Hi,
I have a specific requirement from my client. In the invoice output, we are presently displaying the invoice total value in words and the respective SD document currency against it (For ex: USD if sd document currency is USD, or GBP, EUR etc.). The client wants the full expansion (description) of the document currency to be displayed in the invoice output. (For eg: USD - United States Dollar).
Could anybody tell me the name of any table/function module by which we can obtain the description of the SD document currency.

Not able to Access R/3 Tables, Function Modules through Crystal Reports
Hi Gurus,
I am working on Crystal Reports 2008 - V12.2.0, When I am trying to connect SAP R/3 system through the Data connectivity SAP Table,Cluster or FM,
I could see only the very few tables , and cannot see all Tables and not any Info sets or Function Modules,
But, I can access BW system, problem facing only with SAP R/3 system,
Suggest me on this,

There is a limitation to show all Tables, Function Modules in Crystal reports for R/3. To see them,
In Options:
You will see Table_Name Like%: Text box, go there and give the starting or ending characters of FM's.
Eg: Z% or %Z
Then Click on Ok.
Now try to connect to R/3 again or Refresh the Connection, it will list out as you opted.

Can anyone provide me with the function module to validate the username and password of the user of the back end R/3 System.

SidUse function module SUSR_CHECK_LOGON_DATA. You need to provide auth_method (P for password check), userid and password.
Be careful when you execute the function in test mode because it converts the input into upper case hence if you have lower case characters in your password it will return with invalid password. If you pass the lower case into the function in a program everything is fine.

I think for actual cost - there is definately one FM availbale. Try to find it out.
Just ensure - if you are using Network Activity then you may have to pass NWA OBJNR into this FM to get actual cost. As some entry posting happens against NWA like Timesheet. Hope it will give you some idea to get rid on your issue. -

Function Module to Execute BEx Query and Save as work book.

I have a requirement for executing the Query after the data is loaded into the cube and save as Workbook and emailing to the user. Is there any Function module to Execute the Query and saving as Work book? . Please suggest me the way how to approach the problem.

It is possible to execute the Query and send the result as workbook vial email to the user.
For that use should use Information Broadcaster.
Steps:
1. Goto information broadcaster.
2. Choose object type as "Query"
3.Click create new setting.
4. Give description and choose distribution type as "Broadcast E-mail"
5.Choose output format "XML(MS Excel)
6.In recipient tab Give valid e-mail addres which you want to send.
7.Save it. and give technical name
8.Click schedule.
9.choose "Execution with Data Change in the InfoProvider " correspondig infoprovider will be shown (check the check box)
10. that's it. whenever data loaded in your infocube, it will be automatically executed and send to user mail.

COM_PRODUCT_UI_SAVE
COM_PRODUCT_UI_REFRESH
I have used it successfully to create iobjects in my developments.

Regarding BAPI/Function Module for updating fields FAKSK and LIFEX
Hi All,
I have a requirement wherein i need to update the fields FAKSK(Billing block ) and LIFEX(External Identification number).
We have already tried using the function Module WS_DELIVERY_UPDATE and also BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_CHANGE but we didnt find both the fields in any of the above BAPI or function module.
To be more specific to the requirement we need to remove the Billing block and update the LIFEX filed.
If anyone have come accross such situation Please advice.

In EKPO Table u select this fields Purchase Document no and Item no of Purchsing Document , Material no , and Purchase Order Qty.
In MSEG Table u select this fields Purchase Document no and Item no of Purchsing Document , Material no , and Qty.
Both Tables having Purchase Document no , So Purchase Doucment no throguh u will get the Material and qty , Finally u Subract the both Material Qty's .
u will get the Open Po For particular Material.

Function moduls to create csv-file and send it per mail
Hello,
we have the following requirement.
We created an eventhandler.
Inside this eventhandler we built up an internal table with 1-n entries.
Now we want to create a csv-file or excel-file in background and send it to the users mailadress.
Are there standard function modules which we can use for this requirement.
We can´t download the file directly to the users client with cl_gui_frontend_services because we are not in SAP GUI but in CRM Webclient UI.
