I have recently downloaded 3 t.v. shows from itunes music store onto my computer. When I tried to load onto ipod (nano 3rd gen. ) I get message "..not copied because it can't be played on this ipod..."). Other older movies and tv shows play fine. I can't figure it out. They are from itunes, completely downloaded and mpeg4. the shows play in itunes( on the computer), Software is up to date. Please help

3 out of 8 songs from iTunes album won't load to nano?

Purchased an album from itunes. 3 of 8 songs wont load to ipod nano. Message is "cannot be played because audio format is not supported". Questions: how come itunes sells different formats for different songs on the SAME album? How come itunes sells songs that won't play on the nano? How come itunes does not warn customer *before paying* that the songs will not work on the ipod???

Yup, my Mac here at work is authorized. Not sure if my computer at home is since I've never bought iTunes from there-- I presume not.
Thanks for the article. It says right at the top that using an iPod set up for Windows on a Mac won't work-- I'll bet that's my problem. Well, I feel sort of stupid. Don't want to lose the iTunes I bought, though. Would I be able to store those iTunes on a flashdrive and bring them home that way, to load onto my home Windows computer and then onto my iPod? I don't have my flashdrive here today to try it, and I know iTunes are protected for copyright issues and stuff....

HD tv show won't load onto iPhone4s?

i downloaded an HD tv show from the iTunes store to my iMac, and was trying to transfer an episode to my iPhone 4s. I received an error message that this phone cannot play the video.
Is this correct? I transferred the show to my iPad 3 without any issues.

TV show won't load on Apple TV

I purchased a season of a TV show and now I'm trying to watch it via my Apple TV on my television that it's always been hooked up to. It is just spinning around "loading". I did the network check and it seems to be fine?

The network test on Apple TV is not an accurate indication.
What is your current connection, use speedtest
If on wifi try Ethernet
Go to istumbler (Mac) or netstumbler (PC) to get a report of the network, look for signal strength and noise
Make sure DNS is on automatic (settings - general - network)

What is the name of your site and page? There are special characters that are not web friendly. Also it's best to avoid spaces in site names, either using the underscore character "_" or a dash.

Songs won't load into ipod nano from new computer.

Load itunes library from old computer. Installed iTunes& authorized new computer. iTunes recognizes my iPod nano (4th generation), but won't load songs when synchronizing.

I am having a similar problem. I recent reset my iPod as some songs were just skipping during play (they showed on the screen but after a second would just skip to next song), and have been trying to re-sync with no success. I have over 8,000 songs and when I attempt to update songs iTunes puts about 100 or so songs on then stops and states all songs have been updated. When I select update again it adds another 100 or so. Counting to 8,000 is going to take a while!! Don't know what to do...iTunes 5.0.1.4 9/23/2005 firmware. HELP!

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

4th gen iPod won't load songs; my 5th gen and Nano will...

I have a 4th gen iPod that was working with no problems until my girlfriend unintentionally erased all the songs when she installed iTunes on a new computer and connected the iPod. In the meantime, I acquired a 5th gen iPod and Nano and have been using them without event on my computer.
When I tried re-connecting the 4th gen iPod to my computer, the songs wouldn't load. I've updated iTunes and the iPod software to the latest versions and still can't get it to work. I've tried restoring the iPod numerous times and when I try to sync it (either manually or automatically) it says "the required file cannot be found". It has sometimes said "an unknown error has occured (-69)" which would mean something is wrong with the files themselves, but then why would my other iPods work fine using the same files?
What's weird is that the iPod won't load any of the songs but will load the names of playlists.
Does anyone have any ideas what's going on here?

Yes, I did try the 5 R's a few times without much success, it seems.
And I did research the (-69) error message which on the site says,
"This error occurs when iTunes tries to send files to your iPod, but a file (or files) is unusable (something is wrong with it."
But like I said, I'm confused as to why one iPod would be happy with the files but my other one wouldn't. I've tried choosing random songs to put on the iPod (thinking maybe my first song in my library is corrupted) but no songs seem to load. The other error message I get is "The required file cannot be found". But why can my other iPods find them?

I have a few aps on my phonw that won't load onto my phone. I have the 3G. But they show up in my itunes account. Some are double in my itunes, one saying loading or waiting, the others are fine, just not on my phone. I can't delete them. When I try to press them they just jiggle and no x shows up. I tried to delete them via my itunes, they are still on my phone. What do I do. If I factory reset I loose all my calendars and contacts. Help!!!

One of my apps won't load it just shows a black screen

My app won't load it was working earlier but now it won't. I turned the phone off and turn it back off. Killed all the apps and uninstalled it and reinstalled a few minutes later. Now it's just showing a black screen but when I go to kill them the screen is there but I click on it and it goes black again.
