  • I can't install Flash Builder from the Web Premium suite, what should I do?

I just downloaded the Adobe Creative suite 5.5 Web Premium and am about to install the program but notice a note next to the Adobe Flash Builder program... it explains that my system doesn't have the requirements needed for this program. I checked and it explains further details stating that I need to have a • Mac OS X v10.5.6–10.6 and I doubled check which version I have and it's OS X 10.5.8. Doesn't this actually mean that it does meet the requirements?
Please advise as to what can be done to be able to download this specific program.
    Thanks,
         Sarah-Kay

We do still need more information such as how much memory you have,
resolution of your monitor, how much disk space you have free, which
processor are you using.  I good guide is to look at the system
requirements and try to post for each of the items within the
requirements.  The system requirements for Web Premium can be found
    at http://www.adobe.com/products/creativesuite/web/tech-
    specs.edu.html.

Also you can find this information within your System Profiler.  The
easiest way to access the system profiler is to go to the Apple Menu
and select About this Mac.  Once selected clicking on the more info
button will launch the System Profiler.

  • CS3 Web Premium Suite compatible with Vista 64 bit?

Greeting folks. I realize this is not a Photoshop specific question, but does anyone use CS3 Web Premium Suite on Vista 64? If so, do you have any problems with any of the programs?
I'm contemplating upgrading from Vista 32 to Vista 64.
    Thanks!

I just got the Adobe Master Collection CS3 to run on a Dell Workstation (quad core processor, 2GB RAM) with Vista 64 Business. Photoshop is deathly slow, to the point of being unusable. It takes up to 2 minutes just to load the programme. Clicking menu items or drop-down buttons produces no response for about 5 secs. I created a blank layer and tried to draw a simply brush stroke across it - again, a 5 sec delay before the stroke appeared. This makes it impossible to do any useful work. Other parts of the package are better (e.g. Dreamweaver, Illustrator) but Bridge is slow and I have a subjective impression that some of my none Adobe programme are now running more slowly. I did look at CPU and memory utilization - never got about 60% and was mostly around 10%.
When I run the Photoshop CS3 trial on an AMD duo core computer with only 1GB RAM (which is running XP Pro), I get a much snappier response. Makes me suspect a Vista issue.
Since others appear to be having much better success, I would be very interested in any tips, etc. which I might try.
    Thanks.

  • Trying to download CS6 design & Web premium suite but keeps getting stuck at 10.28%

I have tried to download CS6 design & Web premium suite over 6 time but it keeps getting stuck at 10.28%.
    Please advise

I am having exactly the same error when downloading Adobe CS6 Design and Web Premuim for PC. The Adobe Download Assistant stops the download at 10.28% complete and will not go any further. I've cleared my cookies, tried different browsers (IE 10 & Chrome), I've uninstalled and reinstalled the download assistant. I tried Jeff's advice from the previous post (although that I think is more to help with troubleshooting after the software is downloaded.) I also tried restarting the download over and always, it stops at the same spot (10.28%) and will go no further.
I am currently running Windows 7 64-bit. Any help would be appreciated.

  • My Web Premium Suite CS6...

All of a sudden my Web Premium Suite is telling me I only have 29 days left on my trial...But I have had the program for 2 years or so.  Further, when I put in my license code, it says it is invalid...What's going on?

    Hi Surreal6,
Please see CS6 or Creative Cloud Reverts to Trial Mode info in the below mentioned link.

If you continue to have problems, then I'd suggest you to contact Adobe Support directly : http://www.adobe.com/support/download-install/supportinfo/

  • Realistic system requirements for Design Premium on MAC

    Hi,
Can anyone give me some realistic system requirements for CS4 Design Premium? I am just about ripping my hair out with having to reboot several times a day because i'm running out of memory on my PC and am thinking about switching to MAC.
I am currently running a PC well above the recommended specs for Design Premium CS4 and it looks as though I will have to upgrade anyway. Designer friends tell me their MACs never require rebooting (but again i guess it depends on the MAC specs).
    My questions are:
    * If i buy a MAC, what would I need to buy to comfortably run Design Premium CS4 without any crashes?
    * reading some of the other discussion threads in this forum it seems some products don't work/aren't supported by MAC? Of the Design Premium products which ones would I have issues with?
    * Does anyone know what the deal is with switching the software licensing from Windows to Mac? (I heard you can only switch if you are upgrading which would mean I would have to wait until CS5 is released.)
    Advice would be appreciated!!
    Cheers,
    Karen

    Thanks Michael,
    I do use a few of the programs at once:  Bridge + Photoshop + Illustrator + Indesign (actually, have learnt cannot run all of these at once but would love to!);
Dreamweaver + Fireworks (Fireworks constantly causes me headaches where files become locked and cannot be saved - all due to shortage of memory)
Usually run virus software - full scan weekly, so am pretty sure my system is clean.
Great idea about disabling Virus software - will ensure I unplug from modem first!! I will give that a go.
    Cheers,
    Karen

  • System Requirements for the Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection

I am going to purchase a Mac notebook and would like to know which one will accommodate my Creative Suite 5.5 Master Collection of programs I already own from Adobe.

You can find the system requirements for Master Collection CS5.5 at System requirements | Master Collection - http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/system-requirements-master-collection.ht ml#main_CS5_5_Master_Collection_system_requirements.

  • Realistic system requirements for Design Premium?????

    Hi,
Can anyone give me some realistic system requirements for CS4 Design Premium? I am just about ripping my hair out with having to reboot several times a day because i'm running out of memory!
I am current running:  32 bit XP SP3, 3GHz processor and 3.25GB RAM with a 500GB hard drive of which 379GB is free.
I can't install more memory without going to a 64 bit operating system which would mean wiping the PC and reinstalling everything.
The advertised requirements are only 2GBHz processor and 1MB RAM. (perhaps this might work if only opening one program at a time????)
Also considering buying a MAC - I've had designers tell me they never have to reboot - guess it depends on their specs too. What are the disadvantages of a MAC over a PC?
    Advice would be appreciated!!
    Cheers,
    Karen

  • CS4 Web Premium to CS5 Design Premium??

    Hello there!
I have a question regarding upgrades to these two creative suites. First of all, is this possible? I found in some forums that you can upgrade to whatever type of CS you wanted (Design Pre, Design Standard, Web Pre, etc). I have CS4 Web Premium and would like to upgrade to CS5 Design Premium. However, I purchased InDesign CS4 on it's own. Now, if I choose CS5 Design Premium, will this upgrade my standalone InDesign app as well?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!!

You can no longer buy CS5 products other than used licenses from other people, so what's the point at all? If someone sells you CS5, it will be a full license one way or the other - a complete package or the person's own upgrade including all previous qualifying version, which makes this a moot discussion. Likewise, your standalone ID is irrelevant in such considerations. Switching to another suite does exactly that - you get all programs that are part of the suite, regardless of what you had before, but at the same time may are stuck with the older versions of the programs in the previous suite.

  • Error Message on Web Premium Suite while opening Acrobat that Adobe Acrobat was installed as part of a Suite

Can not open Acrobat Pro 9 out of my adobe creative suite 4 web premium.  Keeps giving an error message. Adobe Acrobat was installed as part of a suite.  To enable Adobe Acrobat start another component of this suite.  I am running Windows 7 64 and already have the CS6 Premium Production Suite loaded on my computer.  I really don't need to load all of the Web Premium since I have upgraded to CS6 programs but still need the Acrobat.  My hard drive crashed and I've had to start all over again.  This is the only glitch and it's becoming very frustrating.
Can't find a link to actually speak to someone at Adobe.

you'll need to install and open some other 32 bit cs4 app.

  • What are the System Requirements for Web Server hosting Adobe Air application

Working on a project that is using Adobe Air . The Adobe support site has system requirements for the client side application, but for the server side, what are the system requirements?
Using a Windows server, would expect to have approx. 100 concurrent connections at any given time.

Adobe AIR applications are installed on the end user's computer. They are not hosted on a web server. You can deploy an AIR file, which is the installer file for an AIR application, via your web server.

  • CS4 Web Premium Suite & Batch Processing

    Hello,
I am using CS4 Web Premium and I have a project that I am working on where I have a 150 pictures of different sizes that I need to reduce to thumbnails.
Is there a way that anyone may know to do this in maybe bridge or photoshop or any other program in the suite so I don't have to do each one individually.
    Thanks for the time,
    Michael
