System should create only one delivery for 100 different PO's in STO

Hi All
i need help
Plant B raising 100 different po's daily for different materials to Plant A.(STO)
Now Plant A will do Dilivery via VL10B.
Here my requirement is system should create only one delivery for 100 different PO's and delivery should contain all the
materials as line items bcause system should not create 100 deliveries( time consuming process).
Here there is no manual transaction for VL10B.
That is system is goining to excecute the VL10B automatically, there is no manual transation for VL10B
How can we do this?

We can able to do your requirement
1. All the STO materials should have same sales view in materials for the *Unique)following field: Loading group, shipping Point, so on..
2. In the config, hope we have do the combine delivery setting for VL10B

Sorry. In SAP incoming inspection are driven by the material numbers.
If QM is on for the material, you will get an inspection lot. If you have ten different materials in a Purchase order and all ten require inspection then you will get ten inspection lots.
That is the way it is.
You could use a user exit to determine if an inspection lot for the PO has been created for the purchase order already and suppress the creation of any additional ones if you want. But the one created will be for the first material in the purchase order, not the receipt itself.

It is mentioned in Partial Delivery
The following partial delivery agreements exist:
A Create a delivery with qty greater than zero
B Create only one delivery (also with qty = 0)
C Only complete delivery allowed
D No limit to subsequent deliveries
Please provide example together.

The use of B is Creating only one delivery (also with quantity = 0) Same like as indicator A, only the difference is we can create a delivery with zero qty also.

One delivery for multiple STO's

Folks,
I have multiple STO's for the same ship-to (plant). Items due for shipping would need to be combined into 1 delivery and not 1 delivery per STO.
Would this be possible? And if yes, how?

Hi ,
Yes , We can create one delivery for multiple PO's .
Go to VL10D tcode --> Purchase order tab -- > enter the STO's and press execute
Select the STO's and click on background tab. Then it creates the log
Select the item again and press shift +F4
It will gives the log inforamation for the STO's and select the item and press on documents tab.
It will creates only one Delivery for all the STO's.
Now go to VL02N tcode and enter the delivery number then goto picking tab then enter picking qnty = delivery qnty
then press on " post goods issue "
Now go to MIGO to do the goods reciept then enter all the STO's here and check the item then save .
Only one document will be posted for all the STO's

Hi Experts,
I need to create one delivery for two sales orders. But it fails.
The route, shipping point, ship to party are same for both orders but INCOTERMS are different.
Delivery date, Good issue date, loading date,material availability date, transportation planning date for 1st order is 12/07/11 and for second order is 14/07/11.
I have created delivery on 14/07/2011 but the delivery is created for 1st order only, the second order is missing in the delivery.
It not happened because of incorterms.? different dates
Kindly help regarding this.

To understand splitting behavior, see SAP Note 546668 - FAQ: Delivery split when creating deliveries. And yes, incoterms happens.
I think that with the help of question 6 you can try to force the merging of SO. Then, see SAP Note 166397 - Delivery split according to customer field ZUKRL, and handling the field ZUKRL in a VOFM in the copy rule I think that you can try to do it.
Finally See Note 4505 - Duprec when adding delivery (VL04, VL01, VL10*) to avoid problems while you are merging.

You can combine different orders in to one delivery ,But for the customer Order combination should be checked in the sales area data of the shipping tab,we can combine orders but the ship to party,Route,Inco terms,Shipping date,shipping point should be same,you can do in T.code VL04 & VL10

Only one delivery address on the Request for Quotation!

Hello,
Our company is located in a remote area as it is a mining company. For that reason the delivery is done in two steps:
First to one of of our Freight forwarder depending on if we want the item to be ship via ship or by air. Those Freight fwder are set up in the system as storage locations. Once they received the item they fwd it to the mining site.
But the probleme is that on our PReq we have two line items with two different storages location. But when we print the RFQ it is showing only one delivery address where as the items have to be delivered to two difference addresses. How can we solve this problem.

I would recommend making sure that the BIOS and all other drivers are up to date to make sure that the problem doesn't lie there. But if everything else on the dock works except that port, then I would be inclined to think that the dock has an issue with that port. All the ports that you can test on the computer itself work properly, correct?

Creating only one or several invoice smartforms for a global company

Hi,
I'd like to hear your thoughts how smartform development should be arranged for a global company. Let's take an invoice as an example.
A global company has several divisions, company codes, plants and sales organizations. Invoices are printed in different languages in several countries.
Of course it would be better to build exactly one smartform for everything, but on the other hand, the smartform would be extreme complex and difficult to maintain in future, since each company has slightly different requirements for the invoice. On the other hand, it doesn't make any sense to just keep on creating a new smartform for each country, since at the end you will have tens of almost identical smartforms which doesn't sound good either.
What is your experience--should one try to build exactly one smartform for all the company codes, or would it be better to create a new smartform for each company code? In general, I would say that the latter one is perhaps a better approach.

My first thought was that it is better to maintain only one form for everything.
However, I am aware that there are also opposite opinions. They explain that creating one form for everything is not the best approach. Because of this, I would like to understand the reasons for that. Do others have any other point of views?

Welcome to the Apple community.
iTunes and iCloud and different accounts, you will need to delete both accounts from your device before adding the new details in their place.
For iCloud go to settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit the delete button. You can then sign back in using your correct details. For iTunes go to settings >store, tap your account ID and then sign out, you can then sign back in using your correct Apple ID.

Prerequisite for Grouped delivery
1. Header data should be same like Inco terms,Payment terms
Go to VL10A
Enter the sales order Numbers and execute
Select the sales order Nos for the group delivery and select "Background" Tab in Tool Menu Bar
If delivery is created coloured line items will get generated
Check the log for delivery docuements

GR to be done against only Inbound delivery for selected vendors. If the user putsthe combination " Goods Receipt+ Purchase Order+ Purchase Order Number " in MIGO , the error should be displayed as "Create MIGO with Ref to ASN"
     At the time of MIGO, when user put the combination of Goods Receipt+ Purchase Order and purchase order number, BADI will activate.
     BADI will search the vendor code from the entered purchase order in the Z table in which user maintain the vendor codes.
     If BADI finds the vendor code in the Z table then, will give error as u201CPlease create inbound delivery firstu201D.
     If BADI does not find the vendor code in Z table then it will inactive.
     In short we are restricting the selected vendor for MIGO with reference to PO.

If u had used confirmation control key (0001) - In Item details of PO, as per standard SAP u cannot proceed for GR without inbound delivery. Otherwise use MB_MIGO_BADI. Thanking you
