Table for CO-PA-Value Field Texts

both tables do not match my expectations.
Table V_TKEVG3 is for assignment of value field groups, table TKCTK is for key figures.

Field "Value field texts" is disabled to enter new values
Hi there,
I'm trying to enter new values on the field "Value field texts" from Depreciation Area, in Config Asset Value Display(Financial Accounting (New) > Asset Accounting > Information System > Configure Asset Value Display). The fields are disbled to enter new text values.
I don't know what's happening. I've see the SAP Note 121433, but I don't intend to request the creation of a program to fill these fields. Does anyone know if there's another way to deal with this?

Thanks for reply. I've checked the transaction ANSICHT following the steps said and the Master Data fields are with "No authorization" for all Depreciation areas.
Do you know if there's another way of enable these fields? We cannot change the Authorization settings from one Depreciation Area to another.

gross price : 100
fright : 10
insurance : 10
my net value is : 100 rs
Effective value : 120 rs
Where can I find ( table) for this effective value
fright and insurance I can find from KONV table, But I need effective value or total value

PO Item: EKPO
field: EKPO-NETWR (net value in PO currency)
Conditions: KONV
field: KONV-KNUMV = EKKO-KNUMV
for PO item conditions, item number of condition document = item number of PO
for PO header conditions, item number of condition document = 0000
Subtotals in the pricing procedure are calculated and not stored in any KONV.
PO header Net Price = sum of all EKPO-NETWR for all the items.

I know that Purchase order field can be picked from BSEG table but i am not able to capture the data into it. Whenever i book a invoice through FB60 or MIRO i give the reference PO number which is not getting updated in BSEG, BSAK and other relevant tables.

It is important to realize that all Text records are not stored transparently in tables like other data. Text records are stored within clusters in SAP.
You can access these texts in SAP when you create a include text node in your SmartForm. Once created you begin by selecting the Text Type: Include Text.
The Text Key for an include text is made up of the following parts.
You can use the ABAP function module u201CREAD_TEXTu201D to access Text records by passing the correct header information. You can see the text in the TDLINE.
If you go to SE37 u2013 ABAP Function Modules and enter READ_TEXT you can press the Test/Execute button and enter real data into the import parameters and validate that your text can be accessed using this function module. You can then incorporate it into your ABAP program to access any SAP text that you need.
This is essentially what is done automatically for you in SmartForms when using the Text Type: Include Text.
Finding Header Information for Info Record Texts
You can find the header information for text records using the following steps.
1.Click on the Text tab for either header or item texts
2.Double-click on any header or item text in the Purchase Order
3.Go to any existing text
4.Use menu path Edit u2013> Text u2013> Long Text
5.Select menu option Goto u2013> Header
The header information will be displayed and will contain the following field values
Text Name: Info Record Number 53000128641 090
Language: EN
Text ID: BT (Purchase order text)
Text Object: EINE (Texts, pur. info. pur.org.data).

I've been trying to find more information on this and I apologies if this has already been answered. I just don't know the correct way to ask this. We have a SharePoint List at the company that we have people input information into different columns. The
problem is most of those information are very repetitive. Is there a way for me to search more then one field text in the column and just input that same information in?
ex:

Column 2
Date:
883851
MidWest
User input
8831518
MidWest
User input
On the search field in the SharePoint List, I would need to search for 883851, 8831518 etc, would view those requested numbers, then I would click edit and change dates to those rows. Does that make sense? I'm sorry I'm fairly new at sharepoint.I think what you're asking is about having repetitive options in a list, show up easily for new items being created.
This can be done by setting the columns that contain repetitive information to Choice fields. In the configuration of the Choice field, check the box for "Allow custom values". Now as users are entering data into the list, the dropdown of options
for a given field grows and users can quickly see and select previously entered and thus repetitive values for the given fields.

Database table for Workflow Container values
hi,
I am on SAP ECC 6.0
I am trying to find workflow id number starting from document number
I try to find database table which has containe values of the workflow instances so that I can get workflow/workitem instance numbers for the document
this is custom workflow and it is not based on business object type. so checking container values is the onlyway I can get the workflows
but I am not able to find any table for it
I have checked following

SWW_CONTOB
SWWVCONTWI
SWXML_CONT
SWJ_CONT
SWJPCONT
SWJSCONT
SWPCMPCONT
SWU_CONT1
SWUOCONT1
almost all the SWCONT tables
Morever I put St05 trace to see all the tables in database operations while triggering the workflow
but the only tables seen here are
SWWHRINDEX
SWD_CONT
SWWWIHEAD
SWWCNTP0
SWWLOGHIST
SWWWIRET
SWWCNTP0 is Workflow Container: XML Database (P0)
but it is XML structure data. so its of new use to query container fields.
is this reason because of any workflow design or system config ?
how to read container values from database tables in such case?

This you should be able to read from container now, if you have FIPP instance.

Don't do any selects to SWWWIHEAD unless you have some really specific reason. Just use SAP_WAPI* functions. You should be able to get each depended work item etc. easily with the standard functions.

Why would you read this data from container? This data is in the SAP tables VBKPF, etc. There should be even functions to get all data related to an invoice - try to search for example with READPRELIMINARY* (read preliminary invoice).

1) if you have invoice number, get all related work items with a SAP_WAPI* function
2) if you have only the top WI ID, use SAP_WAPIDEPEND function to get the depended work items
3) with above function you probably will get also the status of the tasks / work items, so you don't need select in SWWWIHEAD
4) Now you have the "status" and the workflow data for the invoice
5) read the invoice data from standard FI tables (unless there is some specific reason to get it from WF container, and if there is, then I think that you might be having some fundamental problems in your design)

Check the structure of the DS and find the field which you want to check the source table.
open the FM in SE37 and then CNTRL+F give the name of the field and check the table which is updating your field.

i am talking about the info-set creation step.
let's do a simple query.
run SQ02. type new infoset name and hit Create.
type name and type MARA for "Table join using basis table" radio button. Hit Continue.
now insert (add) tables: MARC, MCHA, CABN, CAWN
think about Inner Join or Left Outer Join !!'
say, if you need to display all materials (even if not exist on plant) set Left Outer Join. if you're after materials existing on plant keep default Inner Join.

make sure you undertsand how to build a sap query in general.
never set many tables at once. insert 2-3 tables, return to your query (SQ01) or create it, adjust it and test. step by step - table by table. add the new table in infoset, add the fields, generate it and come back to your query. adjust it and test.

Creation of logic group - any limitation for the Criteria Value Field?
I am trying to create simple logic groups in FDM (version 11.1.1.3 and 11.1.2.1). However, an error message displayed in the information bar.
Error: Error adding new record.
Detail: Data access error.
I clicked the "Add" button and created a logic group which contains *1,520* non-sequential source accounts in the Criteria Value Field (with In operator).
I have separated these source accounts with a comma and no spaces in between them. (Note: Operator = x, Value/Exp = 1, Seq = 0) I updated the grid. Then, the error message was displayed and the logic group creation was failed.
And then, I created a new logic group which contains only *100* non-sequential source accounts in the Criteria Value Field (with In operator).
I also separated them with a comma, no spaces and same setting. I updated the grid. And the logic group was added successfully.
Each source account contains 10 characters (alphabet and/or number).
I want to ask:
1. Is there any limitation in specifying source accounts (i.e.. no more than certain number of source accounts for each logic group) in the Criteria Value Field when creating simple logic group?
2. I am adding these logic groups by clicking the "Add" button one by one, is there faster way to do it (i.e.. upload an excel or csv file or source accounts specified)?

I would like to ask about loading the Logic Accounts with the template.
As instructed, I exported the excel out for the template format and updated the template with new Logic Accounts. Then, I imported the excel file in the "Import XLS" section under Tools. The excel file was uploaded successfully. (Note: I am using excel 2010 and saved it as .xls file)
However, there is no changes in the Logic Accounts and seem no updates was made.
I want to ask:
1. Did I import the excel at the right location (i.e. "Import XLS" section under Tools)?
2. Is there anything else I need to do after the file has been imported (i.e. delete the existing logic accounts or click another button(?) for this change) so the new list of logic accounts would become effective?
I would like to use excel to maintain my list of logic accounts for better control in the future.

Can any one tell me where the actual fixed and variable costs are stored in which table and also the planned costs. I have checked it, but it is showing RKPLN as data structure. We are doing development report where in standard Cost Center Report we need to have break up of fixed and variable cost. In regard to fixed / variable actual costs: these are not stored in separate tables. If a posting contains fixed and variable portions, for example postings resulting from splitting (KSS2), then the fixed portion is stored in the COEP- WKFBTR (line items) and COSS-WKF* fields (summary items). Please observe SAP note 192107 on this issue.

in header table (VBAK) it store only net value (VBAK-NETWR) excluding Tax amount.
you can find the net value as well as tax value in item level i.e. in table (VBAP) and condition table (KONV) .
but i don't want to use item table.
i need total value in header level.
