Table SXMSPMAST - Remaining entries

Hi experts,
I have launched report RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES in order to delete entries in SXMSPMAST with an 'ITFACTION' = 'DEL'.
It worked fine, but I still have many entries left with 'DEL' status that won't get deleted.
Most of the entries left have MSGTYPE = A, QOSMODE = EO and MSGSTATE = 3.
Do you have an idea why there are still entries left with ITFACTION = DEL after having launched RSXMB_DELETE_MESSAGES.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Actually Michal, I think it comes from this from the note :
Check if there are message with missing qRFC entries. This happens if a user deletes queue entries using transaction SMQ2 instead of (correctly) canceling messages via transaction SXMB_MONI. Messages without queue entries can neither be restarted, nor deleted or archived. SAP has delivered a report to help you cleaning up this type of message status. Please use the report that is described in detail in Note 688147. Keep in mind that deletion of qRFC entries is not recommended at all in an SAP environment. It creates inconsistencies between the tables TRFCQIN and TRFCQSTATE / TRFCQDATA and the XI tables SXMSPMAST which causes the problems for archiving / deletion. Use Note 779664 to check for inconsistencies in the tRFC tables.
So I prefer not to touch since not recommmended

Good Evening,
we want to build an alert-report, which is fed by the table sxmspmast. in fact we want to do an alert, when messages are being logged which have the little red ball (ICON_LED_RED) in TA sxmb_moni. I tried to focus on the field msgstate without success - in fact messages with same msgstate value 003 have different icons! I also tried to find "red" messages with their IDs in table sxmsperror, but it wasn't there, although the table was not empty.
any ideas appreciated.

Hi Matthias,
The table SXMXPMAST is the master table for the messages(in each pipeline ..one entry i think..), you might want to look at another table - SXMXPVERS.
This has the version of the messages in different pipelines & at different stages. There the statuses are different and not '003'.
For example a message coming in would have at 3/4 entries in SXMPSVERS, because it hase to go through "Recorded", "Recorded for Outbound Processing", "Processed Successfully" status and each status will have an entry here and the statuses would be different.
So this can be your source table instead of the SXMXPMAST..

How can I change the paragraph style of the Table of Contents entries themselves?

From what I can see, all Table of Contents entries are the same font, size, indentation and layout when the book is viewed in Portrait mode on an iPad. I have long subheadings in my Table of Contents, and they get truncated!
How can I modify the style definition of the TOC entries themselves so that they will display in a smaller font size with less indenting, etc.?

Error while creating cust In table T078D, the entry VD01 is missing...

Hi Gurus,
I am new to SAP and have just installed SAP 4.7 on my laptop. While creating customer master, a message displays In table T078D, the entry VD01 is missing, and even for XD01 the same message is displayed. Can you guysplease help me with this?

Hi,
this looks like some customizing records are missing in your installation.
Table T078D contains the transaction dependant field settings.
This is in relation with customizing transaction OB20
In that table, there should be at least 15 records with the corresponding table key
FD01
FD02
FD03
VD01
VD02
VD03
WR01
WR02
WR03
WR11
WR12
WR13
XD01
XD02
XD03
So, if you don't find why standard customizing records are not part of you installation, you may re-create such records with the above keys.
Please note that all fields that are not part of the key should at least contains '.' character for each digits of each fields.
eg: FAUSA is 40 digits long.
FAUSA = '........................................'

SM58 - IDoc adapter inbound: IDoc data record table contains no entries

Trying to send Idocs from SAP ECC6.0 via PI 7.0 up until 2 days ago there was no problem.
Since yesterday, only one specific type of Idoc does not make it into XI (PI). In the Idoc monitor (WE02) the idocs that were created gives status 3 which is good. But all Idocs of that specific type (ZRESCR01) does not go to XI. I can only find them bakc in SM58 where it gives the following message:
IDoc adapter inbound: IDoc data record table contains no entries
I have checked SAP notes 1157385 and also 940313, none of them gives me any more insight into this error. I have also checked all the configuration in WE20, SM59, and in XI (repository and directory) and in XI IDX1, IDX2 but could not find anything that would cause this. I can also not think of anything that changed since 2 days ago.
Please point me in the right direction.

i think in sm 58 u can find entries only when there is some failure in login credential .
if there is change in IDoc structure than you have to reimport the idoc metadata defination at IDX2.otherwise not requird.
please check the logical system name pointing to the your requird target system....
please also verify thet your port should not be blocked.

Extra Table of Contents entry

Has anybody seen an issue with iBooks Author where they get an extra blank Table of Contents entry at the beginning of the book?
In iBooks Author, my TOC shows 10 entries. Yet when it is exported to ibooks format, the ibook contains 11 TOC entries, with the first one being blank.
The template I used has a placeholder for Intro Media which I did not use, and I'm wondering if this is part of the problem. Yet I can't find anywhere to disable putting Intro Media into the book, and because the TOC entry is blank, I can't tell what it is actually trying to point to.

I believe it was the first example. Here's a screenshot that sort of illustrates the problem.
Chapter 1 - Introduction, is actually the 4th TOC entry, but is the 5th highlighted dot on the bottom (there are title, copyright, and dedication pages prior). I don't have a screenshot of what's displayed when the first dot is highlighted (the error condition). Note a total of 11 dots at the bottom.
Interestingly, the following screenshot comes from the same reading session, I believe, and the TOC looks fine.
When I asked my tester to try to obtain a screenshot of the blank entry, he reloaded the file and the problem had disappeared. Note the now correct 10 dots at the bottom, with title page correctly highlighted as first.
So, thanks for your help KT, but I'm going to have to chalk this one up to an unreproducible glitch, or something strange on first-time loads. Reminds me of the infamous software testing line: "works on my machine". ;-)

F110 -In table T074U, the entry K is missing

Hi All,
I am trying to process an item with Sp.GL indicator through payment run F110. I am geting following error message in the proposal log
"In table T074U, the entry K is missing". This table gives me all the Sp. GL indicators with the relevant config value. And for the related Sp. GL indicator I have checked that entry K is defined in the table T074U for the relevant Sp. GL indicator.
In the Payment run config (FBZP) - All company codes. the relevant indicator is entered in the field "Special GL indicator to be paid". And I have checked that the relevant alternative recon account for this special indicator is defined correctly and the special indicator is not marked as noted item as well. So, I have no clue
Please let me know what is the solution.

Configuration for the Sp Gl indicator is correct. And i am able to find out the reason for discussed error. Actually, a substitution was deleting the Sp. Gl indicator from the line item after the posting. So, when F110 was trying to do the payment it sees an item with Sp. GL posting key but was not able to find the Sp. GL indicator which got deleted before by the substituion. So, there was not a way to find the alternative recon account for posting for the payment run.

Please check in SPRO>Materials Management>Inventory Management and Physical Inventory>Plant Parameters.
I don't think that the Plant creation is missing in OX10, because message clearly says Plant 1111 does not exist in Table.. so it is clear that Plant is existing in OX10.

In table TVTA, the entry SE44 02 is missing

Hi all,
When am trying to create a customer master record with ref to another customer master record am getting the message "In table TVTA, the entry SE44 02 is missing" and cld not able to extend the same customer master reocord to another sales area with different company code.
I want to create a customer master record in ref to the customer master record of sales area SE44/02/01 and company code SE01 to a new customer master reocord with sales area FI44/02/01 and company code FI01. But due to the above message am failing to do so.
what should i do in this case?

I think that I have reproduced your issue, and I get the message Nº F2644, please confirmed if your issue is this one. I have created the customer master record in the transaction XD01, and I have written the fields: the customer number (KUNNR); the sales organization (in your case: SE44); distribution channel (in your case: 02); and as reference: the customer number again; the sales organization (in your case: FI44); distribution channel (in your case: 02).
If this one is your issue, the problem is that you have forgotten to write the Division Number in the sales area you want to create, and also in the reference division.
Maybe your issue is the message Nº 2100. In this case, I have written the fields: the customer number (KUNNR); the sales organization (in your case: SE44); distribution channel (in your case: 02); division (in your case: 01); and as reference: the customer number again; the sales organization (in your case: FI44); distribution channel (in your case: 02).
If this one is your issue, the problem is that you have forgotten to write the reference Division Number.
I hope this solution helps you, if this explanation does not solve you issue please write step by step what you did.

Generating config document - Error! No table of contents entries found.

Hi Forum,
am trying to generate configuration document in solar02.I have already uploaded the document in project documentation in configuration node in solar02.But when I try to generate the config document by enabling the macros
I can see the document generated but with the following error in the document
Error! No table of contents entries found.
Whereas I have maintained the Contents in the document.
And also the rest portion the of the document(total pages:45) is also not being visible.The generated document contains only 3 pages.
Can anyone guide me to solve this.

Thanks for the reply.The error am getting is in the document(already generated)itself.But it is not showing the entire document being generated.I can see only 3 pages when I do generate configuration guide.Whereas I have already maintained the table of contents in the document I have uploaded.The error that I have mentioned in the Subject line is appearing in the document which is generated in solar02(generate configuration guide in configuration node).

To export a table and its data you can do it a number of ways.. Do you have access to SQL Developer? If not you can do it through the APEX SQL Workshop..
Under SQL Workshop, Utilities, Data Unload, To text (or XML, whichever you are more comfortable with..).. Select your schema, click next button, select the table, click next, select the columns you want exported (select ALL ITEMS in the select List), click next, on optionally enclosed by I usually enter a " (Sometimes I have long strings in columns), click the include column names checkbox to get the column names at the top of the document, click unload data button..
