System statuses in the Status Tab

Hello everyone,
I have problem with status tab in the Student File. When I create Admission application (also execute/reject application) there are no system statuses like as Applicant, Admitted/Rejected Appl. But after creation of registration there is a system status "Student". I can't understand what's wrong. Object Student has relationship with CS object, and in IT 1728 records are exist.

Just two guesses:
Did you check authorizations of your user? Since the Status are subtypes of infotype 1728 maybe you do not have basic authorization for all subtypes of IT 1728 but only for some of them.
or maybe there is a filter in the default layout for the ALV which shows the status in the status tab?

In recever system I have give tab separator '0x09' as the field separator but I am getting the same file in recever side also.

Hey,
Do not copy and paste the FCC parameters from microsoft word (other editors too) because some times it contains hidden foot prints which can not be seen and they creates the problem.
Create a new CC without using copy n paste e.g. field names and use '0x09' as separator and try again.

Your post says you are on iOS 4.3.2. You need to be at least at iOS 5 to have a "Software Update" capability on your iPad. Right now, you need to update your iPad using iTunes on your computer.
Plug your iPad into iTunes (current version: 11.0.4). Let it sync. Then choose "Check for Updates" from the iPad's summary page in iTunes.

i wnat to know what is the FM used to get the SYSTEM STATUS in pp order.
and the parametes needed t be passed.

1. go to tcode BS22 (Maintain: System Status)
2. look for the system status TECO.
3. Double click the field "TECO".
4. in the transaction control tab look for the business transaction "RMWA" or goods movement (you can type it in the lower left corner buttom box).
5. select the radio button from "Allowed" to Disallowed".
6. save your changes.

BADI CRM_MKTPL and Status Change button! (Hide the standard system status)

Hello,
In transaction CRM_MKTPL, i need to delete some status that appears when i click on button Change status.
I am trying to use the BADI: CRM_MKTPL using the method 'GET_DROPDOWNBOX_VALUE', but i didn't get what i
want because this method is only valid (i think) for Listboxes for a field and not for a button, that is my
requirement.
Also i am trying to use the method 'p_fill_dropdown_listbox', but i don't know how to use this, and where, in
whick part of the BADI CRM_MKTPL.
I want to hide the standard system status in the dropdown list.
Any ideas?

just check in your badi there is any option is there for menu area customization or not in the implementation you can find attribute,interface ,subscreen like tab there check any menu area tab is there or not.. if it is not there then try for any menu exit and lastly you can try for transaction variant tcode SHD0.

How to read the Sales Order( Item ) System status?

My requirement is to display the System status of the sales order item*. When we go to the sales order display, if i double click on the line item , ii will lead to the next screen.Click on status tab,here we can see the Sytem staus. I would like to know the logic to read this sytem status ?

System status for goods issue to the order (ISSD)

Hi All,
In BS22 we can see the system status for GI as ISSD. How to enable this status in the production order.
In BS42 we can assign this system status to the selection profile.
But how to assign this status profile to the order/order type?

Hi Srijit,
You can assign this status profile to the order Type in Transaction OPJH in case of production order and in CORN in case of process order under the tab "Status management".

Hi,
Will some one expalin following points.
1.Can we add / modify system status in configuration.-if yes path for the same.
2.Is system status linked to user status-if yes path for the same.If no on whhich basic system status is changed .
3.What is use of configuration data tab in equipment master.Is this required for creating work order,notification ,task list etc.Is their any link between equipment master and material master.

1. Yes you can add modify system status using transaction BS22. However these are system delivered functionality and its not advisable to change these.
2.Its the other way around. User status can be linked to system status through the configuration for user status.Double lick on the user status definition to reach the system status dependencies editor in transaction OIBS.
3. Equipment master and material master can be linked either through serial number functionality (Material number + serial number = Equipment number) or through the "Construct" field(Structure tab) in the equipment master. The configuration data tab is used to link equipment master to a pre-existing variant of material. Hello
Define User status in OK02. Define various statuses and number them. Then double click on each status n you will be taken to transaction control screen. Here click on create tab and then set the influencing statuses for each system status. However this will be individual for WBS and Network.

You can get the system status of WBS in CN41, Execute the report , after it use the change layout option, select status.
System will display you user / system status for all the PS Objects.

System status INCM is active while doing the confirmation from SRM

Hi,
User is getting the below error while trying to create confirmation in SRM for some of the PO's.
Partner XXX not found
System status INCM is active (Confirmation XXXX)
Partner not found XXX (Item 1)
The version is SRM 4.0 (Classic scenario). We have already checked the user profile and it is consistent in the system. The BP record for this user in table BUT000 is all fine. User is able to create the confirmation for other PO's. Also we have checked the G/L account for any posting period issue. Everything is fine. The error is coming while user is trying to do the confirmation for some of the PO's.
Any help is highly appreciated.

Check these POs to see if any of the partners are invalid. You could do this through "process purchase order" transaction. Sometimes this error occurs when one or several of the PO partners no longer exist, e.g. left the company, etc.

How to change the no of members in approval status tab in charm(crmd_order)

2. Locate the system status: I0188 - ECUS (click Page down key to scroll the list below).
3. Put cursor on I0188 and, menu path GOTO -> TRANSACTION CONTROL.
4. Locate Business status PMS1 - Goods Receipts, click checkbox "Forbidden" (It might be in Warning right now?).
5. Save and test your scenario.

in the component SRQM_INCIDENT_H i created a own button and eventhandler on the overview view.
Here in this eventhandler i´m calling an own method from an own class. This method is doing a RFC in our ERP system.
If i test the method this works fine.
If i call this method in my eventhandler i get BSP error:

Hi,
Web-UI cannot handle MESSAGE statements. if it's your own program, you should use the web-ui( view_manager->get_message_container or cl_crm_bol_core's global message container) alternatives to display the messages. If the message statement is being issued by a standard program, it's most usually deliberate attempt to fail on unrecoverable error. You can catch it by usin the try...catch CX_SY_MESSAGE_IN_PLUGIN_MODE ..where you call the standard functions.

i programmed in Webclient UI an own button which calls a Method of a zclass. Within this method i do a remote function call in ERP.
I can test the method successfully but if i call it from CRM Webclient UI i have a BSP error:

What happened?

You should first check your Abap dumps using tranaction code ST22, this usually provides more detail on the problem.
In this case I think it's trying to return a screen (or pop-up message) that can't be handled while activating the web service. The "SAPLSKEY" tells me that it might be licence related, do you have a valid developer's licence for Abap development work? If not apply for one (find out the procedure from other Abap developer's that you may work with) & check if that makes a difference while activating.
