Try force rebooting it, hold down the power and home button for 10 seconds until the apple boot logo comes up. If that doesn't work, try rebooting your computer.

my ipad 2 is "stuck" with a connect to itunes on the screen ... and itunes says it could not restore the os ... so now itunes does not recognize the ipad when connected to the pc ...i have updates all the software on the pc and disabled Norton as the troubleshoot instructions suggested; however itunes still does not recognize the ipad .... help!

I tried several times to connect my AppleTV with my laptop but it doesnt work. My iTunes doesnt recognize my AppleTV. My network work fine. I can play trailer on my appleTV. When I use the laptop of my GF the appleTV is recognize in iTunes(7.6.1.9). I have the same version of iTunes in my laptop(7.6.1.9) but with my laptop it doesnt work!! I tried like 3 times to uninstall and reinstall iTunes but with no success. What I need to do to make it work with MY laptop. I made a little video to us to understand the problem.

Your iPod is designed to sync with only one iTunes library at a time. It will recognize the iTunes library on the PC as a new library. If you sync the iPod with this new library, all content will be erased from the iPod and replaced with what is in the new library. So what you will want to do is copy everything from the iPod to your new iTunes library on your PC first.

my iphone 4 will not turn on but when connected to the pc in itunes it says my device is in recovery mode and when i do SHIFT restore and select my ipsw it extracts then this 3914 error message appears. i normal restore then it this error message appears 1601. and my iphone is in RECOVERY mode. and holding the power button and the home button doesnt do anything my latops just makes a ding sound after 6seconds.
