Tabbing in and out of a Flash component

I'm not a Flash developer, but I was wondering if any of you could answer a question that I have so that I can pass the info on to my Flash developer.
He has created a Flash component to put on one of my HTML pages, but I can't tab in to it from the other HTML elements on the page. When I navigate the page using the tab key, it just completely jumps over the Flash component, even though the Flash component has active elements in it. Also, when I use the mouse to click inside the Flash component, tabbing works, but then I can't tab out of it -- after the last active element, it wraps around back to the top of the Flash component.
I'm very interested in ensuring that this Flash component is accessible to people that can't use a mouse. What can I tell the developer to do in order for people to be able to tab into and out of the Flash component.

This isn't a feature of iPhoto currently (let Apple know if you want it added apple.com/feedback). However, you can achieve a similar affect with Keynote under iWork 09. Drop the picture you want into a keynote slide. Go to the inspector. Go to the build inspector. Choose Effect > Scale. Raise the Scale slider to the desired amount of "zoom".

You can restore the zoom feature by changing the values of the related prefs on the about:config page.

There is nothing wrong with your Dell, it will work fine with any MacbookPro. I have been using Dell displays for over 12 years with many different Mac models. I have two 21" Ultra Sharp displays working side by side to design a Keynote presentation right now.
The issue your having is with the way Keynote takes control of the video output to both displays, it sends the presentation signal to one and the presenter display to the other, this is set up in;
Keynote preferences > Presenter display.
If you want to show a wesite or another app on either display, use application switcher:
press the the command key on the keyboard, then the tab key; a row of applications will show what applications are running, choose which one you want to show. Use command > tab to return to Keynote.

Firefox becomes semi-unresponsive and freezes when a tab is dragged out to make it a new window.

Basically I may have 10 or so tabs open and wish to drag one of them out of the tab bar to make it form a new window. However when I do this it takes a second or two before the new window appears, and when it does it is semi-unresponsive.
I cannot exit it as when I hover over the red "x" nothing happens and I can't click it. I can't switch between firefox windows properly (it just keeps freezing). I usually end up killing firefox.exe in task manager.

That is the default action when you open a new tab. There are extensions that you can install to change it from a blank page to whatever you want.

I am showing 9 tabs open and I cannot access other websites (they are grayed out when I clock on them). How do I close tabs?

Try clearing Safari's cache : Settings > Safari > Clear Cache (and Clear History)
If that doesn't work then try closing Safari completely and then re-open it : from the home screen (i.e. not with Safari 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of the Safari app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
A third option is a reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Newbie, Missing Admin tab and Schedules tab is greyed out

I am totally new to BI Publisher. I just completed the installation of both Oracle DB 10g and OBIEE 10.1.3.4
I am following the example in OBE to get started with BI Publisher. However, when I open the BI publisher, I don't see the Admin tab and also the schedules tab is greyed out. Where can I reenable the Admin tab?
Installation details:
OBIEE 10.1.3.4 with BI Publisher
I am accessing the BI publisher from Business Intelligence/BI Publisher
Username: Administrator
Or is there another menu tab to perform BIP Admin in this version?

Admin tab: u have to include Admin ID in the XMLP_ADMIN group in the RPD. (i believe u know how to do that)
Schedule: U have to configure scheduler and start the scheduler service. U need to follow as series of steps for that ...

Flash Images and text fading in and out

Well this is my first post here, hopefully I'm in the right
section, so here it goes...
I mainly design websites using Dreamweaver, and I use
Photoshop and Fireworks to make graphics. I'm making revisions to
my site, and I wanted to add some animation. I was googleing for
some inspiration and found this SWF file:

tiff is supported by UIImage, so all you need to do is add the file to your project and drag it onto a content view or UIImageView object in IB, or make a UIImage object in code using imageWithContentsOfFile:.
Text files may be loaded into a NSString object using a method such as stringWithContentsOfFile:encoding:error: and setting the text property of a UITextView object to the string.
However, if your objective is to compose text and images on the fly, UIWebView is the only reasonable choice.
I think UIWebView doesn't support to display images is in tiff format.
Where did you learn that? Have you tried to display the same html with UIWebView and just changed an image reference from jpeg to tiff? All the UIKit classes make use of the same Core Graphics framework, and CG supports tiff (see Supported Image Formats in the +iPhone Application Programming Guide+. There might be more online discussions about iPhone problems with tiff compared to other file formats. I think user complaints about email attachments have added to the buzz about security weaknesses. Do we think MS has figured out a way to generate faxes that can't be read on an iPhone? Who among us could believe such a ridiculous, paranoid delusion?
Anyway as above, if you need to compose pages dynamically, running away from UIWebView is not the solution.

Instead of joining it from the list, click the WiFi icon at the top, and click join other network. Fill in everything as needed.

Menu bar not working? icons broken/flashing in and out

My menu bar icons aren't working... airport showing disconnected, all are unselectable. not able to change volume...
the icons are flashing in and out too

Mine isn't working either.
No Volume icon. When I try to turn it on in Sound Prefs, I click the checkbox but it won't check off.
No Clock. When I turn it on in Date & Time Prefs, it doesn't stay checked off, and it also doesn't show up in the menu bar.
No Airport Status Indicator.
No Battery Life Indicator.

Since your screen is flashing you may want to look at the hardware troubleshooting article. The error 21 is a hardware issue and is addressed in the quote from the second article.

These errors mean that your device or computer may have a hardware issue that's preventing the update or restore from completing.

Video runs slow on firefox and out of sync with audio with abode flash 12.

Ever since I installed adobe flash player 12 my videos run slow and out of sync with the audio it is like it pauses for a couple seconds and starts back working and keeps doing that.
