T61 und HD in Dockingstation System bleibt im Bios stehen

Hallo,
wir haben seit einiger Zeit enorme Probleme mit unseren T61 Notebooks (Typ:6462 Model A49 und weiteren).
Sobald sich eine HD im Multibayschacht der Dockingstation befindet bleibt das System im Bios stehen.
Wenn die HD dann entfernt wird boootet das Notebook. Oder man wartet mehrer Stunden dann fährt das Notebook auch hoch.
Was in diesem Zusammenhang auch noch auftritt ist das die HD im Multibayschacht der Dockingstation im laufenden Windows teilweise nicht als HD sondern nur als USB Device erkannt wird.
Was auch komisch ist das es ein paar Tage gar nicht geht und dann gehts aufeinmal wieder :-(
Bereits alle möglichen Bios versionen getestet, verschiedene Festplatten (Hersteller/Grösse)
Bios Einstellungen abgeändert, andere Dockingstations usw.
All das brachte kein Erfolg.
In diesem Zusammenhang ist es auch unrelevant welches Betriebssystem installiert ist da das Notebook nicht aus dem Bios heraus kommt.
Und wir haben nicht nur ein Notebook das dieses Problem hat sondern mehrere in der Firma.
