TA44597 error message unknown error  (-3) while trying to burn a playlist

Hello,
Anyone ever get this error message while trying to burn a playlist?  "Unknown error message (-3) "

That's a European model, and this site only supports the US. Unfortunately, Toshiba operates separately in the different regions. I'd recommend you contact Toshiba in your region.

I burned several CD's using itunes two weeks ago and had no trouble. I tried to burn one last night and it kept giving me an error message saying: +Unknown error occurred (4450)+ and it spit my cd out. I have an hp system using windows xp. Does anyone have any suggestions for this? Why would it work and then all of a sudden not work.

  • Get "error 4300" when trying to burn a playlist cd

All at once I am getting this error when trying to burn a cd in iTunes.  Sometimes it will burn one song and then again it won't.

    Hello aleahcim915,
I was looking through our resources for troubleshooting cd burning errors in iTunes for Windows, and came across some great information for you. I would first recommend you use this article named iTunes for Windows: Additional troubleshooting tips for burning issues found here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1374.
Start here, and work your way down:
    Resolution
If after following the instructions in this document you still can't read or burn discs, try the following:
    Try other software
Open a different music player, such as Windows Media Player, and test if it can play a CD you've burned.
Open the CD burning software that came with your computer or disc drive, and test to see if it can burn a CD.
If you're not able to read or burn discs using other software, there may be a more general issue with your computer or the drive. You should probably contact your computer or drive manufacturer for help. In the mean time, try the tips below.
    Use good blank discs
Some brands of blank discs may work better with your drive than others. Check the disc manufacturer's website for the brand of blank discs you are using. Many brands post lists of drives that have issues burning to their discs. They may also publish tips on how to troubleshoot burning issues.
You can use the chart below as a general guideline to assess what types of CD-R media are compatible with different drive types.
If need be you can also re install iTunes, and Apple has another article that will walk you through that. For Windows 7+ and Vista, http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 depending on the version you have installed.
    All the best,

  • HT1152 Error 4310 when trying to burn a playlist from iTunes.

I have done all the troubleshooting set forth in the prior discussions, including burning the same playlist via Windows a Media Player.  But still no luck burning it from iTunes.  I am using Windows 8.  It seems that may be the problem.  If there is some compatibility issue with Windows 8 and iTunes then Apple needs to be aware.  Please fix.  I need this feature and would prefer not to have to keep creating the same playlists in a Windows Media Player to be able to burn them.

Hello, I gave up on Win 8, the only worse OS than OSX 10.7 or 10.9, but might try reposting over here!

I am having issues with my web module on Lightroom 4 (Mac OS 10.9.5). "an unknown error occurred" while trying to upload to my FTP (no changes in my FTP). Bandaid fix was to export to local folder and upload via Filezilla. However, now that is no longer working and although upload completes, the URL takes you to a "Forbidden - do not have permission to read this file" page. Lightroom is changing the permissions of each file to 000 instead of 644 for index files and 755 for all others. How can I change the permissions settings in Lightroom?

  • HT1751 On an old Mac I got this message while trying to burn a CD for the car: "The attempt to burn a disc failed.  The burn failed because of a medium write error."  What does this mean?  And how do I work around it?

On an older Mac I got this message while trying to burn a CD for the car: "The attempt to burn a disc failed.  The burn failed because of a medium write error."  What does this mean?  And how do I work around it?

I had been getting this all morning and checked other messages from the community. THe one which worked was trying a different brand of disc.
I had been using Verbatim which had copied the music fine off the Real Player on my PC at school, but wouldn't work with I Tunes. Tried a Staples and an Office Depot CD-R , both of which did the job.

  • Error Message: "An error occurred while trying to save your photo library."

I am all of the sudden getting this error message while in iPhoto, seems to come up after I try to delete some photos:
"*An error occurred while trying to save your photo library.* Some recent changes may be lost. Make sure your hard disk has enough space and that iPhoto is able to access the iPhoto Library."
I have 83 GB of hard disk space available. Any help?

Download iPhoto Library Manager and use its rebuild function. This will create a new library based on data in the albumdata.xml file. Not everything will be brought over - no slideshows, books or calendars, for instance - but it should get all your albums and keywords back.
Because this process creates an entirely new library and leaves your old one untouched, it is non-destructive, and if you're not happy with the results you can simply return to your old one.

    Hi bert090909,
Are you trying to convert your files from within Adobe Reader? If so, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates. Earlier versions of Reader could cause the specific error that you're reporting.
Please let us know how it goes.
