Tablet Only Showing Blank Screen

My tablet is not showing anything on the screen. Only the backlight is on, so the screen gets power. Pressing Windows button is vibrates the tablet. Holding the power button for 10 seconds shuts it off. A short press (like waking it up) lights the blank screen, sometimes the Front Camera blue LED light blinks like it probably should. No Audio.
I am scared. I saved money for two years, then two months ago I bought this tablet now It's just a brick. Bought outside the country. I knew it was a mistake for buying Toshiba as one year ago my Toshiba laptop motherboard died. Should have bought Dell Venue Pro.

Same happens to me.
The first time, I let the battery drain and when it was totally discharged, I plugged the tablet and it worked just fine.
And now it happened again! bad thing that now it is fully charge and I have to wait again to use it again... I hope.
Someone had a simmilar issue?

My macbook pro shows blank screen when I started . (It's like in same state when power off. ) fan sound and hard disk is running. So i connected it Through external monitor via mini display to VGA cable. I can see everything on external monitor. My display of Mac needs to change? How much it cost ?? I found so many forum discussion said that if nvedia card is faulty then its happen...let me know suggestions...I given it to apple care service station n they r telling yr display needs to change its cost me a lot.. I can't afford. And can't spend that much for 3 yr old version as new versions of macbook pro is cost vice reasonable.. can I have any suggestion?

If running 10.7 or later hold down Command-R at Startup.
This should invoke recovery Mode.
Choose Disk Utility.
Select your Hard drive. Inspect the SMART Status in the lower right of the window for "Verified".
Select the Mac OS X Volume (originally Macintosh HD) click (Repair Disk)
If errors, run again until it comes clean or gets stuck.
Report any error messages.

I would love to say that a refresh worked for me however it did not.It takes about 30 Minutes total I was able to trace part of the issue to a Registry Key that was tagging the processor. Because my BIOS manages its own temp gauge and windows is trying to
build on in I had to turn the BIOS one off as well as for some reason I get better funtionality with Visualization off.
I am still dealing with a lag but I was able to get ride of the freeze that made the computer completely useless.

Forget about all the rest until you check out the Announcement at the top of this forum regarding the current 1/2 wmv display related to a recent Windows Update kb file. I missed the wmv part of your initial question by focusing too much on the thread title.

MicroSoft has issued an Update for Windows, that is causing problems with Displays. The following is from Talbot McInnis, who tracked down this problem, and offers a fix:
"MS bulliten MS13-057. Specifically, on XP kb2834904 and on windows 7 kb2803821 is causing a problem
For us, it occurs when decoding WMV9 files. Not all uses of WMV decoding are affected, but I confirmed that when connecting the WMV decode DLL to a sample grabber for RGB32 video, the frames arrive black on top, so that points directly to decoding internals of the WMV Decode dll.
You can uninstall these windows updates to resolve your problem."
There are several threads on the problem that this Update is causing on the PrE and PrPro Forums, so one can get more details. So far, there is not another fix from either MS, or Adobe.

Recently i have connected to High Speed internet and Hp Asistant shown a Bios update for my System and i chose download. after that my Hp Pvillion G6 2005ax with AMD Quad Core is showing blank Screen and Caps Lock button Blinks Randomly and F12 Button also on. Kindly Suggest a Solution for this. I have been irritated by Hp Customer Care support.

I read your post about the BIOS, and wanted to assist you! The blank screen and blinking of your Caps Lock, is the system trying to give you the error code for the issue your notebook is having. You can review the following document for further assistance, if needed:HP Notebook PCs - Computer Does Not Start and Emits an LED or Beep Code Please note the blinking sequence of your Caps Lock, and follow the instructions in the document above. From the information that you provided, it is possible that the blink code will be related to a BIOS error. You can always try performing a System Restore, to set the notebook back to a previous working point. You can also try checking this site for BIOS drivers. Once there, you can select your Operating System and click "Update", you should be able to access and download the BIOS drivers. If you downloaded the latest driver from that site, try uninstalling the driver and installing the previous version. Yep. I did some more poking around and found that one. Downloaded it and tried to run it and got more errors. Did some more searching and found a fix for the installer on Vista. Ran the fix and tried the ipod software again. It got further, but then hung up again. I'm still trying to figure this all out. Anyone got any answers it'd be much appreciated.

Safari always opens at the web page last viewed. There is no home page for mobile Safari. To open a web page, tap the address field (on the left side of the title bar), then type the web address and tap Go. Or you can use the search field (at the right side of the title bar) to iniate a search.

I have a 3rd generation iPad running iOS7.0.2, and since updating to iOS7, it will not mirror to an AppleTV. The devices will connect, but the video monitors show only a blank screen. The AppleTV's work fine with various other iOS & OSX devices. Ideas?

I have three AppleTV's where I work. I have two at home. I have an iPhone 4S running iOS7.0.2 which mirrors smoothly via AirPlay. I have a 2011 MacBook Pro and a 2011 iMac, both running Mountain Lion, both of which mirror smoothly through AirPlay. I have a 3rd generation iPad running iOS7.0.2, and since updating to iOS7, it will not mirror. The iPad will connect to the AppleTV, but the TV's and projectors only show a black screen when connected: the iPad screen looks as it should, except that the transitions become jumpy when connected via AirPlay. This is true on both networks: at home and at work. Another gentleman using the network where I work has the most recent iPad, also running iOS7.0.2, and he is having the same problem. I have tried to "Reset All Settings." I have tried to "Restore." Does anyone have any suggestions? Has anyone else experience difficulty mirroring the iPad through AirPlay since the release of iOS7.0.2?

No problems exists with the router (on either network described above) or the multiple AppleTV's which are able to mirror multiple other OSX & iOS devices seamlessly. The problem is strictly with the iPad and iOS7.

This is an iOS 7 AirPlay mirroring bug...
To make matters worse, the iPad automatically drops its mirroring session 45 seconds after it auto-locks.
3-4 mirroring sessions is all it takes for the iPad mirroring to freeze up.
After this happens, mirroring to an Apple TV only projects a blank screen.
Once the mirroring is hung, the only way to fix it is to restart the iPad.
Apple please fix this iOS 7 issue!
