T3 speaker volume fluctuating

Hi, I bought my T3 last year March. Recently I am faced with a fluctuating volume problem with my speakers. I heard that the problem could be due to the volume control. May I know if I am able to purchase a new volume control to see if the problem can be solved. Where can I get it. Thanks.

Hi Erzonius,
You may want to contact Support on how to proceed from here on with your speakers. Here is the link to Support. From this page, select the "Contact opnemen" and send them an email.

  • Speaker volume too low on 3GS - any way to increase it?

The speaker volume is too low on my IPhone 3GS. Other than the volume control is there any other way to increase it?

With volume control do you mean the buttons on the side of the phone? or in settings? When playing something on speaker and i want it louder, I just click the up button on the side of the phone.

  • Satellite Pro T110 - speaker volume problem

How do I increase the volume of the speakers in my T110?
Ive read other forums that suggest thats just the way it is but that cant be right - its impossible to hear on max.
My partner has a Toshiba NB300 (much smaller) but the speaker volume is much better.
Is it a common problem with T110 buyers?
    Is there a fix PLEASE?

    Hi buddy,
I never saw any other forums where people talk about low volume on Satellite T110 I also have this model and the sound volume is ok for this small and ultra portable notebook.
I think you want to increase the volume when watching movies or listen music, right?
Well, in this case I would recommend using VLC media player. In my opinion its the best freeware player and using it you can improve volume compared to Windows media player.
Have a look on Google to find it. Its freeware tool so I dont think its a problem to find. ;)

  • IPad mini retina low speaker volume

I've just bought my iPad mini retina and I have noticed that the speaker volume is very low. I know the speakers are small as of the size of the device but even my iphone 5s with one speaker is louder and was not sure if this was normal or my device not working correctly? I've got until 11th of jan to take back for exchange and would rather get it sorted before that if it is the device causing this issue

Try this  - Reset the iPad by holding down on the Sleep and Home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons. (This is equivalent to rebooting your computer.)
Check your settings. The iPads have a small switch on the right edge. It can be used as a rotation lock to keep the screen from automatically reorienting itself as you move around, but you need to have the tablet’s settings configured properly. That same switch, right above the volume buttons, can also be set to function instead as a mute button to silence certain types of audio.
If the switch is set to work as a mute button, you can change its purpose to “screen-rotation lock” by tapping the Settings icon on the home screen. On the Settings screen, tap General on the left side, and on the right side of the screen flick down to “Use Side Switch to.” Tap to select Lock Rotation or Mute to set the button’s function. Even if you set the side switch for your preferred use, you can still mute the Mini or lock the screen. Just double-click the Home button, and when the panel of apps appears along the bottom edge of the screen, flick the row from left to right with your finger. Tap the icon on the far left side of the row to either lock the iPad’s screen or mute the iPad’s alerts, notifications and sound effects. Music, podcasts and video are not muted unless you turn the volume all the way down.

  • Improved speaker volume on late 2007 MacBooks?

I just bought a new 2.2 ghz black MacBook last week. The internal speaker volume sounds fine to me.
Did the Santa Rosa chip set fix this problem?

    Benny P. wrote:
It may be that; or Apple put a better speaker system in the newer MacBooks.
In the older ones, it was pitiful. So I do hope Apple did upgrade the speakers, it could make customers happy.

It isn't exactly pitiful. I've heard that Apple released a firmware that lowered the maximum output. To fix this, you can download Audio Hijack. You can set the volume up to 200%.

  • MacBook Pro speaker volume

I just finished importing a ton of CDs to my laptop and now I find I cannot get the internal speaker volume up past a whisper.  Any thoughts?  This is barely audible yet is working fine on an external output device via Bluetooth.  And, for those of you who say reset PRAM or buy external speakers, this problem never existed until I recently began importing my music library.  I'm sure it's just a setting but I don't know where to begin and definitely do not want to re-import 1000's of songs at a new volume.  Please help.  Thanks.

    Hello there, Donna.
There are a few places where sound can be adjusted on your Mac. If you're in the iTunes application, the following link from the online iTunes Help Guide provides some standard information:
Adjust the volume - iTunes Help
Adjust the volume of music and video
Change the volume for all songs (like turning the volume knob on a stereo): Use the volume slider at the top of the iTunes window.
The maximum volume is limited by your computer’s volume setting.
Adjust the volume of a particular song or video: Select it, choose File > Get Info, click Options, and drag the volume slider. iTunes uses this setting each time the song or video plays.
Have all songs and videos always play at the same volume level: Choose iTunes > Preferences, click Playback, and select Sound Check.
If you’re using remote speakers connected to an AirPort Express: You can use the volume controls on the speakers as well as the iTunes volume controls. To use only the speaker’s controls, click the AirPlay button , click Single, and choose the speakers from the pop-up menu.
SEE ALSOChoose which speakers to use
Additionally the Mac OS Help Guide provides this information:
Turn the volume up or down - Mac Help
Turn the volume up or down
To change your computer’s volume, click the Volume control in the menu bar, then drag the slider to adjust the volume. If the Volume control isn’t in the menu bar, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, then click Sound. Click Output, then select the “Show volume in menu bar” checkbox.

  • Is there a way to adjust the speaker volume through Settings?

Is there a way through settings?
    Thank you!

It doens't. Music volume on Full, headphone volume on full, ringer volume on full, speaker volume on really really quiet.

Currently my record level is equal to my speaker volume. When I mute the speakers, the record level is 0. No record level controls are visible. How can I fix this?

In the Audio Mixer, the slider for speaker volume moves in tandem with the Audition slider. They cannot be controlled independently.
It should be .exe -r (with a space). If you can't get record options at all, then something weird is going on, and we'd need to know more about your particular PC or laptop.

The phone may be stuck in headset mode. Rapidly plug and unplug a headset 10x to free up the switch inside the jack.

  • Volume fluctuations on burned discs

I recently created my first project on iDVD and burned it to a disc. the sound levels kept fluctuating, raising at some points, then dropping down low. since i had made the project using Magic iDVD, i went back and created it manually. i saved it to disc image to test. both the disc image and the project itself sounded fine, but when i burned to a new disc, the volume fluctuations werew evident again when i play it on my tv (through my panasonic dvd player). can someone help me fix this?

    Hi rob Nixon
What media brand are you using? And does the iDVD play ok in the computer? I recommend using Verbatim DVD-R Minus and burn at 4x or slower from a disc image.
If the above fails to work then I suggest using a high quality (ie, Maxell or 3M Scotch) DVD Lens cleaner kit (use this kit on the panasonic dvd player). It should play your iDVD fine thereafter but if not ....
Post back if neither of the above suggestions resolves this issue.
Also you may wish to try out the iDVD at a local consumer electronics store that sells several DVD Players to see if it plays normally on these machines as well. Hope this helps.

  • HP Pavilion DV6 Notebook Speaker Volume Too Low

I have all speaker/audio settings everywhere set at maximum, but the speaker volume I get when I play any kind of audio or video feed from anywhere is way too low. (If I plug external speakers into the headphone jack, the volume is much better.) I've seen all of the posts where the solution was to do something on the "Enhancements" tab in Playback Devices, Properties, but I don't have that tab on my system. When I go into the Configure option and do the audio test, the volume there is great! I've also checked for updates on my audio drivers and the results have come back saying I have the best version already.
I've been putting up with this for a long time, but I'm really tired of having to plug external speakers in when I want to watch a video or listen to streaming music. I'd appreciate any suggestions (other than the one involving the "Enhancements" tab that I don't have) that might help fix this problem!

    Hello @Lagil ,

  • Increasing iPhone Speaker Volume - Silly but it works

I was watching a movie on my iPhone and I discovered a simple way to markedly increase the volume of the iPhone speakers. As we all know the iPhone speakers are on the bottom of the unit. When operating the iPhone in the landscape mode the speakers are then obviously to the right.
While watching the movie and holding the iPhone someone asked me a question and I moved my right hand which was partially holding the iPhone (my left was holding the other end obviouysly). The speaker volume went down considerably. With my curiosity in full gear I began playing with the placement of my right hand on the iPhone (the speaker end). By putting ones fingers under the right end of the iphone and cupping the palm slightly towards you you will find the volume increased considerably. I also tried this with the speaker phone on calls and the same effect was noticed.
Try it, you'll be pleasantly surprised.

wow, that's a pretty cool tip! I'll have to give it a try.

  • External bluetooth speaker volume to low

    Hello,
I have an external bluetooth speaker from jawbone called jambox. From the start on I had the normal speaker volume like I also stil have it if I connected the bluetooth speaker with my iPod touch. But some day ago, the volume from my whole Mac (not just from iTunes) dropped through my Jawbone. It is not just about 40% of that, what I know of, that the Jawbone Jambox is able to bring.
This problem exists through all audio / video programs on my Macbook Pro. So like in iTunes, also in VLC or MplayerX. Everywhere. The software sound of MacOS Lion is on maximum. Also the sound control of the jambox itself is reached. It seems like there is a protection against to high volume anywhere turned on which just do not allow me to turn up the volume beyond a specifc point of db.
But, I can only repeat: The speaker is in a good shape. I am able to play music much more louder with my iPod paired. But just not with my macbook. I am looking for a "hidden" option to disable the maximum volume limitation of my Mac to the speaker.
Would be happy if anyone know a solution for that issue...

    Same issue
Works fine on my HTC thunderbolt, Even works fine on my brothers Mac (same year and OS build).
My audio used to work fine through my bluetooth adapters but now the audio is way lower than it should be. This is a recent problem, it worked fine before. I believe an update may have cuased this, then again my brothers mac is working just fine even after the update. I even tried switching the bluetooth adapter and it still has the problem so I know its my Mac.
    Please fix this issue...
Me and my brother Both have 2011 Macbook Pros, running 10.7.4 and the adapters are Blackberry adapters used to receive the audio from my mac and play through my home entertainment system via aux jack from the bluetooth adapter.

  • Imac 21"  I keep getting ggh'l  and the speaker volume screen keeps popping up.  Any ideas of what is causing this and how to fix it?
