Hi,
Our client require a report for Planned Cost Estimate, where costing run will be on FG product and Client want Activity Hours and Cost for that FG product.
(for all the FG products we have multilevel BOM and Routing hence, Activity Hours are maintained at assembly level).

As far as I know there is no report that gets you data for multiple materials at a time. You have to develop a Z report for this.
Logic is you have to go to KEKO and pick up the cost estimate and date for the particular material
and then go to KEPH table and pick up all the cost components for that material.
Then only you will have a report sapnning across multiple materials.

How to get report for cost estimates material cost only

Hi Gurus,
We have requirement in sales order costing that we need to develope report which shows only Material cost for all BOM levels.
Normally at lower levels cost of Material and activity cost will be treated as Material cost for next level. Here I want to consider only material cost not activity cost at lower levels
Pls suggest the logic and tables for exploding BOM and fetching material cost only.

If you tick the "Roll up" indicatorfor each cost component in Cost Comp Str OKTZ, then overheads do not get added to the material cost... This is my understanding about it.. Is it behaving some thing different in your case??

Table for Cost Center Data

Hello Experts,
We are customizing a financial report and having a strange requirment, where we need to sum up the total value(Debit+credit) of a particular cost element from cost center report S_ALR_87013611.
For example, Cost element 600000 is having debit value 5000 and credit value 2000 in the report S_ALR_87013611, so we need to bring the value of 3000 (Sum of debit and credit value) in customize financial report for cost element 600000.
I have checked the table COSS with value type 4, but I am getting there 2000 debit and 2000 credit, 3000 debit is got missing.
Please can any one tell me which table should I check for getting the proper data?

What are the tables to get for cost center wise plan/ actual data? The data which was entered through KP06 was sitting in whcih table?

Hello Ramachandra,
Actual and Plan Data can be found in COVP view.
1) For Actuals, you should use the values 04 and 11 to the field WRTTP;
2) For Plans, you should use the values 01 and 10 to the field WRTTP.
If you need to get the totals, you should use tables COSP and COSS.

How we can do transfer for cost estimates between plants?

Dear Gurus,
We have 2 plants. Suppose, Plant A and plant B.
Production is performed at the plant A. There are all quantity structure from PP: BOMs, routines.
But goods receipt and sale occur at the plant B. There are no quantity structure.
Now, we have calculated cost estimates for plant A and we need to transfer that cost estimate with cost components split to the plant B.
How we can do that?

I dont think you can associate a cost center with org unit, it is normally associated with position/person.
You can check table PA0001 to get the cost center and org unit for a personnel number.
Is this your requirement ?

I am trying to develop a custom report where I need to report the cost of material/services at Order operation level.
I got the table AUFM which shows the issue of material against order.However where do I see the same against an Order and operation. How do i build that logic. I am trying to do the same for services.
Please let me know the relevant tablles and logic to build the report.

Total Actual Material Cost - Sum up the total cost ENWRT against the AUFNR in the table RESB and display in the report
Total Actual External Service Cost - Provide the field AUFNR in the table EKKN and get the Purchasing document field EBELN & apply this field data in table EKPO get field NETPR and display in the out put
For link between operation & order - Selection criterion is the order number (Field AUFNR table AUFK). The content of field AUFPL has to be used afterwards as selection criterion in the table AFVC. The selection field in this table is again AUFPL and display the field LTXA1

Tables for Costing values in Sales

Dear SAP experts ,
I have values in trasaction KKAC and CN41N that I need to capture in a report.
Do you guys know what tables I can access these values the fastest ?
In KKAC , I would like to see the total Cost and Revenue, so going thru COEP would be a pain . Any other suggestion ?
IN CN41N I need to look at the Total Cost and Total Revenue as well based on the WBS. - Any suggestions ?

Thanks for your reply but this is not what I want.
I know the transaction codes, but I need SAP tables now because I am creating my own customised report.
My reports need to look something like what I see in KKAC and CN41N, hence I need SAP tables that I can use to extract this same data.
KKAC - to look at cost and revenue as a whole ( not line item ) anything else besides COEP ?
CN41N - to look at the cost and revenue at WBS level - what table can I use ?
