T'bird keeps crashing, I can't access my emails

My email server is filling up and will soon stop sending me mail. I've rebooted no luck. It's downloaded my new mail (five days going now) and then shortly closes out. I get no error message, other than prompt box to send crash reports, which I do. So there are many CRs. I have no clue what those all mean. Last detail below. Any suggestions?

I can't access the CRs. I just opened email again, it downloaded recent emails and then closed off, and I got the prompt box to submit a crash report. I didn't see a CR #. Will reopen it and see if I can get to settings before it closes again...

    It sounds like you're seeing an alert message when opening Mail on your iOS devices. Do you have multiple email accounts setup on the devices?     Can you explain this better, there appears to be a strange work flow going on,  have you imported PowerPoint into Keynote or you are trying to export to PowerPoint?
    There are many users who have trouble with a recorded voice over going to Quicktime.
    Try this repair, its sorted out many similar problems in the past.
    Complete all the tasks and in the order shown:
    1  delete all the iWork applications if you have them, not just Keynote by using Appcleaner from Mac Update to           do this, its freeware
    2  restart the Mac;   Apple menu > restart
    3  immediately after the start chime,  press the shift key until you see the Apple symbol.
             let it fully boot up,  it will take longer as the OS is repairing the drive
    4  when fully booted, go to Applications > Utilities > Disc Utility; click on the boot drive  then First Aid tab and           click  repair disc permissions
    5  when complete, restart the Mac normally
    6  install Keynote from the Mac App Store

    Try closing all apps and reboot the iPad. Clear Safari again as well.
    Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the recents tray will appear with all of your recent apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar.
    Go to Settings>Safari>Clear History, Cookies and Data.
    Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.

I've spent over 3 hours on the phone/chatting to online support and none of it seemed to help as it all revolved around resetting emails etc but can't do any of it without my access to my old email. Now my phone won't take cloud because they advised to set up new apple ID and use that, but can't sign out of old one completely. Also doesn't help because my phone and laptop are set up on the old one. Thanks for the help.

    I'm Sp from India, I'm using my iPhone 5 for regular Business use as well for personal use too. My Iphone Version is 8.1.3 (12B466)  and Model MD300HN/A with storage capacity of 32 GB where 8.64 Gb is FREE. I'm always connected with Wi-Fi / Data Plan, I was able to use all my personal as well Business Email Accounts properly on my iPhone 5 but since few days, I'm not able to use it cause it Quits on launch of mail Application (as default App) along with Phone & Safari & Music. I tried to check my all email set up in Setting and also counter check on Laptop (windows 7) and all are OK and working properly but still not able to use it.
    I tried all troubleshoots except deleting all my email ids.
    Please guide, how can i access my emails on iPhone 5 now,

    Try a reset: Simultaneously hold down the Home and On buttons until the device shuts down. Ignore the off slider if it appears. Once shut down is complete, if it doesn't restart on it own, turn the device back on using the On button. In some cases it also helps to double click the Home button and close all apps BEFORE doing the reset.
    Delete and re-add the accounts.

    Or this - Delete the account in Mail and then set it up again. Settings->Mail, Contacts, Calendars -> Accounts   Tap on the Account, then on the red button that says Remove Account.
