I am using a tablet Seriel Number: <Personal Content Removed> in Cambodia and did not work over two weeks (Can not turn on) after buying over 2months from Sanfrancisco, USA. Remove the extensions, redownload Safari, reload the extensions.

It's covered under the same warranty as the phone. So long as it's not physically damaged, they should replace it for you.

Time capsule POS! stopped working after a month and no ability back up data for 71 days now. Apple never returned my calls!

Does anyone have a better suggstion than waiting for apple to return my call? 71 days with no back ups and my new 2T unit stopped woprking after a month and living in the Turks & Caicos Islands there is no locoal support (I bought the unit from APple in Miami) According to the diagnostic tests I ran the unit is shot and needs replacing.. Wireless works fine though.. Seems to be a common problem with this unit. Would ahve been better off with my old airport extreme, I ahve had for five eyars, but it no longer hs enough capacity.

Two Time capsules that stopped working after 12 months

2 years ago I bought 2 time capsules(2 TB). I used the first for 12 months and was very happy until it just stopped working suddenly. I couldn't turn it on at all. I then started using the second Time Capsule that had never been taken out of the box. Now 12 months later exactly the same thing has occurred to this second Time Capsule.
Any tips to stop this happening again would be gratefully received.

Crystal Report stop working after one month

Hi all,
I have downloaded crystal reports 2008 for SAP business one from the SAP service market place on 01.11.2008 and installed at customer site on 21.12.2008. We also developed and delivered 6 report template to customer using it.
These all 6 reports were working fine till yesterday.Suddenly from today morning (21.01.2009-exact one month after installation) all these 6 reports has stopped working.
Can anyone tell, why it is behaving like this ?

Windows stopped working after 1 month

Windows stopped working. Nothing opens up. I can not go into settings. The apps do not open up. The system restore does not work. It will not allow me to to reset to factory reset. This is horrible. I can go into the desktop screen and Internet thankfully. Only had it for one month. I miss my old Toshiba laptop.

Chances are good it's a routing breakdown at this point, if her work hosts the VPN Concentrator within the same datacenter or address space as their website. They could also be on the same machine for all that matters.
Likely, if you run a traceroute from FiOS to the datacenter, and back you'll see where the connectivity may be dying at.

B450 battery stopped working after 9 months

I bought my B450 in Thailand since I'm living here.
After 9 months of use, the battery suddenly died.
I bought it in a big shopping centre and as I check my warrenty card now, it says that the warrenty does not include consumable items such as batteries or adapter.
Can it be? Shouldn't I have at least 1 year warrenty for the battery?

One year subscription stopped working after a month

I purchased the one-year student & teacher subscription and after exactly a month it said my subscription is over and that I had to download creative cloud, so I did that thinking it would work.. it didn't.. I then checked my e-mail and it said my creative cloud subscription got downgraded, so now I don't have to pay anymore, but if I don't pay, my software won't work (I paid €19,99/month i purchased my software when the discount was still running and i'd like to keep paying the 19,99 euros instead of the full price) I need help as soon as possible because I have exams and I need this software to make them! "scan to network folder" suddently stopped working after many months of no issues

scan to network folder was working fine over a wireless network to a folder on my file server - for many months.
This weekend I noticed the printer said it was "updating".
I guess it must have done some kind of automated update or something because I did not initiate an update.
Suddenly scan to network folder fails to work.
When I try from the printer, it says cannot connect to \\computer\folder
When I test from the embedded web server on the printer "Connection Failed"
The folder is online. I can access it from another computer.
I have also tried setting up a second folder config using the IP address as \\x.x.x.x\folder(The first 3 sets of digits in the IP addresses are the same for printer and network server) I even tried setting up anoter account to authenticate to the file server with a simpler password for testing purposes to rule out typographical errors. I have tried bouncing the printer, the router, the network server and the wireless access point all to no avail. It looks like the printer is failing to find the network server anymore.Pity there is no "ping" option on the printer to test if it can even see the network server anymore. I can "scan to computer" to another computer on the wirless network.But I like the convenience of being able to scan to a defined network folder whether my other computer is turned on or not. Does anyone know if HP pushed out a printer update this week or something?Just wondering why it suddenly changed.

Ipod 7th gen stopped charging after two months.

It did not drop.
I am using the charger that came with it.
There was no accident. Suddenly it just stops charging. iTunes does not recognize it either.
I know the charger cable is working because it charges by new iPad ok.
I bought this on Amazon US but live in Africa where there is no Apple store.

Water damaged iphone 4, stopped working after two year , the water damage

2 years ago my phone went for a wash in washing machine, I managed to dried it up and make it work , recently the display went off while using, after charging i could see it in itunes, it kept beeping every 15 second while plugged in for charging. Then i decide to open it romove the battery and put back on nowit has no life in it if i plugged it for charging or to pc it get hot quick but won't turn on, tried the home button , power button 10 second role but no luck
...all i need to know if I want to replace any parts what parts I should replace. as the phone is pretty good condition. now the question is wether it need lcd, battery or logic board changing?
i would think as it was all working , either one of there:
battery, logic board and lcd (digitizer) might need changing?
and it might work?
any suggestion on this will be appreciated.

We can't advise you on attempting to repair it yourself. Apple does not sell iPhone parts at all. The only sources for iPhone parts are:
Stolen parts
Counterfeit parts
Salvaged parts
Since you opened it yourself, Apple won't touch it now. Find a competent 3rd party repair shop or buy a new phone.
If you really want to try fixing it yourself, look to someplace like ifixit.com for advice.

has anyone else had the screen on their touchsmart tx2z go blank after 12 mo. mine did after 18. I have been told by someone inside hp that it's a know
issue to stay away from them.

You could try an Apple store if one is near you, however you are simply relying on the staff to take pity on you to get a replacement that is out of warranty.
You can also call back Apple to see if you get any other support staff or try escalating by asking for higher up members of staff - but this may just result in you waisting time & getting more frustrated.
Refurbished models are basically new devices based on the reports on here - Apple replace so much that the device should be reliable, clean etc.
It may be your best option.
If you are still dissatisfied you could look at your consumer rights, there is often protections in place for goods to be 'fit for purpose' and have a 'reasonable lifespan', this will vary per country and per region and you may want legal advice before beginning.
Another option you have is to look elsewhere for a repair, Apple don't repair these devices they simply offer replacements. Other companies will offer repairs.
There are many places online that sell parts too if you are willing & able to repair it yourself - obviously voiding the warranty and any chance of more support from Apple if you or anyone else opens the device. Diagnosing the issue is your biggest battle with that, combine that with how intricate the parts are & how it is put together you have more to lose than gain by opting to go that route.

   I uninstalled tablet drivers and adobe software and reinstalled again without tablet, now it's working so it was a driver that messed up all..
Oh, the error code nr was : 1
i also was suprised but this is what I got from photoshop in error message the rest of it was about contacting adobe.com/support ..blahblahblah
I am still not fully understanding how its possible that so well paid software is not compatble with my super old tablet while even stupid paint is..
I am sure it is complicated, however as U see I am not able to anything else but operate with mouse.. or switch to linux and practice in gimp..
