Kindly execute the report CRM_ORDER_READ.
This is a report for executing the FM CRM_ORDER_READ.
provide the transaction ID or guid as teh input.
Check the ET_STATUS and ET_APPOINTMENT tables which contain the details required.
In the table ET_STATUS search with the header GUID.
The values with I are the system status and the value with E is the user status.
Explore the result of this report to get more detail.

Change Name of the ABAP program.

go to se80.
you can see object name. i.e your programe name zXyyy
click right button on your prog name and say rename.
give the name what you want and click button rename.

Where does Abap Dataflow create the Abap program

Within Abap dataflow properties i have to give program name: which i gave as : Z_MaraXtract
The abap dataflow extracted data perfectly fine. it created a dat file in working folder and also populated data to template table.
Where does this Abap program "Z_MaraXtract: gets created?

Hi Raj,
You are probably looking for Z_MaraXtract on your DS box. This is the same thing I was looking for, for a long time.
This is the Abap program name. The file that DataServices uses is in the folder you defined in the data store, advanced, Generated ABAP directory.
To the the OS filename on your DS server , rightclick on the ABAP Dataflow, properties, select the tab options and you will see a "Generated Abap filename" field. The name you put there is the physical filename on, say Windows. If you open that file (with notepad) you will see the ABAP program name Z_MaraXtract.

Finding ABAP Program Name

Hello experts,
I'm very new to CRM and I have to develop a new smartform about sales. I have a basic problem. I should add an external debug to this program to see the variables etc. I don't know how to monitor the abap program name to place the smartform and if clauses there. Am I thinking in a wrong way or does it work just like what I think? I need an answer and I need it fast please

Your requirement can be fulfilled by using actions, there is no need to add additional coding.
You just need to define an action with start condition defined as '&CRM Sales Transaction.User Status& = <your user status>'
1. Creat your action profile and action with wiszard
 SPRO - CRM - Basic Functions - Actions - Actions in Transactions - Create Actions with Wizard
 Please use following parameters:
 Processing Time = 3 Immediate Processing
 Schedule Automatically
 Rule Type = Workflow Conditions
 Processing types: Smartforms *
 Form Name = YOUR smartform
 Processing Class CL_DOC_PROCESSING_CRM_ORDER
 Processing Method CRM_SALECONT_EXEC_SMART_FORM <- for sales contract
2. Edit the start conditon
 SPRO - CRM - Basic Functions - Actions - Actions in Transactions - Change Actions and Conditions - Define Conditions
 You need to add the start condition '&CRM Sales Transaction.User Status& = YOUR user status' or '&CRM Sales Transaction.StatusTable& = SYSTEM status'
3. Assign the created action profile in step 1 into your transaction type.

How to find abap program name for web ui reports

Hi,
I need to know the abap program name which is developed and configured for
web ui.In our project web ui application crm version 7.0.there reports links are available
with label of business names.
I assume that there will be SPRO configuration for these reports.
Can anyone provide assistant on this to me.

Which reports you are referring to? Are you referring to BI reports? If so then i suppose they are triggerred in BI and transferred to CRM.

Getting the variant name when the report program is run in background

Hi All,
How to get the variant name for the report program when run in background? My requirement is to create an email attachement with the name 'variant.XLS', where variant = selection screen variant, when the report program is run in background. The system field SY-SLSET holds the variant name only when run online.
Any pointers to this will be highly appreciated.

Try this FUNCTION_INCLUDE_INFO to get the include number to which function module belongs to.From this u ll get only the particular include name.
or
if u need the all the includes used in the function group u have use INNER JOIN on TFDIR and D010INC table
Select binclude into itab from trdir as a inner join d010inc as b on apname = bmaster where apname = fmodname.

I need to change the name of many abap programs, because the company standard programs names has been changed, and will be necessary to change the name of all the programs, but there are many programs.
I'd like to know if someone know a transaction that will helped me or if will be necessary to develop an own program for it?

I think you have to rename indvidually using SE38 transaction.
But be careful to care of the following
(1) if the program is called with in a program, you need to change there also, before changing check the whereused and change accordingly
(2) If the program is called in the transaction, you need to change there also

Where does ABAP programs , BAPI's etc., get saved?

Hi friends
We have an ERP server (ECC) and have created lots of database tables, functions, Abap programs etc.,
For some reason our ERP software is corrupted. However, the SQL database looks ok.
So here is what we want to do.
Since the SQL database is good, So we would like to backup the SQL database first.
We have a ghost image of the server that was done some 2 months back. So we would like to install the ghost image of the server from 2 months back. This will bring the server back to working condition but without data.
Then recover the SQL database which we backed up before installing the ghost.
By doing this, will we be able to get back all the tables, data elements, BAPIs, functions, ABAP programs etc.,
Please let us know.

(subfolders COFILE and DATA of DIR_TRANS contain the transport requests once they are released, and they must exist in your system, check via AL11 to get the actual name on server, e.g. /usr/sap/trans/cofiles.)
Program sources are stored in a cluster like (comrpessed) table (tables REPOSRC and REPOTEXT and for older versions tables D010S, D010SINF, D010T, D010TINF) and so not easily downloadable.
You can create a report that read thru the abap program header table (TRDIR or via TADIR ) and execute the [READ REPORT|http://help.sap.com/abapdocu_70/en/ABAPREAD_REPORT.htm] statement to load source into an internal table, then you can download it

I created a table control using report program and i am trying to enter data in the table control which i want to update in the DB table. How can i get the data entered in table control to the report program, so that i can update the DB table.

in your table control you give some name to that table control say it_cntrl.
this only serves as the internal table to process the table control data.
like u can write like this.
loop at it_cntrl into wa_cntrl. "wa_cntrl is work area of type it_cntrl table type

end loop.
