totally opposite of what you are syaing.
In our system, while creating RFx response, if we leave the price as zero for any item, the system will display a message Saying:
Line 0001: '0' in the price field means that you are offering the item for free
Line 0002: '0' in the price field means that you are offering the item for free
Line 0003: '0' in the price field means that you are offering the item for free.
for quoted qty, unlike what you said, the system accepts the quoted qty to be changed to zero and in this case, it is not giving the above message i.e. it will not consider it as free item but in price comparison it will show the price of un-quoted items as ??? (3 question marks).
I don't know what is the system standard.

F110 payment run completed but not generated all check for the payments

I've run F110 and generated one Payment all 45 open items for one vendor
Now after the print done only the first 20 items got into the check register, and left over the remaining 25 items
So my question is why system not generated the check for the remaining 25 items and what is the remedyNo all settings are available, but still the same situation the all checks are not generated for all items of the vendor open items clearing in the one payment documents

I am generate the trial Balance "S_PL0_86000030 - G/L Account - Balances " with profit center wise, system not generate the trail balance with profit center wise because profit center or business segment is not updated the system.
I generate the trial balance at company code level same t-code, system generate the trail balance but system show the column of profit center or business place "not assigned"
It is possible to update the profit center and business segment table.
Pleases suggest to solved my problem

Adt.bat Could not generate timestamp: Cannot parse the response
I am using the command line to build an air app as follows:
adt.bat -package -storetype pkcs12 -keystore mycert.pfx
-storepass xxx -tsa

myApp.air myApp-app.xml myApp.swf
However, I receive this error:
Could not generate timestamp: Cannot parse the response
I am using a Verisign issued Authenticode certificate. Has
anyone got any idea why this might be happening?

(that's the first thing I checked out). As I said in the last
message, I can successfully launch my app from within FlexBuilder3,
but not from a generated .air file install.
At your suggestion, I created a simple "Hello World" type of
Flex application in FlexBuilder3. From within FlexBuilder3, I
exported it to an AIR file and installed it. This simple
application does indeed run on my system after being installed from
the .air file.
So there's something different about this new public release
of the FlexSDK than the last bet release. I compared that simple
project contents and layout to my project. The big difference is
that all the source files for the simple project was automatically
dropped/created in a child 'src' folder under the main project
folder. I also noticed that when installed, there were files
missing for my app, but not for the simple app. The big difference
there being that only the files in the src folder were copied into
the AIR installer to be installed. Nothing outside of that folder
was part of the install codebase!
I therefore refactored my code (yet again) to move all my
source files (including my external config XML files) into a 'src'
folder under the main project folder. After a lot of tweaking in
FlexBuilder3 to get it all working again and running, I exported to
an AIR file once again. This time all the files were included, when
I ran the new installer. The application now launches successfully.
The next step is to replicate this via the command-line ADT
tool.
It would have been nice to know the changes in this area (src
folder) before going this far into the process. Unless they are
documented in some obscure release note somewhere that I am not
aware of yet.
I'll let you know how the ADT run goes when I get the chance.

Batch number is not generating by the system at the time of Goods receipt

This is regarding Batch number that the system generates internaly at the time of Goods receipt,but the same is not generating the batch number.

Follow the steps:
1.Field---VFDAT adn table-MCHA should be created as a charecter in CT04signed to a class in CL02N.
2.create MM01 and add the class to it in classification view.
3.In mm01 plt storage1 view give data for remainning shelf life and total shelf life and in purchasing view activate batch management.
4.OMJ5- activate SLED for your plant and mvt type 201.
5.opj2- set BD for your plant.
6.create sort sequence in cu70 and assign your charecteristic value to it.
7.create batch serch strategy in MBC1 for access sequence(plt/matrl/mvt typ) create a condition record.
8.Do a GR using 501 and enter SLED related details.(production date and exp date values)
Repeat the above step and enter diffrent values for SLED details.
So now two batches are created with SLED as the charecteristic.
9.Do a GI using 201 mvt tye in MB1A and enter * in batch field(system will determine the batch using the SLED value basedon the criteria(ascending or descending which was set in the sort rule.)

When I am running a test run with 'planned posting run' system is not giving me any error but when I am executing it in a "repeat run" system comes up with a message
"!! This processing can only be carried out as background processing !!
But when I go to (Jobs Overview screen) see the spool request system is not generating the spool request and Please help me out what's wrong is happening and what shall I do.
It is a new company code for the first time we are running the dep.

Generated Proxy Error: System not configured as XI Integration Engine
Dear all,
Using transaction SPROXY I generated a proxy on a Message Interface.
This generated as well a method and the associated class.
When I run it, trying to send data through all this, I get the following error:

Here is the model I got on another thread, in order to catch the error text:
DATA: l_sys_exception TYPE REF TO cx_ai_system_fault.

catch CATCH CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT into l_sys_exception.

Anyone has any idea where this error commes from?
I am mostly wondering whether the problem comes from my outbound system or XI configuration?

Hi All,
When I am trying to click on the 'iprocurement Home page' menu in the iprocurement responsibility getting the below error message in R12;
"iProcurement is not a valid responsibility for the current user. Please contact your System Administrator."
Can any one let me know how to resolve this?

I am assuming that the user actually has the iProcurement responsibility assigned to them. If so, try the following solution from note 1560400.1:
1) Logon with System Administrator responsibility
2) Navigate to Profile > System, click on User and enter the user name
3) Search for profile 'Applications Start Page'. Delete the value set at user level and save
4) Retry

BPEL faults do not generate response.
Hi,
I have a BPEL process that catches some faults, performs a transformation and rethrows a slightly different fault. I was expecting that the rethrow would generate a response with soap fault to the client automatically. However, what really happens is that the process is marked as faulted in the BPEL console and the client never receives a response.
Is this the expected behavior? I was expecting, just like in java, that on throwing a fault, a response will be generated with the appropriate soap fault type. Is this not a valid assumption? Please clarify.
Thanks!In your catch handler you should reply back the the fault in case this is an synchronous BPEL process, in that case you should define the <fault> in your WSDL as well.

The system is back up and fully functional. How long has it been since you stopped receiving notifications? Can you share your form with us so we can have a look into what might be going wrong?

after upgrading to NX-OS 5.04, out snmp traps monitoring system is not generating ticket / incident for the snmp traps and my question is whether we need to apply new MIBS for that?
Looking at the error message "The Network Adapter could not establish the connection" , It appears hostname and port may be incorrect. Review the targets.xml under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\emd and
emoms.properties under E:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1\SAP_solman_SDB\config folder to make sure host ( sap_solman) and port (1527) are correct.
As far as setting the environment variables goes, you can go to control panel -> system -> advanced -> environment variables and set the ORACLE_HOME and ORACLE_SID

Customized Seeded report to XMLP report but its not generating output file?
I want to customize "Dunning Letter Print from Dunning Letter Generate" Report, which is called from "Dunning Letter Generate" Report
Steps i followed to Customize reports are.
1. Changed output format to xml for "Dunning Letter Print from Dunning Letter Generate" Report.
2. Ran report to generate xml data and using xml data created RTF file
3. Registered data definition and template with code and short name same which is ARDLP_NON_SRS
Now while i am running report its completing normal, but its not generating output file giving Error like –
"Unable to find Published Output for this request"
“No Output File Exist for Request No - xxxxx”
No Idea why its not picking template, Can anyone help me in this?
