  • How to add a table layout in CRM Sales order?

    dear all ,
    anyone know how to add a table layout in CRM sales order customer tab that using the EEWB added?
    can EEWB do this?   i didn't find the appropriate business object......

    Hi , Swapna
    is you mail address right? can not send out.
    first , you should have added one field using EEWB ,  then to EEWB , find the extension , double click on the task, there  you will find a  "object list"  on the right, the list will give you many many very important  information , you should look through .
    then double click on the "screen:  ..........EEW......." ,  layout , there you will find the field you have added in .  and you can draw anything you want there , then back to the screen flow , write you flow logic in PBO and PAI .
    about the global  data definition,  again to the "object list", you will find a "Report source code:  ......................TOP". in there ,you can define all you data .
    another thing  if you want to save your input field to database tables that you draw (not by EEWB added)
    two ways:
    1. write update table directly  in  PAI module .
    2.  you can use this BADI :  ORDER_SAVE , this is when you save the order to trigger the save action.

  • How to find out the tables related to CRM datasources?

    How to find out the tables related to CRM datasources? For example, the table related to 0CRM_OPPT_H.
    Regards,
    R.Ravi

    Hi Ravi,
    To find out all tables used go into the CRM source system to transaction RSA3 and prepare the selections for extraction of your datasource.
    In a parallel session execute transaction ST05 and press the button 'Activate Trace'
    Go back to the extracor checker and execute the extraction.
    Switch sessions and subsequently 'Deactivate Trace' and 'Display Trace'.
    This will list all tables used.

  • Base table for 0CRM_SALES_CONTR_I(CRM Sales Contracts: Item)

    Hi experts,
    Im looking for the base tables for 0CRM_SALES_CONTR_I(CRM Sales Contracts: Item).if there is a base table for the datasource how do we find it.
    Thanks,
    sivarama landa

    Hello Siva,
    This is the way to find in the system:
    From RSA2>Extraction Tab-> Extract Structure-->Components Tab->Component Column( You will see .INCLUDE)  with its Corresponding Description in the column---> Short Description ( FOR EX : ORDERADM_H Data for BW DataSources), usually the CRM system table will be CRMD_******** or CRM_******.
    Here you will not find the lbwe( way to find tables in the ECC ).
    The Best and easiest way to find is as said by Martin.

  • Create custom table in MSA

    Hi Gurus,
    I have a custom table in CRM online (eg. ZABC). I need to use it in MSA application. How to send it to a mobile machine? What are the steps to make is (bdoc, smo-table, sync-object...)?
    regards,
    Zoltán Károlyi
    ps: SAP CRM 4.0 sp12

    Hello Károlyi
    lot of steps have to be done.
    If the table (ZABC) is presnt in the CDB, first you need to have the correponding mapped Write BDOC for that table.If the Table/BDOC is not present, you need to create a new one.
    Once the BDOC and Table is available in the CDB,  you need to Generate the table scripts and generate the metadata using client console.exe in the mobile client machine. This step will just ensure you to gat the BDOC metadata and table structure to the mobile client.
    I think you would be requiring this for some enhancement in mobile, in that case you need to Generate the table scripts and generate the metadata using client console.exe in the MDW machine.
    Are you planning for some enhancements in mobile application ??

  • HOW SMO TABLES AND ORIGINAL CRM TABLE UPDATE HAPPENS

    Hi,
    I have created program and populating data into BDOCS and calling SMW_CALL_MIDDLEWARE …
    The SMO tables are getting updated  but I would like to know how original CRM tables will get updated…
    Any help greatly appreciated…
    Plz let me know how 2 get relevant documents…
    Thanks in advance…..
    Regds..
    kris

    Hi,
    the online database gets updated with mbdocs, the CDB with sbdocs.
    you probably created an sbdoc in memory and passed it along to the middleware. You can do exactly the same with mbdocs, which will then update the online tables.
    eg. capgen_object_write updates the CDB, bupa_main updates online.
    You could also create the sbdoc (inbound), wich will then be processed accoring to the MSA flow: it will automatically be mapped to the mbdoc, which will be processed online, and which will then automatically call the outbound sbdoc flow.
    This is tricky stuff ==> No documentation available, but you can learn alot from understanding how the standard system & flows work.
    Michael.

  • Activity Reason from MSA- CRM fails

    Hi All,
    I am creating a ACT in MSA selecting the ACTIVITY REASON as A001 - Regular Activity. When this ACT replicates to CRM i am getting a error. The reason is, in CRM the code for 'Regular Activity' is A1A0000001A001, where A1 = Catalog / A000001 = Code Group and A001 =  Code.
    This is what i did to resolve:
    1. Checked the MSA mapping with CRM for the ACT Reasons.
    2. Also implemented the note 1018977 in MSA. Generated successfully but still the code gets to CRM as just A001 with defaulting with A1 and A0000001.
    This MAS change i did not do in MDW (DEV environment) but i did it on a mobile client having the local repository in it.
    If anyone has any idea could you please let me know?
    Thanks,
    Karuna.

    Hi,
    this sounds strange because the activity reason is stored in field CODE1...
    And based on the catalogue customizing (see below) the other fields KATALOGAR1 and CODEGRUPP1 are filled.
    Please check again whether the DNL objects
    CRM_DNL_ACTIVITY_H
    CRM_DNL_CODEPROFILG
    CRM_DNL_SUBJPROFILE
    CRM_DNL_QPC
    CRM_DNL_QPG
    are synchronized and the CDB tables
    CDBC_ACTIVITY_H
    CDBC_CODEPROFILG
    CDBC_SUBJPROFIL2
    CDBC_QPCD
    CDBC_QPCT
    CDBC_QPGR
    are filled and the publications
    Business Transaction Customizing
    Customizing Objects III
    which hold the related Repl. objects
    CRM_DNL_ACT_H
    CRM_DNL_CODEPRG
    CRM_DNLSUBJPROF
    CRM_DNL_QPC
    CRM_DNL_QPG
    are subscribed.
    Finally check the same tables on Mobile as listed above.

  • Order Query in SQ01 using Table Joins in CRM

    Hello Experts,
    I am trying to create a query using table joins in SQ01 in CRM because I need a report that will give me all transactions for a selected Business Partner.  I am unable to display any results when running my query.  I have found other threads which give a list of possible tables to join together, but the fields used in the joins were not described.
    The tables I have joined in my query are as follows:
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H
    CRMD_ORDER_INDEX
    CRMD_PARTNER
    BUT_000
    I have used SE16 to try to search for additional tables to use for linking the Business Partner with a transaction, but I have been unsuccessful.
    Would anyone please give advice as how to proceed?
    Reward points are available!
    Thank you in advance,
    David

    David
    The link with be the GUID.
    CRMD_ORDERADM_H = Document Header Table
    CRMD_ORDERADM_I = Document Line item Table
    CRMD_LINK = Lists various ‘link’ GUIDs, to
    access order Information
    The Table CRMD_ORDERADM_H will contain you transactions , once you find the GUID of your sales transaction in the table CRMD_ORDERADM_H.
    You then need to check the table CRMD_LINK.
    In this table you will then find a number in 11 = sales. This refers to the table CRMD_SALES. There are also links to many other tables ie Shipping, pricing, org etc.
    CRMM_BUT_SET0140 - for Sales Group, Sales Office, District
    CRMM_BUT_LNK0141 - for Sales Area data
    Transaction CRMD_BUS2000115 allows you to see all sales transactions for a BP. CRMD_BUS2000126 shows you activities for selected BP.

  • Table  name in  CRM   to  get  the list  of  customers

    Hi  Gurus
    What is the  Table name  or  T  code  in  CRM  for   getting the list of  customers  with  reference to  sales   area. ie  Sales  org , Distribution channel  and  Division.
    Similar  to  the    KNVV table in   SD
    Regards
    Raj

    Hi Raj,
    There are some tables with this information. You can use CRMM_BUT_LNK0011, but you can also check for tables with prefix CRMM_BUT_LNK0* for more information.
    You have to use the partner GUID, to read this information.
    Kind regards,

  • IDOC Receiver Adapter, getting Lock Table Overflow to CRM System

    Hello SDN!!!
    This scenario is for PI to process a file and send to CRM via IDOC. The IDOCu2019s are only being created and not processed until later.
    Problem: I am getting a Lock Table Overflow error in method IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS via sm58 in PI which points to the CRM box.
    I have been searching many forums and every solution seems to indicate increasing the lock table, the problem with that solution is we are currently trying to create (not process yet) 80000 IDOCu2019s. This would allocate too much for the lock table.
    So my question is this, Shouldnu2019t the lock be released when the IDOC gets created or none the less when a packet of IDOCu2019s via content management (breaking up the file in 1000 increments) finish. The lock table in CRM keeps increasing until all rows from the file, sent via IDOC adapter in 80 messages with 1000 IDOCu2019s per messagein the table are complete (80 separate messages in sxmb_moni).
    Background:
    IDOC was imported, changed to include unbounded and reimported.
    Content Management breaks the file into 80 different segments, thus creating 80 distinct mappings with distinct MessageIdu2019s.
    80 IDOC packets are sent to CRM, via IDOC adapter and sm58.
    TCODE sm12 in CRM shows the table to keep growing and locks not released until full message is complete.
    Any help would be appreciated
    Cheers
    Devlin

    The only way to process the IDOCs in this case is by increasing the "enque/table_size" parameter in order to create the required IDOCs. You can increase the value for this parameter up to 102400 (beyond that can cause performance issues). Since you need to handle 80000, this shouldn't be an issue.
    Please refer to the notes below for more information about the lock queue overflow and management.

  • How to display JCO.Table in jsp, CRM ISA

    Hi,
    I have got a JCO.Table with results from teh CRM system and now want to display this in ISA.
    Is there any templates, or code, that could guide me as to how to transfer the table to jsp.
    thanks,
    sunil

    Hi Sunil,
    The code from bean class is here,
    public void listDetails(String releaseGroup,String releaseCode)
    throws Exception
                    try
                         if (mRepository == null )
                              System.out.println("NuLL");
                         try
    IFunctionTemplate                                         ft=mRepository.getFunctionTemplate("BAPI_REQUISITION_GETITEMSREL");
    myFunction=ft.getFunction();
                   catch (Exception ex)
                   throw new Exception(ex + "Problem retrieving JCO.Function object.");
          if (myFunction == null)
         System.exit(1);
    mConnection.execute(myFunction);
                   JCO.ParameterList input = myFunction.getImportParameterList();
                           input.setValue(releaseGroup,"REL_GROUP");
                           input.setValue(releaseCode,"REL_CODE");
                           input.setValue(releaseFlag,"ITEMS_FOR_RELEASE");
                             System.out.println("Imported");
                         catch (Exception ex)
                              ex.printStackTrace();
                              System.exit(1);
                          mConnection.execute(myFunction);
                JCO.Table codes = null;
               codes =myFunction.getTableParameterList().getTable("REQUISITION_ITEMS");
               size =codes.getNumRows();
               if (size == 0)
                  System.out.println("No value matches the selection cretaria");
               purchaseRequisitionNo = new String[size];
               item   = new String[size];
               requestorName = new String[size];
               description = new String[size];
               creatorName = new String[size];
               purchaseRequisitionDate = new String[size];
               plant = new String[size];
              // getter methods
         public int  getSize() { return size; }
         public String getPurchaseRequisitionNo(int i){return                                                        purchaseRequisitionNo<i>; }
          public String getItem(int i) { return item<i>; }
         public String getDescription(int i) { return description<i>; }
         public String getCreatorName(int i) { return creatorName<i>; }
         public String getPurchaseRequisitionDate(int i)
                                             {return purchaseRequisitionDate<i>; }
         public String  getplant(int i) { return plant<i>; }
    Now in the JSP page get the number of entries in the table and try to get row by row from the bean class using the row number.
    <%
    int count = PR.getSize() ; // This method will return the number of
    rows in the table.
    for ( int i = 0; i < count ; i++ ) {
    %>
    <TR><TD ALIGN = "center"><%= PR.getPurchaseRequisitionNo(i) %> </TD>
    <TD ALIGN = "center"><%= PR.getItem(i) %> </TD>
    <TD ALIGN = "center"><%= PR.getDescription(i) %></TD>
    <TD ALIGN = "center"><%= PR.getCreatorName(i)%> </TD>
    <TD ALIGN = "center"><%= PR.getPurchaseRequisitionDate(i)%> </TD>
    <TD ALIGN = "center"><%= PR.getplant(i)%> </TD>
    <% } %>
    Hope this is a simple way to get your requirement.
    Let me know if this does not help you.
    Thanks
