  • Whats the fieldname and table name for purchase order delivery date

    hi all,
whats the fieldname and table name for purchase order delivery date
      thanks and regrads

EKET-EINDT is the delivery date according to the schedule lines.
for example the line item has 100 qty.
it is sent in three schedules (40, 40, 20).
Then EKET will have 3 records for one PO Line item.
The final delievry data is the EKET-EINDT for the 3rd schedule line item.

  • Table name for sales order with Customer info

    Hi Gurus,
Could you please provide me table name for  sales order with customer no and customer name.
I have list of sales order number (more than 1000 no's ) i need to identify customer number and customer name (ship to party and sold to party information). I am running this report every week. so i plan to create sqvi for this report.
    Thanks and regards,
    B.Deethya.

    Hello,
    Access Tables VBAK & VBAP.
From the above tables you will get Solt to Party & Ship to Party Codes.
For Customer names you have to pass the Customer Codes to Table - KNA1
    Hope this clarifies.
    Thanks,

  • Table name for purchase order delivery fields

    Hi Gurus,
Can you please tell me the name of the tables and the joining condition for purchase order delivery details like Name, street , city, postal code, address detail and the joining condition?
    Regards
    MD. SAMY

    Hi MD. SAMY,
    1. Table EKPO has details lat line item level.
    2. You must make a simple ABAP program in the infosets (or functional area) that contain a line "addrnumber = ekpo-adrnr" while addrnumber is ADRC table field.
    3. Choose fields that you want in ADRC and put it into new fields (e.g. : DELI_NAME2 = adrc-name2., etc)
    4. The new field attribute must be maintained in the infosets (in EXSTRA).
    5. Now in the query you have those fields.

  • TABLE NAME FO SETTLED ORDER

    hi gurus,
Please advise me, from which table i can get know production order is settled & i have checked in JEST , i am not getting any status of settlement in production order.
    thanks
    ravi arora

    Hi,
There is no status which says that the Producion Order is settled.
After the month end closing, check the Orders with the Status DLV and/or TECO. These are the Orders which will participate in Settlement Process.
Check the Costs on the Order. If the remaining is 0 then this Order is Settled.
There is no way otherthan this you will find the Order is ettled or not?
Yes, this is a hard way to find but no other go..
Why the Logic is like this?
There is no gauranty that the Order once settled will evantually will never processed again or no goods movements/confirmations will be done on th Order. So, we can still post the Costs on the Order. Hence there is no meaning in assigning a status to the Order which is settled.
    Hope this clarifies..
    Best Regards,
    Siva

  • Table Names of Processed  XML Messages

    Hi ALL,
We are facing space problem  in PRD box with one of our client, due to increase in large number of Messages  .
Our basis tryed to do archiving, but endup with no luck.
Could any one tell us in which tables processed idoc xml messages will get stored.
    .Any help is highly appreciated.
    Kind Regards,
    Vijay

    Hi,
you should not delete XI Message directely from database table. Please schedule archive or delete jobs. If you never define which interface should be archived, it could NOT be done afterwards. This is also documented clearly on the help.sap.com. What you could do is delete the old messages to free table space. You could configure now interface which should be archived, in this case the message processed in XI in future could be archvied.
XI message is actually stored in different tables,
SXMSPMAST, SXMSPMAST2      XML Message master Table,  contains runtime information on XML messages processed by XI; in this table you can find all the information that is visible in SXMB_MONI.
    SXMSCLUP     XI Message Payload Tabelle
    SXMSCLUR     XI Message Payload Tabelle
SMPPREL3     this table contains information about interfaces; here you can find information on sender (party, service, interface and namespace) and receiver (party, service, interface and namespace) as well as information on maps (their GUID and name as well as namespace).
SXMSPFRAWH     Performance Head Data, Audit Log,
    SXMSPFRAWD     Performance Data, Audit Log
There are could be more tables used to store information about XI messages, as I mentioned don't modify database table by your own risk. You will not get support by SAP, it could cause fatal error.
    regards,
    Hai

We are developing new customized report and user requested internal order group and Profit center group in the selection criteria.

Or use FM [G_SET_TREE_IMPORT|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/scn/advancedsearch?query=g_set_tree_import] to read the hierarchy/Group. (Read FM and FG documentation, you can also add break-point and call some S_ALRxxx transaction which use this FM for the objects you need).

    AFRUHR        Order Confirmations for HR

  • Table name & field name for System status of an order

    Hi,
Can any body pl tell me what is the table name for PM order System status
    Regards
    Amar

    Dear Amar,
Please check it in JEST table. For that you have to find first OBJNR for order from AUFK or AFPO table for order number & then pass it in JEST so that with INACT = BLANK.
You will get all active system status for the order starting with I.
I hope this will resolve your query.
