Table control View in Maintenance order Services tab

Hi Experts,
I am trying to change the table control fields of the services tab of the maintenance order , when we use PM03 control key to generate services PR.
I try to remove some check box which are earlier defined as invisible to make it visible. However after saving the system variant system doesnt take the changes. It is coming back to the original .
Here are couple of fields I would like to change the setting. As of now I am trying to change the below mentioned field to visible . Presently it is in invisible mode.
Fields
Formula::ESLL-FORMELNR,
Form values: ESLL-FRMVAL1 to ESLL-FRMVAL5 and
User field3: ESLL-USERF1_TXT
program name SAPLMLSP
Control TC_VIEW
I am following the below. Kindly let me know whether I am following the right step.
1) Click on tbale setting
2) CLick on administrator
3) Select the field and do the necessary change to make visible or invisible.
4)Activate
5)Close
6) save.

Hi,
The IMG customizing will have greater priority than the screen table controls (also specific program logic can supersede the table controls). Check the customizing for service screen at following path:
SPRO - Materials Management - External Services Management - Define Screen Layout

If you don't want to access key...then only option is ,you have to search USER Exit or BADi (Try using BADI ME_GUI_PO_CUST) for me22n transaction......to adding the field.

How to clear table control view lines?

Dear Experts,
I created one ALV Report with push buttons. User can select multiple line. After select the lines, when user clicks push button in ALV, then am calling POPUP screen 1100 with save and cancel button. which ever line user selected in ALV, that will appear in the POPUP screen 1100 with table control view.
issue :
Ex :
In ALV user selected 3 lines , that appeared in POPUP screen 1100 table control view. Now user wants to select some more line in ALV. so user clicked cancel and reached ALV screen. user selected 2 more line in ALV (total 5 lines). Again user clicked same push button in ALV, But now same 3 lines (old record) are appearing in POPUP screen 1100, new records (5 lines) are not appearing.

My PBO internal table is having 5 records. but in table control only 3 records are appearing.
PROCESS BEFORE OUTPUT.

Clear the records and populate new records., also use refresh table display if u are using oo alv.
check BCALV_GRID_05 report.,

I have mentioned 1000 service number in value contract. But I am not getting service number at the time of Purchase Order creation with Value contract reference number.

My requirement if I give the Order Number, I require Operations in it & PR Item associated if they are Service Items.

Hi got the Answer myself & thanks fro the answers given by you all.
The exact way how I got is Pass AUFNR to AFKO and get AUFPL.
Use this AUFPL in AFVC where we get VORNR (operation Number) also.
You can use the AUFPL in EBKN ande can get tje PR (BANFN).

I need to implement a program that let me view the materials contained in the maintenance order, but I can not find the tables that contain this information.
Can anyone help me or tell me how to get this information (Function or other)?

Check if IWBK Report - satisfies your requirement or no

How to control to complete maintenance order ?

Hi Experts,
i want to control maitenance order ( generated from prventive maintenance ) activities should not be performed before its due to date. in case of 100 days cycle period maintenance plan and 95% call horizon, system has generated maintenance order five days before as per standard. i want to keep a control that system should not allow to perform any activity on this order till we reach 100th day.
Kindly suggest the wayout.

Dear krishna murthy
You can restrict the order release unless & untill the execution date has been reached. This you can code using user -exit at the time of order release/save. Prevention of Release of order can restrict printing of order & in result you can prevent pprocessing of order till the actual planned date.

MC603 Lock Table Overflow Error in Maintenance Order Settlement

Hello,
I am running RKO7KO8G- "Settlement of Maintenance Orders" program in background. For few Orders I am getting "MC603:Lock Table overflow " error. What might be the problem for this?
Number of Order processed in a job is around 10,000.
I checked in SM12 table.No entry is found
Size of the Lock table details is
Min - 4096
Max - 102400
Diff Value - 4096
Profile Value - 10000
Current Value - 10000

As I already said, there is no standard value to define. You need to consider the no.of locks being generated and act accordingly to address this problem.
I suggest you please go through the lock management documentation to address this kind of problems in the feature.

Hello.
I wonder if it's possible to substitute cost center, profit center, BA in maintenance order Addit.data Tab
according to the WBS element
I think, in maintenance order Addit data Tab (IW31),
cost center and profit center is coming from work center.
and business area is coming from equipment or functional location master which I input
But the thing is WBS has that informaiotn(cost center, profit center, BA ) as well.
and since we need to use the same information(cost center, profit center, BA )
so Users need to change cost center, profit center, BA after checking WBS element information(CJ13)
so, is there any way to substitute(or change) cost center, profit center, BA automatically
in maintenance order Addit.data TAB, when I input WBS element and press enter key?

Is there a way to create a table of contents listing the order of tabs(sheets) in a Numbers document?

I am planning my wedding and I have this huge Numbers document with 20+ tabs and I have plans to add many more tabs. Is there a way to create a table that has two columns: column 1= order that a tab appears, column 2=tab name? For example, my first three tabs are called Venues, Must Haves, and To Do List (in this order. I'd want this table of contents to be in the first sheet of the document, so it would be like sheet 1. Then I 'd want like the cells of column 1 to be like 2, 3, 4 (2nd, 3rd, 4th sheet in the document), and then the cells of column 2 to say Venues, Must Haves, and To Do List. I can make a tiny table of one cell in each sheet that I copied the name of the sheet and then do like a cell reference for column 2, but I'm having trouble w column 1.

There is no referential value for the order of the sheets, just the sheet name. Only two things I can think of to suggest:
Do the same thing for the first column that you do with the second (i.e. put a referential column in the same table as the Name and point to that).
Seriously consider using a word processor program. Numbers is probably the wrong tool.

How to control navigation flow in order using tab and shift tab key?

In JDeveloper 11.1.1.3, how to set the focus on ADF components in order while a tab key is clicked.I dint find any useful articles so far but I think Javascript is the only way to acheive this.Can anyone give me any ideas on this pls?

Since the tab order is from top to bottom, the other solution suggested - check this post: Re: How to set tab order in ADF - is to keep each horizontal "line" of components in a af:panelFormLayout with its rows attribute set to 1. This is a work-around not based on a tab index but it would do the job if you can consistently group your components inside panelFormLayouts as mentioned.

PR not in table generate with maintenance order

Hi gurus,
I have a problem about maintenance order service external generate to PR(Purchase Requisition)
on External Tab. service Number already insert but material Group, Recipient, Purch. Group is blank and saved. so PR Number auto generate. but, i was check PR is not in table, like below.
Generate PR is done but cannot be updated, because in table EBAN is empty.
where is PR number ?

Get the table or view where categorie's sequence order is store

Hi,
I manage to display some categories on a page. Some how I like to display the categories in a specific order. To be exact, I like to have the same order as we can define in the pagegroup properties > configure tab > Types and Classification > Categories section, when adding new categories.
Portal stores that sequence order somewhere because when we return to pagegroup properties we have the same order as defined previously. I looked the Portal's tables and package trying get the table or view where sequence order is stored, but I can't get it.
Anybody knows where I should get this sequence order? (table or view). I'm new to Portal and so I know little about it.

Authorization control of PR creation from maintenance order

Hi,
I want to control creation of PR through maintenance order (Service as well as material PR) for only some users with the use of authorization object control.PR should not be created for this users.
Can anyone suggest me which authorization object I have to control to acheive the expected result.

Your solution is perfectly works for me. Earlier solutions are also useful the things is you have to first activate the authorization object through SE24,that means change the Check indicator from N (Not checked ) to C (Check )or CN(Check & maintain)

Purchase Order Table Control

Hi,
I am trying to change the columns in the table control of the purchase order screen (ME21N) but cant seem to able to do it,
To be more detailed I clicked on the "Configuration" button of the table control, clicked on "Administrator" and made the fields "plant/MEPO1211-WERKS" and "storage location/MEPO1211-RESLO" visible ( unchecked the fields ) but the table control does not change, I have activated the changes even created a new variant for the settings but no changes are seen, I have tried to make the other fields visible/invisible but no changes are seen.
Help is greatly appreciated.

The hiding of fields was and still is controlled by Customizing.Here,
you can - with the help of the field selection key - make fields

Solution
It is currently not possible to hide columns selectively for each user.
Instead, SAP recommends that you shift the columns you do not require in
the table control to the far right and save this setting.
