Tables and images imported to another domain, Missing

My DBA exported my application as well as images to SQL. I was able to imported to another domain. When I opened the application, I was not able to see graphics and the tables are not there as well. What went wrong?

In apex , there is a way to export [APPLICATION +DDL+ IMAGE SCRIPTS] using SUPPORTING OBJECTS.
Please check whether your DBA imported applicaiton in your schema? while importing the screen prompt you to choose which schema to import table

If the images are not identified as missing ... then you can't reconnect them
But I'm not really sure what is happening, as I don't understand your description of the problem, could you show us a screen capture? Or describe what appears on your screen in much more detail...

Putting a table and image on wordpress

Hi, I made a two column table with dreamweaver. In one column I had text and in the other an image. I got the code and through the wordpress HTML editor typed it in. The table and the text come up fine by not the image. I uploaded the image to the public folider of my domain but it does not appear on the table when I type the code. Any suggestions?

If you have a few special images that you do not want handled in the normal way (upload to media library), you can create a special "spec_images" folder in the root of WP. Stick those special images in there and use the absolute address to put them anywhere you want, just use the absolute address as the src.
Having this option can come in handy .... if say....don't want the image clickable and displayed on a separate page (for example).

People Picker can resolve users and security group from another domain but no validation for groups

Dear all,
Here is the scenario of our issue:
We are migrating from Domain A to Domain B and in Domain A we currently have a SharePoint 2013 on which we want to set permissions for users and groups that have already migrated to Domain B.
A bi-directional trust exist between the two domains and all applications relying on trust and resolving IDs from on domain to another are working fine (Windows RDS for instance)
The "bug" that we have is when using the PeoplePicker, it can resolve without any issue a user account in Domain A or B, and a security group (type global, I haven't tried local or universal yet) from domain A or B. But for the security groups
only (it works well for users), when I click on "Save" to validate the add of the group to the site permissions, I have the following error:
I have seen a lot of similar issues on the web but no answer so far that work :(

Trouble with Tables and image rollovers

I hope someone might be able to help me. l am
designing a website using tables and was wondering if l can have a
thumbnail image in mutliple cells that can be rollovered to open a
larger images in a common cell without the use of layers. If
someone was to even point me in the right direction using the right
terminology l should be able to find the info l need. Or maybe it's
as simple as letting me know that l must use layers in a cell to

NEVER use layers directly in a table cell, or any absolutely
positioned
element for that matter.

I need little help.
Our company is implementing Oracle BI 10.x. We don't have much experience in Siebel Analytics/OBI.
We have few fact tables e.g. W_XXXX_F, which we need/wish to extend. We are not sure about which methodology we should implement. When we talked with few SA experts they mentioned we need to extend based on ROW_WID. Well, this column doesn't exists anymore in many fact tables, so currently we are thinking of creating ROW_WID on this F table manually and then create WC_XXXX_FX and take these two tables in physical layer of RPD.
Additially, we need to create few Informatica mappings, again SA experts pointed out to use Image tables. Our data source is Oracle Applications, I don't have much idea about Image tables, but clearly there is not S_ETL_I_IMGAGe or so tables in Oracle Apps
Please guide us as how to proceed on these two issues.

Creating a relationship between one table and the PK in another

Sorry the subject of this message is a bit vague. I'm not sure how to describe this problem in one sentence.
So here's the issue: I've just created a new block on my form based on table2. Table2 contains t1_id which is the FK link to Table1.
What I want is when one of the fields in Table2's block is changed and inserted, the t1_id is inserted in the applicable row. Essentially, I need :table2.t1_id to have the 'Copy From Item' property set at :table1.id
I cannot seem to see where in designer this option is. I asked a friend and he said what I need to do is 'create a relationship between the two values in designer'. Huh? In the Table Definitions the FK is set for the two, so I'm not sure how to do this.
Another problem, which I'm believing will be solved when this is, is that when the form loads, this new block, table2, is not automatically populated with the applicable values from the table.

Do you mean that you want to create a Master-Detail Form using Designer?
If yes, you need to define the entity usage from the Function Hierarchy Diagrammer, then attribute usage definition. Generate the module using Application Design Transformer. You need to define the Context so that master table's PK will be carried over to the detail table.

How to display four rows in one table and the rest in another table?

Hello everybody,
I am trying to solve a problem that I cannot find any direct answers to. In essence the problem goes like this:
1) I want to populate two tables from xml data.
2) The first table should only diplay the first four rows of data.
3) The second table should display the rest of the rows (starting from row 5).
I can create the first table so that it only shows up to the first four rows.
I cannot find a way to set up the second table so that it shows the rest of the rows starting at row 5.
To illustrate the problem I have attached my livecycle template file with the two table definitions and the corresponding xml data. If you put these two files in the same directory and open the pdf file using LiveCycle designer you should see what I mean. (The table with column heading 'Item List 2' shows all of the records in the xml file when I only want it to show records 5 and 6)
Some other niggling issue I have come up against is the data displays differently when I open the pdf file with Adobe Acrobat pro and then use the Forms/manage form data/import data menu to bind that xml file. ( For some the 'Item List 2' table does not display any data) Does anybody know why that is occurring?
Any help on this would be very much appreciated because it will help me get past a significant issue I am running into with a complex form I am trying to build for a client of mine.
Note: I am using Adobe Acrobat Pro version 9 and the Adobe Livecycle is version 8.2.1

First solution is you can play with predicates:

after that you will have to use addInstance and assign all fields by scripting. It is hard way.
Second solution you can simply hide unneccessary rows by putting initialise script on item row:
if (this.index <4){this.presence = "hidden" }

JEditorPane, html, tables and images

I am trying to use jEditorPane to display an HTML document. If images are included into cells of a table, the width and height of the cells do not adjust to the size of the images (as it happens with common web browsers), no matter what parameters I use for TD and IMG tags.
Do you experience the same problem? Is there a solution?

Hi Ruben,
you will have to implement adjustment of table cells yourself to achieve this. With the existing way JEditorPane et. al. render tables table cells always are sized either in default sizes or by attributes explicitly giving the size (such as attribute WIDTH).

ORDIMAGE and images imported.

Has anyone here had experience using ORDImage in the Oracle v8i, specifically importing foreign images?
I get an error everytime i try to import foreign images, and the ORDImage documentation is very short on examples regarding foreign images.
Also, what is the best way to convert BLOB (foreign) images to ORDImages? Can anyone provide specific examples? Thanks in advance.

Show name from one table, and a sum from another table.

For instance: I have 2 tables.
1. Table1 has fields TenantID, TenantName,
2. Table2 has fields AmmountCredit, AmmountDebit, TenantID.
I need the following behavior.
In the detailed section I want my report to show a list of TenantName, and a SUM of AmmountCredit minus Ammount Debit for that Tenant (which will come from Table2).
How would I do this? If a formula is involved, please provide an example because I'm fairly new to Crystal Reports.

Hi Aron,
Please see if this helps:
1) Go to the Database Expert > Add the two tables > Go to the Links tab > Join the two tables on the 'Tenant ID' field using an 'Inner Join' > Click OK
2) In the report, go to the Group Expert and create a group on the 'Tenant ID' field
3) Place the 'Tenant Name' field on the Group Header 1
4) Suppress the Details Section
5) Create a formula with this code and place it on the Group Header 1:
Sum({AmountCredit}, {TenantID}) - Sum({AmountDebit}, {TenantID})
Here, {TenantID} is the Group field. So replace these fields with the right fields from your datasource.

Exporting video from one machine and then importing into another not working...

Here is my situation:
I wanted to import some videoes into iMovie on my Mac (OSX Lion) that my wife shot on her iPhone 4S (ios 5.x). I first synched her photos and video with iTunes/iPhoto on her machine (OSX Snow Leopard), then exported them from iPhoto onto a thumb drive. Then I imported them into iPhoto on my machine.
The pics are fine. But the videos are not playing. iPhoto sees they are videos, but each one is like a still: there is no duration to the video when you hit the play arrow. They also will not play by clicking on them directly in a Finder window from the thumb drive. The are showing up (for example) as IMG_0133.mov, with the proper "Quicktime movie" in the "Kind" column, but each one is 1 to 1.5 MB or less, so something is up.
Anyone know what has happened? Perhaps they don't export correctly?

Yes, I do, and I will do that when I re-do the process tonight.
Do I need to (or is it advisable) to export the .mov files separately?
I admit I was in a hurry and never having done this before, I did not look closely at the options.

too many values comes from the select clause. I stated you have to match the columns from the emp_dept table to the columns in the select. In my example I return all the columns of emp and dept, but I think you have only one empid column, the select for example will give 2, one empid from emp and one empid from dept. So best is to match:
insert into emp_dept
(column1,column2,column3,empid)
select emp.column1, emp.column2, dept.column3, emp.empid
from emp, dept
where emp.empid = dept.empidAbove is an example how you can match, so the number of columns in the insert should match with the number of columns coming from the select.
But better for us to help you is give your definitions of emp, dept and emp_dept.

Create text on one machine and import to another

I have a question re: workflow using more than 1 machine with FCP 5.0.
Can I create text files on one FCP machine and then import to another?
Can anyone please advise to what the workflow might be? For eample, where and what media files would need to move to have the text appear properly in the project on Machine #2.

Since the grump is on a self imposed holiday ....
While waiting for someone to tell you how to do this, you could simply do it.
create a text file. Pay attention to FCPs scratch and default file locations, go there and look for a file that might be useful, copy it to your second computer in the same relative location and see if it works. If so, you have something to tell us. If not, try again.
