SYSTEM WILL NOT ALLOW ME TO SIGN ON WITH MY PASSWORD!

NOT SURE IF THERE IS A GLITCH IN THE SYSTEM, NONETHELESS, I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO SIGN INTO "MY VERIZON" ACCOUNT FOR THE PAST 2 HOURS.  TO SAY THE LEAST I AM VERY ANNOYED AND DISAPPOINTED IN THE FACT THERE IS NOT WAY TO REACH OUT TO VERIZON'S CUSTOMER SERVICE BY WAY OF A LINK ETC.  PLEASE HELP. I AM TRYING TO PAY MY BILL!

I cannot sign in to view my bill and/or pay it.  It does allow me to change my pwd but I go to review my account information, there's nothing. I've cleared cache, tried different browsers and my laptop. I cannot log in to my actual account.
I get this message:
"We are unable to process your request at this time. Please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience."

I was able to find tech support phone number but the "office" is closed on the weekends. Is there no other way to get some assistance???

    Reloading Firefox and using the same Page has no effect what-so-ever.
    Any ideas?

    i visit the same page and got the same message except the popup blocker was blocking the sign in page from loading.
    you could try using the following link to see if you can get to the login screen if it works you could add it as a bookmark until you find a solution.

    I have an HP Officejet Pro 7580 similar to the 8600 you have and after upgrading to Mountain Lion it wouldn't work. HP support site said download updates for Mountain Lion from App Store not their site so I went to software update but there were NO UPDATES FOR 10.8.  Tried a million things and could not get printer to work.  So I restored back to Lion figuring at least printer worked then only now I can't get it to work with old settings either. I am sick to death of claims by Apple and peripheral manufacturers that everything is compatible all you have to do is get updates well in this case THERE ARE NONE TO BE GOT and I don't have time to **** about trying to find 'work arounds'.  There shouldnt be a need for work-arounds. Unless the updates are ready DONT release the new OS.  You shouldn't have to be an IT tech to make basic things like printing work.  I see also the HP 8600 is even sold by appstore so there is no reason why it shouldn't work with minimum fuss.

    Mac App store will not allow me to sign in so I can't purchase or update app's...it has worked before?  I have done all updates for Mac...

    Do you not see the sign in sheet?
    Mac App Store: Sign in sheet does not appear, or does not accept typed text
    And if you have anti virus software installed, disable that before trying to access the App Store.
    If you have Litlte Snich installed, that can prevent access to the App Store.
    Keep in mind, you can't update your existing apps from another Apple ID if you create a new account.

  • Facetime will not allow me to sign in

    My daughter has been using Facetime on her iPod Touch but now it will not allow her to sign in saying incorrect username/password.  We have changed her Apple ID and password and still it will not work.
    When she is connected to iTunes she is getting an update message to update the iPod software to version 5.  When I press update I then get a message saying we need to download iTunes 10.5.  I then accept that but nothing happens.  Nothing.  Not even an error message.
    So we are getting nowhere.  Tried changing the wifi DNS on the iPod to 8.8.8.8, 8.8.4.4 and that didn't work.
    I'm stuck now ... please help!

    Forgot to mention that I have restored the iPod back to original settings and it still doesn't work.
    I'm starting to lose the will to live now ... I've been trying to sort it for hours

    When using the iPhone with the Windows OS, you need to have the Apple Mobile Device Service running. It should start automatically when you start the computer, but sometimes things happen. Use this support document to try and restart the service. See if that helps.

    - Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so. There is a little switch in the headphone jack that disconnects the speaker when the headphone jack is inserted.
    Try the following to rule out a software problem
    - Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
    Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
    least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Reset all settings
    Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset All Settings.
    All your preferences and settings are reset. Information (such as contacts and calendars) and media (such as songs and videos) aren’t affected.
    - Restore from backup
    - Restore to factory settings/new iOS device.
    - Make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. Seems you have a bad headphone jack or other hardware problem

  • TS1398 I have been having network problems on my Ipad and I reset all network settings as advised in the article about problems connecting to networks.  Now my Ipad will not allow me to sign onto any network....it will not accept the passwords for any net

    My ipad has been a little glitchy for the last couple of weeks....not able to load pages because of DNS lookup failure and really slow loading...some of which has to do with the DSL service I have, but I followed the directions on one of the Apple wi-fi issues pages to reset network all connections..which I did, and now the Ipad cannot connect to WiFi because it will not accept (or cannot resolve..or??) password.  I am sure I am typing the password correctly and have tried it on several routers..and it cannot cannect to any router properly even with the correct password.  My laptop is connected just fine and it accepts the password and I have confirmed the password with the ISP and tried other routers.
      So the question is what should I do if I am entering the right password and the Ipad can't sign itself on to the Wifi network?

    Some things to try first:
    1. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord for 30 seconds or longer) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.
    2. Go to Settings>Wi-Fi and turn Off. Then while at Settings>Wi-Fi, turn back On and chose a Network.
    3. Change the channel on your wireless router (Auto or Channel 6 is best). Instructions at http://macintoshhowto.com/advanced/how-to-get-a-good-range-on-your-wireless-netw ork.html
    4. Go into your router security settings and change from WEP to WPA with AES.
    5.  Renew IP Address: (especially if you are droping internet connection)
        •    Launch Settings app

        •    In the window that opens, tap on the Renew Lease button

  • I guess Chrome will not allow me to sign up for Mozilla newsletters after I downloaded FF, unable to get page to accept my email, etc.

    Been having trouble w/Chrome would play audio only of Vimeo videos, fixed that but now will not display photos on Pinterest, only the links behind them. So I thought I'd try Firefox again, used to use it for several years. Downloaded and then thought I should sign up for your newsletters. But (using Chrome right now) I could not get the page to accept my subscription. Tried several times, refreshed, etc. Not sure why, seems strange.

    I'm sorry cor-el. I have not yet installed Firefox, life is way too busy just now. 24/7 caregiving is taking its toll :( I will install soon.
    I guess with my post here my intent was mainly letting you folks know that apparently there is a bug on that newsletter page when it is viewed in Chrome. I could not find any way to report this issue unless I came here so I gave the whole story when I did. I am pretty sure once I install Firefox, I will be able to use that page to sign up for the newsletters, thinking it must be Chrome. Of course, I could be wrong, we'll see when I get to it.
