T-code - VFRB Retro BIlling Information

Hello,
I am looking at a requirement, where I think the Retro Billing functionality in SD can be used to fulfill the requirement. Reading the documentation I understand that condition type PDIF is required for this functionality. However I donot find it in the T685A tables.
If any of you has implemented the Retro BIlling functionality, I would appreciate your comments on this.

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.
And/or try contacting iTunes support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page

Contact the card issuer and find out what the problem is.
Was the card issued in the same countryas the store you're trying to use?

MIne is doing the same thing!!! It is the same card I have used for the past year, and yesterday, out of the blue, it stopped working, and it says my security code is invalid. I can't login from my iPad, it just keeps asking for my password over and over, and when I log in from my computer, I get the security code error. I have double checked everything, and it is all correct.

check your purchase history, see if there has been a problem with a previous purchase, if so, you might have to temporarilyuse another gift card or use itunes gift cards

Well that basically means you need to talk to your bank. You have tried using your card information so many times that it is blocked so you can use any credit card you want it will not go through. Speak to your bank first then speak to itunes through the expresslane and they can release your account if it is block on Apple's end. It is a security measure just in case it is not you using your card.

Apple ID billing information continually adds additional digits to my zip code. This causes my credit card to be invalid, how do I fix this?

As the title says, when I try to update my billing information the software adds additional digits to my zip code. This is all fine and dandy, it matches to where I live. But my bank only uses the standard five digits and when it adds the additional digits they will not match up correctly despite the first five being matched. This causes an endless and stupidly frustrating cycle that I cannot solve. I tried to find a phone number to call and sort this out but of course that doesn't exist. Any help would be great.

Hen verifying my billing information it will not give me the option to select a Canadian postal code.

While trying to purchase an app from the app store it directs me to verifying my billing information and after entering all the inforamtion when I get to entering my address it does not give me the option to select a Canadian postal code or province. Please help. Thanks

It might be because the billing address you provided doesn't exactly match your bank records. It has to match your statement exactly. See http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646.

I'm trying to update my application on my iPad 3... Every time I do it keeps bringing up billing. So I sign in there n do my information and it says wrong sercurity code when indeed its right. You might want to double check the information that you changed. The billing address that you entered for your credit card must match exactly what it says on your credit card statement and that could bw why you are getting this message.
If the address on your CC statement has your Street showing as "Street" and you are using the abbreviation "St.", things like that can cause problems. Maybe a spelling error in your iTunes information - anything like that could cause this.
