How about in table E070, Selecting on Type ( if it is Customizing Request - W, if it is customizing task - Q), Status ( for modifiable requests - D ) and Owner as your Security Admins ( assuming they are the ones who created role changes transport requests) and then using E071 ( selecting transports or tasks from E070 ) and using Program id R3TR and object ACGR.

You need to be even more carefull with parameter transactions.
If SU24 is not maintained for them, PFCG will pull the proposals from the core transaction (via which the parameters are used in the skip screen feature...). If the core transaction has authority proposals for S_TCODE, then you will get those tcodes and their proposals as well.
A carefull choice of menu objects (not only limited to Tcodes), taking heed of SU24 defaults and tuning it to meet your needs is the key. But it requires organizational discipline and good training, otherwise rather dont use it for anything other than important objects which you want to control manually only, even if your business roles are a mess.
You can also restrict the authorizations of the security admins for example (as unpopular as that may sound... to segregate authorization concept development (SU24 etc), role building development (PFCG etc) and user administration (SU01 etc). Object S_USER_TCD also has a field called TCD...
There are also other objects (as Dipanjan has pointed out) which have TCD as a field of an object which is not S_TCODE. In addition to I_TCODE, Q_TCODE, P_TCODE, see also S_IDOCMONI for example.
To be honest I have given up on trying to find them all
The easiest solution is to use the menu and maintain SU24 when the transaction is configured or the application is developed and tested. That is what SAP does as well in SU22. It is more work upfront, but more sustainable in the long run.
If your users (and auditors) only see the menu (and use the SUIM --> Executable transactions) options, then you can get away with it in the short or even medium term. Latest when someone else need to maintain the roles they will hate it...

Which table contains user name

For certain travel expense(T-Code:TRIP), I would like to know who created it and checked table PTRV_HEAD, but it seems no corresponding field exist. would anyone help me?

Hi Ben,
The process of travelling starts with Planning. It is expected that every employee would plan for their own trip, except probably for Bosses whose Secretaries/PA have been given authorisation to enter trip plans on behalf of their bosses in the system. Therefore, it may be safe to assume that the Creator would be the field PERNR - Personnel Number.
Because HR module uses the concept of Infotypes, the creator (PERNR) would be the same as Last Change by (UNAME) when the plan for a trip is first entered into the system. So, the logic you are going to use in your program depends on what you are trying to achieve. The tables listed earlier are the main ones used in the Logical Database selection for Travel Management. If you display each of the tables, you would be able to see other check tables used to validate some of the entries in this tables.

Why not simply enable audit? Then you can query SYS.AUD table to track inserts/updates/deletes and even selects. Other than that, you would have to create a trigger on every existing and newly created table.

Changing a structure doesn't ask me for a change request

Hi all,
i have a small issue, i'm trying to change the source structure of an infospoke but it doesn't ask me for any change request, it should because we never do this kind of changes directly in production environment but i do not know how to fix this now.
When i try to change it the only message i get is this:
R3TR generated, changes possible
Then i can add new fields but when i save i don't get the chance to assign the object to any cr.
Any idea?

Hi Stefano,
As you have checked, the transport request never had the InfoProvider in it, $TMP suggests that the Infoset was never transported, because if it was transported, you would have had a Z<package> name and it would have asked you for a TR request before changing.
You now need to again go to the Transport connection and collect the InfoSource in a transport request. It will also ask you to change its package from $TMP to some Z<package> before creating a TR.

How to place a ABAP report program into a Change Request?

I used to create an ABAP4 report program, but maybe when I created it, I created it as local or $TMP that there is no any Change Request related to this program. Now I want to transport this program from Development to Test, how would create a Change Request that includes this program?

Generally objects saved in a local package are not transported. You should always assign those objects to a change request and a developemnt class or package.
Copy your program in to a new program and assign that new program to a CTS and a package. Then you always can rename the new program name to the old programs name once after deleting the old program.

ECC 6. 0 - How to include translations into a change requests

Hello everybody,
we are developing in ECC 6.0 and we are experiencing the following problem: when mantaining the text elements of custom programs into the required languages, the system doesn't ask to type in or create any change request. It just saves the traslations.
We would like to be asked to create a new change request so that we will be able to transport the translations into the other environments...
does anybody knows how to activate this funcionality?

No change requests in CRM_DNO_MONITOR

Hi,
We have implemented charm and some of users are not able to display any change requests in transaction CRM_DNO_MONITOR. These are only few users. For some of them problem was resolved next day and for few it still exists. I have provided sap_all and sap_new, still didn't work.
I have checked note Note 1163796 - Work Center Change Requests are not displayed, however it is aboslute as we are now in
ST 400 0026 SAPKITL436 SAP Solution Manager Tool
Have you faced any such problems? Do let me know if you have any suggestions.

Also all users by default has SU53 access, no missing access can be seen. Provided sap_all as well, mentioned in my first post.

Both the users are executing with default variants. For those it is not working yesterday it is working today. I have no clue on why. At present I am not able to reproduce the issue as well.

There is no std program, but you can take the query element (assuming you are looking to decipher these elements) from the request and place it in SE16 > V_ELTDIR_TXT.

Table Name which contains Role for a Query

Go to RSA1--> Meta data repository --> search for the query , in its details you will find the role to which it is assigned .

How to catch any changes made in a particular field of a table.

                       How can we display changes to a filed of a particular table.
To make it simple:--
The Program should take values for the name of the table and the field according it will handle all the update ,deletion of a record..i mean any change happening to the respective field will be displayed.
Suppose there is table STUDENT and a field STUDENT_ID.
So i want to display the newly entered student id or the deleted student id .

You seem to have made a copy of the standard program. You'll have to make sure that you are handling this field correctly in your code.
