System should create only one Inspection Lot

Hi,
My client has following requirement.
I have ten Line item in Po, after MIGO system generate one GRIN no and 10 inspection lot for every line item but my client need only one inspection lot no. having 10 line items in thatu2026 how to do this.

Sorry. In SAP incoming inspection are driven by the material numbers.
If QM is on for the material, you will get an inspection lot. If you have ten different materials in a Purchase order and all ten require inspection then you will get ten inspection lots.
That is the way it is.
You could use a user exit to determine if an inspection lot for the PO has been created for the purchase order already and suppress the creation of any additional ones if you want. But the one created will be for the first material in the purchase order, not the receipt itself.

i need help
Plant B raising 100 different po's daily for different materials to Plant A.(STO)
Now Plant A will do Dilivery via VL10B.
Here my requirement is system should create only one delivery for 100 different PO's and delivery should contain all the
materials as line items bcause system should not create 100 deliveries( time consuming process).
Here there is no manual transaction for VL10B.
That is system is goining to excecute the VL10B automatically, there is no manual transation for VL10B
How can we do this?

1. All the STO materials should have same sales view in materials for the *Unique)following field: Loading group, shipping Point, so on..
2. In the config, hope we have do the combine delivery setting for VL10B

GRN With 2line items(material,batch same)one inspection lot for 2line items

Dear Experts
As and when we make a GRN with 2 line items and same batch number we enter no. of containers differently but only the number from the first line item is flowing into the Inspection lot origin.We are creating only one inspection lot for 2 line items as the batch number is same for the items.
1. In material master i have given 01 inspection type ( with control inslot.. Each material document,batch, storage location) :---
this is the reason system is creating only one inspection lot.
i am entering manually same batch number for 2line items...
Here my problem is ... while giving UD... SYSTEM IS PICKING ONLY FIRST LINE ITEM NO.OF CONTAINER... IT HAS TO BE BOTH LINE ITEMS CONTAINERS.... IT IS PICKING BOTH LINE ITEMS QUANTITY... NO.CONTAINER ONLY IT IS NOT PICKING....

Enhancement-One inspection lot for early lot and serial profile

I have a requirement shown below.
Can anyone guide me to proceed this Enhancement from the start?
Inspection lot for production order is created at production order release, when the finished good has a serialnumber profile assigned in the materials master and the serialnumbers are captured in the handling unit assigned to the production order, the system will create another inspection lot.
Required system enhancement:
Only 1 inspection lot per production order should be generated.
NB. Without this enhancement both inspection lots created for the production order have to be closed to be able to close the production order.

Please try with sub-routine: userexit_move_field_to_lips or userexit_save_document of include: MV50AFZ1.
I guess clearing LIPS-QPLOS for specific conditions would do the trick for you..

Creation of one inspection lot for more than 1physical sample

hello SAP,
we have one common question.I have created 3 physical sample 20000006,2000007,2000008 and now i want to create one inspection lot for these 3 physical sample through QPR5 Transaction but system is generating each inspection lot for each physical sample which is wrong process. this is common scenario for most of the industry.SO please clarify and provide the solution

I hope this solution gives some way out for you to solve your problem . I assume the sample is for the same material , phy. sample type and category
Create a new physical-sample drawing with refernce to :
Using this function, you can create a new physical-sample drawing (with one or more physical samples) that references:
An inspection lot
A production order or process order
A production version
You use this function to create physical samples that have not been planned in a sample-drawing procedure and which you can draw from a production process according to your specific needs. In an inspection during production, for example, you can draw physical samples from the process on the basis of time or quantity (for example, a physical sample every three hours or for every 1000 liters of material produced). You can freely specify the inspection-relevant operations in which you want to inspect the physical samples for the new physical-sample drawing.
please do let us know wether you were able to create one inspection lot .Or else please ellaborate the question step wise t-code and functions Will try to find a solution .

I totally agree with Amol.
I don't think I would touch that development nor would I ever tell a client it could reliably be done through development.
Knowing what I know about the table structures, I don't think you could create any development for this that could use a significant amount of the existing tables and functionality. I think you'd have to create all your own Z tables and basically rebuild the functionality. Tying it back in with SAP data will be difficult.
You're even looking at all custom screens for your results recording and UD as well. And if you have follow-on functions like batch classification requirements, batch determination, COA publication, results copy functions, use of DMR and sampling procedures, physical samples, quality notifications, etc. etc.. you could be looking a whole lot of development.

Refer the help provided by SAP.
QM cannot manage stock movements for insp lots that were created manually.
The QM component cannot manage stock movements for inspection lots that were created manually.
If the Materials Management (MM) and Inventory Management (MM-IM) components are active in your system, you can use the functions in QM to manage the materials while they are in
inspection stock. When an inspection lot is created automatically as a result of a goods movement, the QM component can:
Record and track the material stock in an inspection lot
Make the necessary stock postings to move the materials out of inspection stock

Instead of creating multiple Instances I want to create only one Instance.

Good morning, How are you.
I have a requirement to transfer files from one location to another location, I am able to do this successfully using FTP Adapters.
I have some Issues please help any one.
1) When I deployed my process it is creating one instance for one file transfer, Suppose If I have 50 files in my Get
directory, After deploy the process 50 instances are creating and 50 Email generating saying files are not tranfered successfully.
Instead of creating 50 Instances I want to create only one Instance.
2) When files are not transferd it will fire error mail saying that not success (I want to display all file names(not tranfered files) in my mail , i.e whatever files are not tranfered, need to diplay in mail).
3) And I am not able to transfer 0 size files, But in BPEL Console Instance is creating for 0 size file also and I am getting Email for success... and In put directory 0 size file is not showing. (Instance is creating and Success Email coming but file is not exists in Put directory)
Please help me.

Sample results to one inspection lot

Hi,
Please confirm if the following is possible:
Record result for samples say 5 samples by today and then assign those sample result to one inspection lots after one week.

First we need inspection lots to enter the results. If you mean five inspection lots results want to enter in one inspection lot. As per my knowledge it is not possible for transferring multiple result values to one inspection lot.

Your code has very little to do with what you are describing.
There is no button with "switch until released" mechanical action. (OK is switch when released, stop is latch when released)
A case structure always "works". Are you saying that it should execute e.g. the true case only once whenever the outer case goes from false to true??
Your inner case goes true more than once per run of the program (whenever the OK goes true). If it should really only work once overall, use the "first call?" primitive. You need to formulate the problem using less ambiguous words.
There is no obvious starting state for the boolean that you read via local variables. How do you ensure that it start with a known value? Does it matter?
You seem to entirely deal with integers, so why are you using floating point representation for the numerics?
What is the purpose of the orange numeric indicator. Is it just a kludge for your logic or does its value mean anything?
Why does your loop not contain any wait?
At this point, you should learn about shift registers. It would eliminate all your local variables.

It is mentioned in Partial Delivery
The following partial delivery agreements exist:
A Create a delivery with qty greater than zero
B Create only one delivery (also with qty = 0)
C Only complete delivery allowed
D No limit to subsequent deliveries
Please provide example together.

The use of B is Creating only one delivery (also with quantity = 0) Same like as indicator A, only the difference is we can create a delivery with zero qty also.

Just only create 04 type inspection lot only, no more automatically create another

     Now I face one business scenarios, for a long term production order as 3 years, only begin to receipt production after the right inspection report.
      In ordre to get manage those information in sap，I purpose to create an 04 type inspection lot according the p.o. manually, inspection repotr information can be recorded in this inspection lot. However, when I do migo goods recipt in sap, another inspection lot was also created automatically, which I never needed.
     Any suggestion ablout just one manually inspection lot, no more automatically inspection created?

Dear Amit
In this case what you can do is make a copy of 311 movement type, say Z11. Deactivate QM for 311 and activate QM for Z11
So whenever you want inspection lot to be created use Z11.
You can activate and deactivate QM in QCCO > Quality inspection > Inspection lot creation > inspection for goods movement

One inspection lot for all GR per day.

Presently when I am doing GR for a material system generates a inspection lot per GR.But when I am doing GR for same material several times per day system should generate inspect lot once only.or if material belongs to same supplier also it should generate one lot for that day .how to do with dynamic modification rule?

1. if same material per day-one lot
Create a DMR with Reset period 1 day.
Two stage DMR with First stage : Inspection 1
Second stage: 99 skip reset 1 day.
Now apply this DMR in task list Header.
Go to QA16 and set auto UD after Every 30 mins for 01 inspection type.
Also QCC0->Basic setting>plant level>Insp lot completion>Auto UD-->
maintain 30 mins here for skip & auto ud
this will create first lot every day & will come to inspection.
from second lot all lots will come to QI but stock posting will be done by system.
2.if same vendor material -one lot
in QP01>material Assignment>enter vendor material combination here.
rest of the things will remain same.

Day wise one inspection lot

We are devolped one user exist in user exist we are given the logic for GR Recipt against purchase order
1)Posting date
2) Material
3)Plant
4)Batch
5)Vendor if it is same day wise one inspection if logic is change like batch or material or any other system create another lot that user exit working fine but we are stucked for one problem because of quantity update
what happend in system visually quantity updated but when i doing usage decision stock posting only allowed for availble stock means if i received truck base only first truck quantity we are able to do stockposting remaining already gone in unrestricted stock.
can any body done truck base GR kindly guide me how ro res

I do GR Block stock then it will work fine after that day endling i will post to stock unrestricted
