T code SWETYPV

Hi
In T code SWETYPV for the object type BUS2012 for the event RELEASESTEPCREATED for the receiver type WS20000075 Type linkage is not active here but the enable event que is active here and the status is no error.
I want to activate the Type linkage. How to do this?

The event queue doesn't do much, You should check the Box against "Linkage activated" to activate it. I would care less about "Enable event qu.."
You can also check this or disable/ enable this through OOCU

The below steps can help you to create PO automatically after sales order is saved.
1. Set up back-to-back, i.e. PR can be automatically created after the SO is saved.
2. Item category - make sure 'Create PO automatically' checkbox is ticked.
3. Enterprise Structure --> Sales Organization - ensure that PO type, purchasing group etc. is maintained.
4. Transaction code SWETYPV - Ensure that both checkboxes are ticked for BO (object category), BUS2032 (object type), ALECREATEE/CHANGED and ERRORCHANGINGPURORD/ERRORCREATINGPURORD.
5. Optional: You could execute BD86 to check for consistencies (note that you can still get it work even if BD86 shows errors).

Auto po creation after save sales order.

A s per my business requirement, We have mapped configuratin for auto PR creation at a time of order if stock not available, But system not create automatic PO after save sales order. I want to crate Automatic PO after save sales order, it is possible i know , But for that which type for configuration require i don't know, can anybody give me solution for this issue.

PO released is not going to WORK FLOW

Hi,
We had implemented the WORFLOW for PO and SA release process. It was working fine and system sends messages to WORK FLOW Inbox. From last few days, suddenley messages are not going to workflow inbox.
Where as PO/SA Release strategy settings are OK and each strategies are enable for worflow.
But messgae are not going to Work flow inbox.
I feel some settings missed out in WORKFLOW settings.
Please help us to resolve the isue.

Can you check if the event linkage is active in t-code SWETYPV.
Check if the reciever to the BO event is the desired workflow.
Also check the event trace SWEL for worfklow getting invoked when PO is released.

SRM 5.0 Confirmation in Awaiting Approval Status

We have the confirmations in "Awaiting Approval" status.
I had checked the following steps but still the status remains as-is.
1. Transaction SWUD
2. Enter workflow WS10400010, press enter
3. Execute 'Test environment'
4. Check 'Including subworkflows'
5. Execute 'Consistency check for components'
There are no errors for BUS2203 (Confirmation business object).
I have cross checked the BUS2203 for WS10400010 Active Status is both T-Codes SWETYPV and SWE2.
We had a previous issue of BUS2203 with some errors and that went away after following steps in OSS Note and SDN comments. Note 962488 - "Workflow definition '&' not in version '&' (WD 401) and SDN.
WS10400010 is No Approval Workflow for confirmations that is active and classified as General Task.
Can you please advise on this status issue?

Please analyse the Workflow log from SWI2_FREQ. I think you can check this issue in SRM forum. I think this is discussed.

I am using standard WF: WS10000051 (SAP template) in Accounts payable to get triggered for Invoice Parking-Approval and Posting.
One of the steps mentioned at help.sap.com is below;
1. Data for Event Linkage
Object type     FIPP
Event     CREATED
Receiver type     WS10000051
Receiver module     SWW_WI_CREATE_VIA_EVENT
2. Check Function
Receiver type (function module)
Global     X
Enabled     X
I could get to 1. Data for Event Linkage which is T Code SWETYPV but could not find 2. Check Function.
Where do I set the parameters for : 2. Check Function in SAP

You dont need to assign the Check function module.
Check function module is used to prevent the workflow from triggering if the checks written in the function fail.
For eg. check if the invoice amount is GT 500. If yes trigger workflow else dont.

Deactivating the Invoice Approval Workflow in SRM 5

Hi WF GurusM
We are setting up Invoice Entry in SRM 5.0 and get the message: No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator.
Please can you recommend how we can temporarily deactivate this workflow, so that we no longer get this message. We have looked in SWB_COND but could not work out which WF the system is trying to call.

Hi Steve,
You can check which workflow is getting called using the following approach:
1. Activate event trace using t-code SWELS.
2. Go to t-code SWEL. Check the BO and event getting triggered while setting up Invoice Entry in SRM.
3. Check the receiver type of the BO event. This would show all the workflows that are receivers of the BO event.
4. Else, check in t-code SWETYPV and check the event linkage of the BO event to the workflows.
This would surely give you the workflow getting triggered on this event.

Exit in transaction FB70

In transaction FB70 I need to save the document number in field bkpf-xblnr, I tried with BTE SAMPLE_PROCESS_00001120, but in this moment, the document number has not been generated yet. Any ideas ??? Thanks for your help.

I was in the same situation and this is how I solved it
Step 1 - Implement BTE 00001030
            Step - A
            T-Code - FIBF --> Setting --> Products --> of a customer
            Create a new product and make sure it is active
            Step - B
            T-Code - FIBF --> Environment --> Info Systems P/S --> click execute with default search
            Select 00001030 and click Sample function module
            Copy Function module to a Z Function module (Z_00001030) to a Z function group
            Step - C
            Now in T-Code FIBF --> Settings --> P/S Modules --> of a customer
            Create new entry for even 00001030 --> for product created in Step A,
            and use Function module created in Step - B
Code in FM Z_00001030 - This is to trigger the Business event BKPF-CREATED

I want to find out wheather a workflow is assiged to a transcation type.
Please let me know all the possiabilites to check.
Note: Iam aware of action profile. Incase workflow is not assigned to a action profile what are the other ways to find.

Error in workflow execution

Hiee friends ,
         I am new to workflow and learning it from sdn blogs and elearnings .
         My workflows were running fine but only recently there is a error every time i execute my workflow .
         Evertime i execute my workflow , a default output comes [its a output of one of my earlier workflows].
          I tried to create some new workflows but the same output is coming .
          Please help me out from here.
        Is there anyway to have the workflow configuration set to default ones.

Hi Lokesh,
Check who all are the recipient types for the Business Object event that is triggering your workflow. To check that do the following:
1. Go to t-code SWELS, activate the event trace.
2. Run your transaction and generate the BO event you are using as triggering event of your workflow
3. Go to t-code SWEL and check the recipient types of the BO event.
You can remove the event linkage to other workflows using t-code SWETYPV.
This would ensure that only the desired workflows are triggered when the BO event is generated.

Error Message: No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator

Dear Gurus,
I've encounter this error message when I'm creating a shopping cart. "No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator"
I've checked the conditions at "SWB_COND" and it looks fine.
I've check Event Type Linkage "t-code SWETYPV" and its active "SAVED". It links to function module SWB_CHECK_FB_START_COND_EVAL.
Cost Centers and HOD are maintain correctly.
Need your advice.

Hi,
The message you are getting i.e. "No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator" is because no workflow has been activated properly for the business object BUS2121(for the Shopping Cart).
Please check the following:
In SWE2,check whether the event linkage is activated for any of the workflows for the object BUS2121.If atleast one of the workflows for BUS 2121 has been activated,you should not get the message.
If any of the workflows has been activated,please check whether the start conditions for that workflow has been activated or not.Even if the start conditions have not been activated,the error message should not appear as the start conditions need to be checked when 2 workflows are activated in the system for business object BUS2121 for shopping cart.
If more then 1 workflow is activated,check the start conditions for these workflows.

There are two Workflow systems associated to the BUS2202 in the event TOBEACCEPTED, those worfkflows are standard.
I want to substitute the existing WS79000010 by one copied by me. How can i do this???

Workflow for transaction FV50 is not working

Hi All,
I am new to Work flows. I need to trigger workflow when ever an document is posted/saved using the transaction FV50.
I habe created workflow with business object FIPP. But i am not getting any mail for the same. So can u please let me know do i need any configurations for the same.
even i am not getting some icon which we get for Va02 when a workflow is triggered. Can anybody guide me how to do the same.

Hello,
1. Please check if you have Used the Event "Posted" of the object FIPP in the header of Workflow.
2. Also check if the binding is active.
You can also activate the bindings from T-code SWETYPV.
You can check whether the corresponding event is triggered or not from T-code SWEL (Event Trace).
Also you can try creating events using SWUE T-code.

Travel Expenses through ESS Not Moving to the MSS of Immediate Boss

Dear Gurus,
After the travel request has been approved by the immediate boss on MSS, employee is creating the Travel expense
report for the same request number through ESS.
But After saving and Sending the travel expense report for Approval through ESS by the employee,
Expense report for Approval is not Moving in the MSS of his Immediate Boss.
Kindly suggest how to achieve this, Immediate boss should approve/Reject the Travel Expense Report through MSS.
Any standard workflow existing for this ?? For Travel Request we are using 20000050 and it is working fine.
For Travel Expenses through ESS:-
We have already activated 20000040 and configured the same in T Code SWETYPV.
Object we are using is BUS2089.
Kindly let me know which Event and Functional module is configured in T Code SWETYPV.
Or any other steps we are missing Or any other Workflow to be used to achieve this ???
We need Travel Expense Approval on MSS by the immediate Boss.

Hi,
Try checking agent assignments of task TS 20000135:
Tcode PFTC:
Task type: Standard Task
Task: 20000135
Display
From top menu choose: Additional data --> Agent assignment --> Maintain
Click "Attributes..." and chooce "General Task" and then "Transfer".
Then click Red and White ball icon (refresh index Shift+F1).
Check also (using SWDD) that WS20000040 has agent maintained for task 20000135. I am not sure if it is there in standard. You can choose superior of the initiator rule from drop-down if it is not maintained.

In trxn code SWETYPV both the check boxes are ticked with no error.
