T410 integrated graphics problem

Question

Dear all,
I bougt a T410 laptop two month ago. But there is always a graphics problem. When I use it to watch video (720P) or play games (DOTA), the video always lags, and is not fluency. I have set the lowest resolution (about 600, color is 16) when I play games. I also updated the drivers for BIOS and graphics. I even restored the system, and then updated drivers. These did not work.
The parameters of my laptop are as following:
Intel Core i5-520M Processor (2.40GHz, 3MB L3, 1066MHz FSB
Genuine Windows 7 Home Premium 32
Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 5700MHD - AMT
4 GB PC3-8500 DDR3 SDRAM 1067MHz SODIMM Memory (2 DIMM)
I think the laptop should be good enough to watch 720P videos and play low resolution games (DOTA).
Is there any other potential problems that can cause such problems? Many thanks.
