WBS Element has the system status NTUP (Dates are not updated) the option to untick this is greyed out and it is preventing the posting of a journal.

WBS is released and there is no user status as well but besides NTUP another system status is there i.e ACPT(Order accepted) is this is causing any problem for genral postings?
Could you please also let me know how status NTUP got activated when i am checking in the change log it is not showing any name.

System Status at WBS level

Hi friends.
I have an issue in my report, my requirement is I have to fetch all the WBS Elements which are having System status as TECO . But in the selection screen i have given date range. Now i have to fetch all the WBS having TECO as system status with in this date range . I have used JEST table also for checking this status .I have used prps table for wbs elements.
when i give the date range i am not getting all the wbs with in tht range.
how can i validate date in this case.
Is there any table which gives system status based on date .
i want table with system status and date.
please have a look over this .

Fetching the sales order data using both system status and user status

Hi,
Could any one tell me how to fetch sales orders using both system status and user status.
My requirement is to fetch sales order data in a report where the user enters the system status and user status in the selection screen fields.
For example i need sales orders where the system status is I1002 i.e. OPEN and user status is E0002 (status profile CMSCON0) that is In Process

Hi,
The system status and user status are stored in CRM_JCDS & CRM_JEST tables you can get the all the order GUID on particular status further pass the order GUID in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H to get transaction ID.

Setting System Status for CRM Contract

Hi
I need urgent help for changing the system status in CRMD_ORDER, once the Contract is saved.
I tried to use the Function Module CRM_ORDER_MAINTAIN for setting the status. But this FM provides status change on user level.
Please guide me how to set the system status for this scenario.

WBS data distribution for IDOC-PI-JDBC with system status 'CRTD' not working.

Hello Experts,
I am busy with a project where the PS project creation and updates should be transfered to the external legacy system through IDOC-PI-JDBC scenario.
I am using the BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN for this process. This scenario is working fine with the projects system status released (REL).
If the system status is Created (CRTD) then no idoc creation happening therefor no data distribution of work breakdown structure(WBS) to the legacy system.
Can anybody give me some suggestion of make it happening.

Hello all,
I did it with the help of my abap developer.
We implemented a BADI, and from the BADI we created the idoc.
When the idoc is there the legacy system receive the data.

Contract Item System Status (Most recent system status)

Hello folks,
I am trying to extract Contract Item level System statuses by going through STATUS tab>SYSTEM STATUS area>STATUS ANALYSIS log icon>TRANSACTION ANALYSIS which are available in tables CRM_JSTO,CRM_JEST, and CRM_JCDS. However, I would like to get the most recent status changed. Can any body please help me to find out if there is any timestamp field in any other related table that I can use or any other function module.

Hi,
you might already have checked the table CRM_JCDS.
From that table you can retrieve the status history of a particular object. From status history you can identify the latest change based on time stamp.

You have to configure selection profile to get the required data in reports like CN43N etc.
T-code BS42.

While uploading the master data for Business Entity and Buildings I want to make the system status as release. How do we achieve this?
Also at the time uploading the contracts I want to make the system status of the contract as active. How can we do this at the time of upload.

Hi Vara,
I guess you are using the API_RE_* function modules for uploading the data. You can use these
APIs also to set the system status. You have to set the parameter ID_TRANS and provide the activity that sets the status (example: for system status "released" the activity BFRE, for activation of contracts the activity is MCAK).

System status to complete

Hi,
I am working on CRM Service implementation. Currently my client is using non-sap system for Service orders. Post go-live with SAP, the non-sap system will be shut down. So we need to move all the complete Service, Sales orders to SAP system for past time. and set the system status of complete orders to "complete" so that no one can process them further. I cannot go thru normal new Service/Sales order process as these orders are already complete. Just for history we need them in CRM.
Please advice how can I do that?

You will have to create the contracts in the CRM system and set the status to complete.
<b>Steps to achieve the desired result :</b>
1. Create an IDOC that matches with the fields of the sales order in the non-SAP system.
2. Maintain the ALE IDOC settings required for inbound processing of the IDOC.
3. Write an inbound processing function module to process the IDOC.
4. In the function module you can read the IDOC data and populate the bapi BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI with the required data that you want in the contract.
5. While populating the status table in the BAPI put the status as 'complete', you can get the corresponding code for the status from the table TJ30 and TJ30T tables, because the BAPI expects the code.
6. Call BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_SAVE to save the contract.
7. Call BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT to commit the transaction.

Memory dump in contract data load

e are doing CRM service contract data load from flat file to CRM using
BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI and it is giving ABAP memory dump.Please
see attached file for more details about dump.

Though we are every time calling 'CRM_ORDER_INITIALIZE' it's still
giving following dump. Looks like 'CRM_ORDER_INITIALIZE' is not
initializing the memory.

What happened?
The current program had to be terminated because of an
error when installing the R/3 System.
The program had already requested 256701152 bytes from the operating

What are the approx. number of records you are trying to Populate? You can follow the below given sequence for loading the data.
1. call function 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI'
2. CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_SAVE'
Example:
call function 'BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_SAVE'
      EXPORTING
        update_task_local = false
        save_frame_log    = true
     IMPORTING
      log_handle        = lv_loghandle
      TABLES
        objects_to_save   = lt_objects_to_save
        saved_objects     = lt_saved_objects

3.   CALL FUNCTION 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT'.
i think this would work without problem. Let me know whether you still get ABAP Dump.

Remote system monitoring entry- data not relayed to Central system

Hello Folks,
I am trying to establish a central monitoring system for our client. I am trying to test it in the DEV environment first.
The central system is a Solution manager system (Dual stack- ABAPJAVA). I am trying to bring in monitoring data from the ECC development environment (ABAPJAVA).
First of, i created to RFC connections in Solution manager system, one for data collection and the other for analysis. I have maintained the host address of the ECC system as target.
Then i have created a remote system entry in Transaction RZ21--> technical infrastructure entered the 2 RFC names and have executed the function.
At this point i am only trying to bring in ABAP stack monitoring data form the ECC system so i have not generated the CSNCONF file.
Now when i look in Solution manager RZ20-->CCMS monitoring templates, i can't see any data for the the ECC system.
I guess i am doing something wrong. Am i looking in the wrong monitor set?
As additional information: Solution manager (SMD) and ECC (ECD) use different transport domains / transport groups. I dont know if this makes a difference.
Can some one please help.

Hi Prashant,
if I understand correctly your system shows only MTEs from R/3 Stack, not from the OS side, pls check your SAPOSCOL. Are the data in OS06 in your remote system correct and do you see the current data, refredhed all 10 seconds?
To check your environment, pls do the following:
in th efirst step check in RZ21 > in the Topology part the System Overview for your system connection to your back end system. Are the Read Destination Data RFC and the Destination Analysis RFC correct and works the authority chek fine?
In the second step pls check in RZ21 > in the Agents for Remotey SAP Systems part; are there registered your remote ccms agents correctly and works the connection test.
Stop the agents and in your RZ20 monitor pls enter STAT in your command field. Are there displayed for your MTE nodes the read RFC destinations?
Start the agents and and in your RZ20 monitor pls enter STAT in your command field. Are there displayed for your MTE nodes the CCMS Agent RFC destinations?
To rebuild the Monitor in the CEN system you could try to reset the node of your remote system in the warm up status > go in the remote system to RZ1 > go to local segments > change to edit > select your segments > reset segment in "WARMUP" status.
In the CEN system you coul try to go to the edit mode for the Agents for Remot SAP Systems > select your remote system and push the button Reinitialize Agents
In the back end system you can try to delete all MTEs in RZ21 > menu Technical Infrastructure > Reorgenize Segment Table > select the options with "ALL" in the CEN and the remote system to reorgenize all data.
Could you pls post for the missing MTEs a screenshot on the one side from the CEN system and on the other side from the remote system...
and last but not least you could try the following for missing OS MTEs
delete ALALERTS, ALMTTREE and ALPERFHI in /usr/sap/ccms/<SID>_<SNR> and check in the agents folder all trace and log files for errors.
