System status CLSD and INCM

Hi, I'm trying to make a GR/SE for a PO. The system then give me three messages:
- System status CLSD is active (ORD xxxxxxx)
- No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator
- System status INCM is active (confirmation xxxx)
The INCM message I guess is that the order is incomplete? Anyone got a input on this? Is there any good transaction (not bbp_pd, to problem solve users SC and PO:s if your not in PPOMA_BBP).

Hi,
You can check in the transactions RZ20/SLG1 for errors.
Also,the error "No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator" is because more than 1 Wf is active for object "BUS2209".

If you are using an account assigned PO then possibly the order(PM order, internal order etc) to which your PO refers might have status as CLSD.
Check and reverse the status.

Hi Experts,
One of our users got below error message when they run Dep. the order is a PM order. PM user has created and due to some reason they have not processed and later it has been closed. This order does not have any actual postings or any settlement rule as well. This error seems to be very illogical and unusual.
User has tried to activate status closed but that function is not active.
System status CLSD is active (ORD XXXXX)
Message no. BS013
Diagnosis
Object ORD XXXXXX has system status CLSD (Closed). According to this status, transaction 'FI: Postings' is not allowed.
Procedure
You can only carry out the requested function if this is allowed according to the status of the object.

Hi Aziz,
It looks like the order was closed - status CLSD active.
You need to revoke status "Closed" before you can post to it.
To revoke CLSD in IW32 in menu:
Order --> Functions -> Complete -> Cancel business completion

Hi,
Open the WBS in CJ20N tcode and undo status CLSD by selecting Edit>Status>Closed>Undo. Then save WBS and try MIRO. In CLSD status no transactions are permitted hence you are getting the error.

Why not all fields dimmed or show in display mode after system status TECO and CLSD for Project

Dear All,
When Sets the system status TECO or even CLSD all fields for WBS Elements are not goes to Display mode. User can still edit them or change then.
The fields are:
1. WBS Element Description, technical name: PRPS-POST1
2. Person responsible number, technical name: PRPS-VERNR
Other Progress and Customer enhancement tab pages for WBS Element all fields there also editable in TECO and CLSD system status.
The client do not want to set LOCK system status for master data option.
Is there any enhancement or standard way of doing that?

Dear Saqib,
Its a standard behavior of the system. In CLSD status, transactional data like Procurement gets restricted along with WBSE no and its scheduling details. But it allows to you change like WBSE desc./Responsible person.

For locking all master data, as above experts suggest, you should use MDLK/LKD.

System Status CLSD in PS

Business Requirement:
If a Project System Status is CLSD, I need to lock out users from changing this Status. I also need to allow access to a some group of user's who can re-open projects.

I would only add a few details:
Create a user status which will automatically get triggered by system status "closed". Further, in this user status, please ensure that "Revoke status "Closed" is forbidden. Assign an authorization key to this user status.

Function Modules for System Status update and reservation for service order

I am sending the service orders data using IDOCS.
once the IDOC is received successfully i need to do 2 things:
1. Update the system status of the service order with the status 'SPV2'.
2. Create the reservation for the service order.
Is there any function modules avilable for both of these process.
If not how i can do these two things in ABAP Code.
please help me out in it.

Searching for a Project status = CLSD and open purchase orders?

Hi,
I am searching for a project status (Project Builder CJ20N) which allowed my to set a CLSD or a simillar status for settlement with open purchase orders.
This staus should allowed to process with open orders BUT not allowed to add new orders after setting this status.
Have somebody any idee? Or it is impossible?

I want to fetch released service orders with status INIT and RENT.
Here, SYSTEM Status = Released and
USER Status = INIT
RENT
So is there any function module available for the same.....

How to control the Business Processes of System Status in Proj. Def.?

Dear Experts,
When a Proj. Def. is in "Business Complete" System Status (CLSD), I would like to control no data is allowed to be changed, except undo the CLSD.
In SPRO, I could onlly fine the similar setting in WBS status profile, but could not find system status profile for me to define and set which business processes is/are not allowed.
Is there anyone know how to do so please?

Really thanks for your swift reply.
In my system, when a Proj. Def. is in "CLSD" status, many of the fields are not grey-off for display only.
Instead, most of the fields are allowed to change.
In CJ20N, when I check on the "Transaction Analysis" of a project's status after "CLSD", I can see the "Create Change Document" is "Allowed".
Is that the cause why most of the fields are allowed to change?
How can I make it as "forbidden"?

System Status in COOIS

In COOIS report two system status " REL and CLSD system status" is not work for excluding .when i do exclude CLSD it is not effect in report output it is display but for another status it is work ok.another thing it is not work only Quality server but other server production and development it is work fine.

Production order status CLSD, TECO

What is the diffrence between production order status CLSD and TECO?

Hi Shri,
Status TECO:
Purpose/When:
          TECO, Technical Completion refers to an logical ending of Production Order from a Logistical point of view. This status we generally use if,
1. The order is completely executed from the Logistics point
2. If the order has to end prematurely for any reason and we wanted to have all the open requirements (Like Capacity & Material reservations) to be deleted.
What it does:
          Once the order is given a status TECO, what system does is
1. The order will not be considered for MRP planning and it will not appear in Stock Vs Requirements list (MD04)
2. Capacity & Material reservations against the order gets deleted.
3. Purchase requisations for Non stock materials & External operations gets deleted.
4. The operations and the order header get TECO status.
Followup after TECO status:
1. You wont be able to make any further changes in the fields of the order even in change mode. However you will be able to revoke the TECO status.
2. It can still allow to post confirmations or good movement and it allows all Finance and Controlling period end activites for the order.
Status CLSD:
Purpose/When:
     CLSD status refers to completion of all business activites for the order interms of Logistics and Finance and Controlling. This status is generally a prerequiste for an Production order to be archived and deleted from the SAP database, also to have a control on the orders on which we do not want to have any further Cost posting. But for having a production order to CLSD status, certain Prerequisites have to be met.
Prerequisites:
1. The Order must have a TECO or REL status in it.
2. Open Purchase requisations & Purchase order with commitments to Production order should not exists
3. There cannot be any future change records in terms of goods movement or confirmation errors in COGI.
4. The order balance should be 0.
What is does:
1. It executes all the functions listed for TECO status if the order is in REL status.
Followup after CLSD status:
1. Goods Movement, Confirmation and Finance & Controlling cost postings to the order is not allowed.
2. It will allow the order to be flagged for deletion.
3. It will allow revoking of CLSD.
Hope this helps you in understanding the status TECO & CLSD with respect to logistics.

How to get user status in place of system status - B2C

In our requirement for B2C webshop, we need to replace the user stattus with the system status . In the standard B2C webshop, , we have only OPEN and COMPLETED orders, which related to system status - OPEN and COMPLETED.
I want to get user status in place of system status.
Please help me how to proceed with the things.

Hi,
You could use IW38 to select and generate a list of orders. Then from the output screen highlite a group of orders and choose the complete function.
Also BAPI_ALM_ORDER_MAINTAIN method TECHNICALCOMPLETE could be used with later releases.
