Buenas noches. Tengo una duda... Tengo esta potente tableta yoga pro 2, la cual me gustaria poder utilizarla como una laptop, ya que necesito trabajar con excel y comandos de este programa. ¿ es posible ello? He visto teclados con sensor de mouse...quisiera saber si puedo adaptarlo con ese teclado. Que tal funciona el teclado accutype... Espero su apoyo.

Trouble with Adobe Reader Touch on Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 in tablet mode. Pdf shows up as blank pages.

I have a Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 and when I change it to tablet mode and use the Adobe Reader Touch app, my pdf shows up as a blank page. I have installed other pdfs in the past and those show up fine. However, as of three days ago, whatever pdf I install shows up as blank on my screen. Is there a solution to fix this?

Das Funktioniert wie bei Apple's iOS System (die Lenovo Oberfläche ist ja stark an iOS angelehnt).
Du schiebst ein App-Icon auf ein anderesn App-Icon und dann wird ein Ordner erstellt (nicht gleich aufgeben wenn das Icon sich verschiebt, das ist ein Bug vom System. Dann einfach kurz das Tablet in den Standby versetzen und wieder zurückholen)

How to root Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 pro

I want to root my Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 pro (android version 4.4.2), but I dont want a bricked device. So, can someone please help me? Send a tutorial, download link..? I would be so greatful, thanks.

just reflash with intel's phone flash tool, and all is getting back to stock. no need to clean or other stuff... just select the flash.xml (not others xml). if you peek inside the file you will see that he is creating and formatting the partitions again so whatever was on your emmc (tablet's equivalent hd) is gone. as long as you didnt mess around with bios reflashing with that xml will get you back in time to the place you were when you first started your tablet (assuming you are flashing the same rom)Lenovo implemented Secure Boot (or as we know it better as 'locked bootloader') so as long you didn't mess with bios (and i don't think you did) theres no way anyone could tell that the tablet was rooted sometime. the rooting method used now is "online" after the secure boot has done his job of starting the kernel.not my case coz i will sodomize my bios to bypass the secboot (i want to install linux and windows, just for fun, and this tablet would be fun for me running linux and a chroot with android, so that I WILL SECURE BOOT android ) and anyways i can get back anytime (worst case i have a flash burner)

Yoga tablet 2 pro microphone does not work with Skype or Google+ hangout

I have a new yoga tablet 2 pro, with most recent build and most recent version of skype for android.
When using skype or hangout, the other party cannot hear me (unless I speak directly into built-in microphone hole from a few inches away). The mike works fine with OK google, etc. Skype and hangout also work well with earphone and external mike combo.
I think there is a problem with apps accessing microphone gain....... is there a fix?

Yoga Tablet 2 Pro: Google+ autobackup not saving stock camera photos.

Hi, I first noticed this issues on my my Vibe X2 but when i tested it on the Yoga Tablet 2 Pro, i am experiencing the same and i was wondering whether anyone else has this problem?
Basically, I turn on camera backup on both OneDrive as well as Google Photos/ Google+. All my photos and videos back up fine on OneDrive but with Google+, only photos/videos taken with 3rd party apps are getting auto uploaded. Those that are taken with the Lenovo SNAPit/ stock camera aren't getting auto uploaded on google.
I remember it used to work in Vibe X but for some reason, Vibe X2 and YOGA Tablet 2 Pro versions of the camera don't. I find it annoying cause Google's video playback is so much better than OneDrive. It's really good for storing all the videos for play back later. You can delete them from your phone/tablet and will have no problems with playback over wifi even 3G. OneDrive's video playback is only good on the desktop/pc browser. For mobile it still seems to do progressive download.

Thank you for the help. After some troubleshooting, it appears that the stock Lenovo charger is to blame. I hooked the tablet up to a Belkin 2.1amp charger and it seems to charge as expected. The stock Lenovo charger is what confused me - it can charge the tablet, but just barely - the Belkin charges much, much faster.

Yoga Tablet 2 Pro - Resetknopf?

Hallo, beim Lenovo Yoga Tablet 2 Pro gibt es auf der Seite, wo der Beamer sitzt, ein klitzkleines Loch (ein paar Zentimeter über dem An/Aus-Schalter für den Beamer). Ich habe da letztens mit einer Büroklammer drin herumgestochert, weil ich dort einen Resetknopf vermutet habe. Dem ist aber wohl nicht so. Ich wollte Interesse halber mal nachfragen, was es mit diesem Loch auf sich hat und ob ich das Gestocher mit der Klammer besser hätte bleiben lassen sollen (verbirgt sich dort irgend etwas technisch wichtiges)?

Installing Linux on Yoga Tablet 2 Pro 13" that comes with Android

Hello all,
has anyone yet tried to install a Linux distribution on the Tablet 2 Pro 13" to replace the Android it comes with? Does the Android version of this tablet even boot from USB media, or is locked in some way?
That tablet with Linux would just be perfect for my needs, and unfortunately the Windows variant of it is not really an option (heavier, not yet available in Europe)...

I've experienced something very simliar. I plugged the tablet (Yoga Tablet 2 Pro 13.3) into a computer USB port by accident, then quickly disconnected while the PC was trying to install driver. After that, I could not get the tablet to charge from high power AC adapters, including one shipped with the tablet. The only way I could get the device to charge was to use a lowly Amazon Kindle AC adapter - but it was so slow I estimated it would have taken 40 hours. I reset to factory, tried all these different "tricks" from this forum, but to no avail. Just when I was ready to send it back, a firmware update was issued. I thought I would give it a go.. After the update, everything is now back to normal. But it was such an upleasant experience for otherwise an excellent device.

Lenovo Tablet Yoga 10 startet nicht mehr

Hallo, vor etwa einem Monat habe ich mir ein Lenovo Tablet Yoga 10 gekauft. Seit heute morgen startet das Tablet nicht mehr richtig. Es bleibt stehen, wenn der Schriftzug "Lenovo" auf dem Bildschirm erscheint. Desweiteren läd das Tablet seit heute nciht mehr richtig. Gibt es Lösungsvorschläge?

Yoga Pro 2 on External Monitor...but low resolution

Although my Yoga Pro 2 connects properly to my Viewsonic monitor (thank you, Monoprice, for the micro-HDMI adapter and the HDMI to DVI cable), the best resolution I can get is 1440x900 (the native resolution of the last computer connected) which makes everything look GIGANTIC on the monitor and doesn't show the detail of the 3200X1800 Yoga Pro screen.
Intel drivers are updated, Viewsonic monitor drivers for win8/x64 all set. Viewsonic says it a Lenovo issue...Lenovo so far can't help me. I have tried changing view/zoom in every software program and app, but that's not the solution I want. Even 1900X ???? would be better.

PATIENCE...
First, it is most likely the microHDMI fitting inside the yogapro. It is very deep. When you put a micro HDMI adapter in to connect it to whatever it needs to connect to to ultimately reach your monitor, it must be firmly seated.And it feeels like it is..but probably not.
Monoprice.com offers 2 microHDMI adapters: part 7703 and part 7603. Either one should work...but you may need to take an emery board or nail file to the plastic housing around the actual part that goes into your machine. That's because you need a long reach to the actual socket inside the YP2. From there I use the monoprice HDMI-DVI cable to attach to my monitor (LG, but not important. Only important thing is that the ratio of width/height is 1.7778, or 1920x1080 etc)
Make sure the monitor is turned on....and start JIGGLING. Be 100% sure that the YP2 is sitting on a very hard surface, granite, corian, etc...and that the machine doesn't get moved around at all. Do not put it on a cooling pad, or a place mat or anything squooshy like that. Keep a bunch on small thin things around as you jiggle...because at some point you are going to succeed and you must not jar anything as you put the need supports to maintain that crucial angle VERY CAREFULLY in place. It is tedious...but the result is worth it. And then deciding on your personalization will keep you busy.
As much as I like the YP2 as a computer...I have never used it as a tablet (iPhone/Kindle user) and probably never will because the task of getting the Micro HDMI adapter seated properly is something that is hateful enough that I don't want to move the machine once it is working with the external monitor. Furthermore, the personalization setting are different for me with/without external monitor and not worth the hassle.

Yoga Pro 2 Fan noise tweak fix?

The MBA (at least my old 2010 model (which was a total lemon)) definitely has a substantial fan which kicks in under load (gaming etc.). You don't see vents because they just use the crack along the hinge line to get the air in and out. Yes, this means there's less exposed vent area but you still have to worry about blocking it say you were using it on top of a blanket or something.
Also if your MBA ingests, say, enough cat hair to block the fan intake, then good luck getting at it to clean it out. I had an old Dell gaming laptop that became unusable until I opened it up and pulled the 1/8" mat of cat fur off the face of the heat sinks.
Over time the inside of your laptop can start to look like that furnace filter you haven't goten around to changing in a year or two, depending on how the airflow goes. Usually the air gets pulled through a heat sink and the outer face of the fins can collect stuff.
Someday the power dissipation may be such that we can have completely sealed dust-proof machines, but until then environmental concerns over time are still a big pain.

Is it MLC or TLC? I heard people say yoga pro 3 uses sumsung SSD, and sumsung like using TLC which i dont prefer.
