Tables for BC Sets in GRC 10?
Hi,
What are the various table which affect after activation of BC Sets in GRC 10 and what are the tables in which we can see all the activated BC Sets?
Please share if anyone have any document or URL related to this .Hi,
please use transaction SCPR20, you could find full list of available BC Sets and check activation status. If you click on general overview of any BC Sets you will get full description + list of changes and affected tables. As for documentation, please have a look on BC Sets part in post-installation steps: AC 10.0 - Post-Installation and SAP Help: BC Set List - Business Configuration Sets (BC-CUS) - SAP Library

Non existing value EC for M_BEST_BSA / BSART used in rule set
Hello,
while implementing the 2010 rule set updates into our system, we realized that there is a value used that is not existing in the system.
It is for object M_BEST_BSA, field BSART. The value is EC.
In the rule update document from Q2 2010, there is the following comment:
5. PR02 u2013 Maintain Purchase Order u2013 Upon review of this function with the rules mini-council, the decision was made to remove document type from the rules. Previously, we delivered document types EC, FO and NB with our rules. However, the majority of customers create custom document types for purchasing. Many customers did not customize the rules, which results in only those users that had the standard EC, FO and NB document types being reported as having a risk. Users who had the custom document types would not be reported, which results in false negative reporting. Therefore, the decision was made to remove document type from our delivered rules. This will force each customer to review their document types and edit this function to include all relevant document types so all users who have a risk are shown.
However the value is still enabled in function PR04, even though it is not a valid value for field BSART. It is not existin in table T161, which holds the PO document types. It does not seem to exist since at least release 4.6C
The value is inherited from the transactions ME28 and ME29N
Does anyone know what it is about and why the value still is considered a standard value?
I know this does not give me false conflicts, as the BSART values are used in condition OR.
Why is the value not just removed, if it is not a valid value at all?
edit:
Sorry, forgot to mention, we use CC4.0 in an ECC6.0 system

What is this message: Base Line Date for rule 11 not set ?
Hello all,
I am doing some test.
Cenario:
I need to create a Scheduling Agreement in transaction: VA41
The material I am using to create the VA41, I have just created.
I created in MM01 the views: Basic Datas 1 and 2, Sales View 1,2 and 3 and Account View 1.
Issue:
When I am creating the VA41 and I enter the material, the system shows the messages:
1) Dates from:: Base line date for rule 11 not set
2) Dates from:: Base line date for rule 9 not set
*obs: the messages dos not block the creation of VA41. It is a information message.
Question:
What that means? What will happen if I do not fix that? What should I do in order to not have more these messages?
Tks & Rgds,
Barbara

How to extract data into the set-up table for 2LIS_06_INV LIS structure
We are using ECC 6.0 and SAP BI NW 2004S. I activated the 2LIS_06_INV (Invoice Verification) structure. Interestingly, I don't see any Events under this structure (MC06M_0ITM) - my understanding is the events usually determine what type of data is generated for a given structure.
I see Invoice Verification when I use the Inventory Management -Perform Setup option when doing the set-up tables. However, when I use this option, I get a message saying " No extraction structure active or no BW connected".
Can someone list the pre-requisites and the steps to load the set-up table for the 2LIS_06_INV structure.
Thanks,

Error while filling the set up table for 2LIS_11_VAITM
Dear Experts,
i am facing an error while filling the set up table for 2LIS_11_VAITM in the source system.
The error was "Company code for sales org 9000 does not exist (document 1326)".
when i checked the document in the Header table VBAK,company code was blank for the document .
Company code was there in the selections for the setup table.
The error means that company code should be maintained for the sales document as per my knolwedge.i think document was not created properly in the source system.
Could you please help me out to over come the problem.
Regards,
Sunil...in the selection screen for filling the setup table, there is a parameter No. tolerated faulty documents
you'll have to enter at least '1' here in your case
it might be that there are other erronuous records, in that case it will crash again, and you'll have to increase the value for this parameter
(under "normal" circumstances, all documents in the source should be correct... but apparently it's possible to circumvent this) -
Mulltiple Rule Sets in GRC 10.0 for one System
Hi All,
We do have 2 different companies working on one system and by that 2 different rule sets that are applicable.
Due to that we are facing different problems we don't know how to solve yet but lets start with the first one dealing with the rule set that should be used in the access request.
We want to determin which rule set should be used over the requested role (e.g. if role name contains 0001 use rule set 0001, if role name contains 0002 use rule set 0002).
We have alerady tried several different senarios in BRF+ without success.
Does anybody have a solution or at least an idea for this topic?
Thank you all very much in advance!
EvaHi Ashish ,
Thanks for your time . Let me explain you my requirement and would really appreciate if you would have some inputs here which would help me to design this .
The actual client requirement is to design a CUP Workflow and If there are SOD issues identified, the workflow will need to go to a central team for them to address each issue. If this group decides to apply mitigating controls to the issues, the workflow must then go to the compliance group for them to review for appropriateness. Requirement is do a SoD analysis for every role change/add request , so that this group takes the appropriate action based on the SoD Analysis . For all my CUP request raised , i want system to do a SoD analysis and let this group know whenever there is a SoD found or just end the workflow if there is no risk.
I am aware of the Risk analysis process for GRC 10.0 , however i want it to happen as a part of this work flow requirement.
The requirement is to configure the access request work flow so that the end goal of work flow is just facilitation of an SOD review. I hope i was able to explain my requirement . Thanks again for your help.
Your valuable guidance would be really appreciated.

Best practice for the Update of SAP GRC CC Rule Set
Hi GRC experts,
We have in a CC production system a SoD matrix that we would like to modified extensively. Basically by activating many permissions.
Which is a best practice for accomplish our goal?
Many thanks in advance. Best regards,
ImanolHi Simon and Amir
My name is Connie and I work at Accenture GRC practice (and a colleague of Imanolu2019s). I have been reading this thread and I would like to ask you a question that is related to this topic. We have a case where a Global Rule Set u201CLogic Systemu201D and we may also require to create a Specific Rule Set. Is there a document (from SAP or from best practices) that indicate the potential impact (regarding risk analysis, system performance, process execution time, etc) caused by implementing both type of rule sets in a production environment? Are there any special considerations to be aware? Have you ever implemented this type of scenario?
I would really appreciate your help and if you could point me to specific documentation could be of great assistance. Thanks in advance and best regards,

Table for Data source and Transfer rule mapping
Hi all,
Do we have any table where in we can know the different transfer rules(for different source systems) assigned to the same Data source.
thanks and regards,
Rk.thank you all,
the table RSDS does not have 3.x data sources, it has only 7.0 Data sources also it does not have the field mapping.
RSOSFIELDMAP and RSTSRULES have the field mapping of the datasources, do we have any similiar tables for 7.0 Datasources.

SAP GRC 5.2 Compliance Calibrator rule sets for HR module
HI All,
The company i am working for has done installation of GRC 5.2. I would like to download the SAP out of box Compliance Calibrator rule sets for HR function module in a spreadsheet format.
I would like to download the rule set for risks at Function level, Tcode level and also at authorization object level in ABAP and Roles, actions and permissions in JAVA.
I will discuss with the BPAs, internal auditors and come up with a new rule set exclusively for my company needs with the help of the above spreadhseet.
Please tell me what steps i need to do to get this thing done. Please go through the process but save these as txt files for UNIX. I am not sure about 5.2 but CC4 was not uploading rule files correctly if file was not saved for TXT for UNIX.

For GRC 5.3 can I use the SAP GRC 5.2 rule set
We are going for an upgrade to GRC 5.3, I have a small concern here....
Can I use the same ruleset what I used in GRC 5.2 to SAP GRC5.3 ...?
because when I checked ruleset at permission level in GRC 5.2 it displays first object of an action from one function conflicting with first object of an action from another function, where as in GRC 5.3 it displays all objects of an action from one function vs all objects of an action from another function....
How will it impact analysis in GRC 5.3 with old rule set...?
appreciate your response & thanks in advance.Hi,
Here you will find the documentation to get Upgrade/Configuration Guides.

How do we use Data rules/error table for source validation?
How do we use Data rules/error table for source validation?
We are using OWB repository 10.2.0.3.0 and OWB client 10.2.0.3.33. The Oracle version is 10 G (10.2.0.3.0). OWB is installed on Linux.
I reviewed the posting
Re: Using Data Rules
Thanks for this forum.
I want to apply data rules to source table/view and rule violated rows should go to defined error table. Here is an example.
Table ProjectA
Pro_ID Number(10)
Project_name Varchar(50)
Pro_date Date
As per above posting, I created the table in object editor, created the data rule
NAME_NOT_NULL (ie project name not null). I specified the shadow table name as ProjectA_ERR
In mapping editor, I have projectA as source. I did not find error table name and defined data rules in table properties. It is not showing up the ERR group in source table
How do we bring the defined data rules and error table into mapping?
Are there any additional steps/process?
Any idea ?
Thanks in advance.
RIHi,
Thanks for your reply/pointer. I reviewed the blog. It is interesting.
What is the version of OWB used in this blog?
After defining data rule/shadow table, I deployed the table via CC. It created a error table and created the all the source coulmns in alphabatical order. If I have the primary key as 1st coulmn (which does not start with 'A') in my source, it will apprear middle of of columns in error table.
How do we prevent/workaround this?
If I have source(view) in sch A, how do we create Error table in Sch B for source(view)?
Is it feasible?
I brought the error table details in mapping. Configured the data rules/error tables.
If I picked up 'MOVE TO ERROR' option, I am getting "VLD-2802 Missing delete matching criteria in table. the condition is needed because the operator contain at least one data rule with a MOVE TO ERROR action"
On condition Loading - I have 'All constraints' for matching criteria.
I changed to "no constraints' still I get the above error.
If I change to 'REPORT' option instead of 'MOVE TO ERROR' option, error goes off.
Any idea?
Thanks in advance.
