Table for non ledger line items
hi
Iam pulling the report for non leading ledger with T code FAGLB03 and found 2 cost objects(cost center and WBSE) in line items whereas for leading ledger only WBSE is showing. We know that for leading ledger entries are maintained in table FAGLFLEXT. From which table non leading ledger entries gets pulled. Your early response is appreciated.
In the entry view cost center is there but in GL view cost center is not populated.

But user posting with 2 real objects (WBSE and CC) for which only WBSE is updating in total table. When i run line item report using FAGLB03, both objects are showing for non leading ledger similar to FS10N. But only WBSE is showing for leading ledger. Is FAGLB03 derive the data from BSEG table for non leading ledger.

Can anybody tell table for tax code line item (other than BSET) after MIRO.

First let me explain you the logic in this repot.
If a document have more than one GL accounts relevant for tax and having the same tax code. So there is only one tax line for that tax code in BSET.
Now in the standard reports like S_ALR_87012357, output has the tax base amount etc, based on tax line from BSET which is a single line the above document. However this single line contains multiple tax relevant account and thus SAP can not show all the G/L account for this single line in the report S_ALR_87012357. So SAP picks up the first account in the output.
The declaration in this report is not wrong, as the total gets calculated based on the tax code and which is correct and meets the tax reporting requirement.
If you want to see the G/L account wise output, you can use the program RFUMSV10. Refer OSS note 1175418 "RFUMSV00: G/L account display" for details.

1. Fetch field <b>KNUMV</b> from table <b>VBAK</b> for that particular Sales Order No i.e <b>VBELN</b>.
2. Goto <b>KONV</b> & based on <b>KNUMV</b>, <b>KPOSN</b> and <b>KSCHL</b> (condition type), fetch the required condition details along with its net price (KONV-KBETR) and net value (KONV-KWERT).
KONV-KPOSN = '00000' -> Header Condition
KONV-KPOSN = '00001' -> VBAP-POSNR = 10

I have program called ZFSFSF(following), in the output Its showing multiple requested delvery dates per line item.
But We need to show the requested delivery date for each different line item.

Selection of data from RSEG for various PO line items
Hi ,
We have a requirement to calculate the total goods receipt value and break up cost for transportation also. In purchase order there are various conditions (base price, transportation,surcharge). I am trying to get all the goods movement for a PO line item and total goods receipts. Similarly all the documents from RSEG(we are using split invoice) for that PO line item, so for each PO line item RSEG has entries as many as conditions (i am trying to get all the conditions for PO line item from KONV table) . If the total goods receipts and invoiced amounts are different, i need to calculate the expected value based on conditions on PO for the remaining quantity.
The problem is each condition in PO line item has one RSEG entry, but in the field KSCHL(condition type) does not have any value for base price, but it has for other conditions.
is there any specific reason for not updating that for base price.

The 'Free Items' indicator in the overview is only used to facilitate
the switching off of the Inv.Receipt flag and the GR-based IV flag.
Note that the 'Free Items' indicator is not stored on the PO item
table EKPO.
The Inv.Receipt flag (and the GR-based IV flag) are the fields that
really controls if an item is 'free' or not.
So, the field is initiated based on the values in those fields rather
than from input from the user.
When an invoice is expected it's not a free-item. This indicator
invoice receipt is chosen from the main-item and also from the
customization maintained for item category 0 in table T163.
I am afraid that I have to say that in standard SAP design
it is not possible to default the "Free item" flag.

I found three same material number has been generated for single PO line item. Is there any specific reason for this.

5000000000 100 100see aditya , tables having document number as a primairy key will have a single entry , where as tables having primary key other then material documnet number is having multiple entries . as far as material document is concern , it is only one document in system , now we have to find why it is appearing 3 times . i will test this in my system and let you know .

Table difference Totals vs Line Item
Dear SDN,
As do not have access to BW / R/3, I would like your help to know what is the difference between total level record vs a line item level record for FI-SL.
I would think most of the characteristics and keyfigures are the same for totals and line items table. But what is the difference then? I know line item has more details and totals should be somehow aggregated data. but what is the aggregation factor or field? How is aggregation realised?

AdetteI would first tell that normal table connect to fact table will have DIMID( SID will be connected to DIM table), where with the help of line item we will connect the SID (master data) to fact table in cube with out DIMID
In a short DIMID will be bypassed with line item so u will see the all table fields in it .
When the SID table size reach at least 30% of the fact table size then we will go for line item dimension

Delivery doc creation for a selected line item of the Sales order
Hi folks,
Can any one help me in how to create a delivery order for a selected line item of the Sales order.My requirement is the request comes from the web browser where a sales document and details of the items are shown the user select one line item and request for delivery create of that particular SO doc.I have used couple of FM to create delivery but the delivery create is depend on the schedule line dates so iam unable to figure out where exactly i can distinguish between the line items.
Example:
SO:- 11193645
Line item -1 has 2 schedule line 06/11
06/13
Line iteam-2 has 1 schedule line 06/12
so if i try to create Delivery doc for date 06/12
it creates partially for line 1 and line 2.
but my requirement is i wanted to create SO for only line item 1 as i wanted to process Del Doc for only line item 1.

You can develop a customised FM to process the Idoc data .
1. Read the Idoc data into internal table for the line items which need to be delivered .
2. Run BDC for transaction 'VL01N' ( delivery creation ) through which eliminate the line items which are not in internal table and save the delivery document
Note : Because in VL01N , you specify the sales document with respect to which you want to perform delivery hence automatically all items are copied to the delivery document .
During BDC recording , select items by " MOVING TO TOP"
and then deleting the selected item
