Table for commodity futures transactions

Hi guys, i have no idea of TRM, and i would like to know if commodity futures transactions are stored in any table.

To my knowledge all the treasury transactions / transactions flows are saved in trables VTBFHA / VTBFHAPO. Can you plese chech these tables.

I entered into the TC : ST05, Activated the trace then I created a customer, then I came back and deactivated trace, then I clicked on display it gave me a list ( yellow color list ) ... Wat do u mean by update methods here ...

Tables for Vendor Invoice (Transaction - FV60)

Hello Experts
I am trying to create a Vendor Invoice from Transaction, FV60. I am able to create it successfully.. Header Data is getting stored in the table BKPF but i can not see any entry in the transaction in BSEG. I just wanted to know that where exactly(Table) does the value of XREF1, XREF2 and XREF3 gets stored.

Thanks for the response, I found the entries in the table VBSEGS, but when i check with the entry XREF3, it doesn't show the actual value that i get on screen. It is empty here. i can see the value on the screen but not in the table. Can you please check if there is some other table where these fields gets stored.
But any way the table name you gave to me is very helpful for my solution.

Hi Kalyan,
This is how you can find any transparent table you want.
1. Put your cursor in any of the fields of the customer screen and hit F1 on your keyboard. Next Click on the "Technical Information" icon. Under "Field Data", this would show you for example structure RF02D and field KUNNR (Customer Number), if your cursor was in the Customer Number field. Copy the field KUNNR.
2. Next, open another session and execute transaction code SE80. On the Menu Bar, click "Environment -> Repository Information System". Open up the folder "ABAP Dictionary -> Fields -> Double Click on Table Fields". Paste your Customer Number field name (KUNNR) in the "Field Name" and Execute. This would show you all the transparent tables where the Customer number is stored.

Best Practice for Mass Deleting Transactions

Hi Gurus
Can you please guide on this - We need to mass delete Leads from the system. I can use Crm_Order_Delete FM. But want to know if there are any best practices to follow, or anything else that i should consider before deleting these transactions from the system.
We have our archiving policy under discussion which may take some time, but due to large volume of reduntatn data we have some performance issues. For example when searching for leads and using ACE, the system goes through all the lead data.
That is the reason we are plannign to delete those old records. My concerns is that using CRM_ORDER_DELETE, would it clear all the tables for those deleted transactions and if there are any best practices to follow.

As we can get all the details from CRMD_ORDERADM_H and CRMD_ORDERADM_I, table for the business transactions, along with this for the opportunity and lead we also have the header table as CRMD_DHR_HEADOPP and CRMD_DHR_LEAD, from which we can directly select the prospect and employee responsible. Now we are working with Service/Sales quotation and contract, for this Is there any header level table from where we can get the details for prospect and employee responsible.without using the CCRMD_ORDER_INDEX table.

I such cases I use the BOL-model to get the data. To find out your relevant BOL-entities go to the right WebUI screen and press F2. Then you see the application, view and context node and you can find out which BOL-entity you need.

For our family finances, how do I create a monthly expenditure report that automatically merges data (by category) from checking, credit card, and savings accounts?

You can set up four tables:
1) a summary table
2) a table for pasting Checking transactions
3) a table for pasting Credit Card transactions
4) a table for pasting Savings transactions
You will have catagorize each transaction or using the ones from the bank/credit card
I used pop-up menus to make the categories (Type) and summed the two accounts in the summary table.

Your question is not clear.
The interface table for any inventory transaction is mtl_transactions_interface. You can use it for subinventory transfer for restricted locator items. You just need to make sure that the locators you enter in the mtl_transactions_interface table are valid locators for that item.

Dr/Cr indictor getting updated wrongly in J_1IPART2 table for ETT-RLFC

Dear All,
While Reconciling the excise reports, I had been observed some issue in J_1IPART2 table for the excise transaction type RLFC.
All the entries for Excise TT RLFC the Dr/Cr indicator should be “S-DEBIT” but system has updated the value “H-CREDIT” for all the entries.
Because of this issue system is displaying the values wrongly in RG23APART2 register.
Reference Oss notes: 1756565/1907900.
I had raised oss to SAP as well only recieved intial response saying will be assigned to expert & he will get backs to you.
But I haven't recieved any response from SAP.

Welcome to SDN.
The tables for a given transaction can be seen in the transaction SE80.
First goto SE93.
Give ur Tcode and find the program name.
Now goto SE80. select program in the first dropdown and give the program name in the second box. U can find the list of tables used.
One more way is : use ST05.
and One more is using FM 'get_tables'

How to find all the tables associated for a particular transaction

Hi-
May I know how to find all the tables, related(foreign key) tables for a transaction within SAP GUI?
Up to my technical knowledge, this can be achieved by looking database diagrams from DB level. But that would be for entire database as a whole. What I'm expecting is to see transaction level relative tables that too from SAP GUI. Please share the possibilities if any.

First, you have to get all the objects of the perticular project
you can achieve this by using this function module 'GET_PS_OBJECTNUMBER'
You can use RPSCO tabe only and filter all object number which you have got from above function module,
To get all the project value.
you have to set WRTTP field according to requirement.
