T520 - Unstable starting up

Question

Hi,
I have problem with unstable starting up of win7 64-bit with my Lenovo T520. Usually it occurs every day and than 2nd or 3rd restart is successful. Typically win7 is frozen after startup, sometimes "blues screen" appears but with very random BSOD codes, didn't notice twice the same. CPU usage is very high with unstable startups.
With successful startups computer works perfect and nothing happened. I wonder what is the problem. Drivers are taken directly from Lenovo support. I think that it is graphic cards drivers or something with it. PC is my workstation, all software including win7 are originals.
Please help me find out what's wrong here.

Looks like win7 kernel works somehow unstable, but like I said this is only during startup. When he passed this critical first stage than works OK, that's strange.
