T61, OCZ Agility 3 doesn't fit in the HDD cage

Hi all
So, I finally bought myself an SSD for my old ThinkPad. Works wonderfully - except that it doesn't fit quite right.
The OCZ Agility 3 is slightly too wide for the HDD cage, on the bottom of the drive. Recall that the drive sits bottom side up in the ThinkPad, and that the cage sits on that side. My drive doesn't fit that way, however it does fit beautifully with the HDD cage turned upside down (obviously you can't screw the drive to the cage this way, but that is not a problem)
Now for my question: there is two metal tongues in the top of the HDD compartment, that I'm quite sure should be in contact with the HDD cage - which they now are not. Is my drive now not electrically shielded the way it should be, or what is the purpose of these?
I could cut some plastic off from the drive and make it fit the right way, but I'm pretty sure that would void the warranty of the drive, something I don't want to do. The ThinkPad on the other hand, is long out of warranty. Answers, information and suggestions is greatly appreciated.

That is strange that the drive is wider than a normal drive!
You don't really need the cage. You can get away with just sliding on the rubber boots, and put a piece of wide tape folded over on the drive so that you can pull it out if needed.

Your camera uses an OLympic XD picture card http://www.amazon.com/Olympus-xD-Picture-Memory-202332-package/dp/B002LC2DQ4/ref =pd_sim_sbs_p_1 This card has different dimensions compared to an SD card.
You should be able to plug the cable that came with your camera into the camera connection kit to import the pics.

Why my form doesn't fit in the navigator window?.
When I execute the form from navigator the form appears in but the size is less than the size of the explorer and shows shows vertical and horizontal scrollbars. What can I do to avoid this?, Is there any solution different than modify all my forms?, Is there any way to configure my navigator?

We also faced this problem but now we have made changes in formsweb.cfg file by setting SeprateScreen=true value and restarting form server.
This will open forms in new window instead of same.

In the iPhoto preferences you can set Apple Mail as your e-mail client and then it will work exactly as before

I have the newest model for the Powermac G5's and its the 1999$ model. So its Dual 2.0 Ghz. The part that doesn't fit is the little "u" in the center where it has to correspond for the slot. That "u" is maybe a centimeter off from being in the correct spot. It would be nice if someone could just post a link on newegg.com of RAM that is known to work and is 2x 1 GBs chips.

File >Page Setup -- check your margins, I have set size to 85% which is probably left over from some problem. Also check your printer that it is correctly set to the size of the paper.

RAM doesn't fit in the Memmory Slot on PowerBook G4 17"

I recently purchased a 512 MB RAM from apple.com for my powerbook G4 17" 1.67 that I bought a year ago. I currently have a 512 MB RAM on my powerbook, trying to upgrade it to 1 G by adding one more RAM to it.
The problem is the new RAM can't fit in on both of the memory slots at the back of the powerbook. The gap on the edge of the RAM is a bit off if compares to the old RAM I have.. this is weird.
Does anyone have this problem??
This RAM was purchased from apple.com, it couldn't be wrong, but why it can't fit in the slot??? Please help...

There are two 512MB modules for the PB 17", and they are different. M9595G/A (DDR333 PC2700) is for the PB 17" prior to October/Nov 2005, and MA219G/A (DDR2 PC2-4200) is for the post-Oct 2005 high resolution screen, dual layer DVD systems. Maybe check the memory against those numbers to see if you have the incorrect memory, or if you look at your system profiler (click blue apple, about this mac, more information, memory) it will tell you what you currently have in your system.

Another burst A1189 battery that doesn't fit within the recall

Battery model A1189, Serial No. 6N64905XW4HB. Was doing the abrupt shut offs, started about a month ago. Battery Update and all other patches were current. Now its bulged out and is now unsafe if usable at all. But I guess that's my problem, not Apple's. Sorry your power source is obviously defective, but we can't help you. Great service.
Whats scary is the new ones that are now inside the case, where will those have room to bulge out of? And will Apple say you're SOL if you don't fit what they determined to be the range of serial numbers that were bad?

Apple doesn't make their own batteries. As a side note, a brand new Lenovo T400 that my work's IT department issued to me last week died this morning - it fails to boot beyond the initial BIOS screen. That Lenovo was my fifth work-provided PC laptop in the past 3 years. My 3-year old MBP is working just perfectly...and I'm still productive at work at this very moment because I'm running an image of a corporate Windows installation via Parallels on my MBP.

If the previous two answers didn’t solve your problem, can you describe what product you are trying to activate and what free membership means? Did it come bundled with another product or is someone else paying for the membership or what?

I can't download photos from my canon 350d to my apple mac - even using i-photo (what's image capture). The card doesn't fit in the computer and I don't ave a card reader. Is there a simple solution?

Option 1: Download Canon's software. Attach the camera to the computer (USB A to mini B) and the software will ask where to download your photos.
Option 2: Buy a CF card reader. I recently purchased a PIXELFLASH card reader for $16US.

Adobe XI Pro - Header/Footer dialogue box doesn't fit on the screen

First-time Adope Pro user.
Title explains it all. Cannot scroll through the dialog box, resize it, or see the bottom section (including the Apply/Ok option).
Resolution is at highest setting (1920 x 1080) and have tried lower resolutions with no effect. Have been able to solve similar problems with other software by using Zoom but this is not available.
Ideas welcome!

Could you please make sure that Acrobat is updated to the latest version. Go to Help -> Check for updates.
Or check following setting:
Go to menu Edit -> Preferences, choose General category and change the "Scale for screen resolution (restart required)" to "Auto"

Long text doesn't fit the window exactly

Hi friends,
in PO smartforms i have included the header text of PO.
the problem is the long text doesn't fit to the window exactly i.e.,
when we enter the text in PO in the header a line can contain only 60 characters approximately where as in my smartforms it can contain more than that.
so in the display of smart form i get lot of space in the right side and i get the remaining part of text in the next line.
