"Tabs" Tab is BLANK

After a patch/upgrade, the "Tabs" tab is blank except for a few small dots near the top. Tried re-installing IND (without deleting first) to no avail.
Any ideas?
XP SP2, CS 1 (yes, I know it's old, but it works, mostly), IND ver 3.0.1

Try replacing your prefs. Hold Ctrl Alt and Shift all at once when you
launch InDesign and choose yes to the dialog box.

There use to be an option to set new tabs to blank.
How do I do that now that you removed the option.
I tried the obvious (?) of setting the new tab to "about:blank" and it still comes up with what ever search engine is paying you money.
I even tried an add on to set it to blank. That didn't work either.
Are we no longer allowed to have a clean, fast loading new page?

Firefox always Opens a New Tab in a Blank page. You must have some add-on installed that's making the new tab to not open as Blank.

How oracle replaces "carrage return, tab and blank" in v$sql.sql_text??

I am wondering how oracle replace "carrage return, tab and blank" character to v$sql.sql_text??
I am try to find sql_id by the following query.
select * from v$sql where sql_text like 'blur blur %'.
However, how can I specify 'blur blur %' when the original sql text includes "carrage return, tab, amd double blank"?
To be more specific,
the original sql statement:
select
col_a,
col_b , -- tab character included
colc , -- more than one blank included
Then, how can I specifiy "sql_text like 'blur blur %'" ??
As far as I know, oracle replace "carrage return, tab, and more than one blank" to "ONE BLANK" character.
Is this right???

Oracle simply unformat the SQL text and put it into v$sql.sql_text because SQL formatting is only for reading and clearity purpose. It don't help to generate SQL_ID and execution plan. You may get couple of freely avilable SQL formatting tool on the internet, you can simply copy SQL_TEXT and if you paste them into those tool, they will auto format, tab, upper and lower case of required words.

Link in new tab opens blank and "javascript:subValue(1)" is seen in the address bar.

On a specific website, when I left click a link it opens but when trying to open the link in a new tab, the new tab opens blank and "javascript:subValue(1)" is seen in the address bar. While running game, all tabs go blank

OK, so I play this MMO, Megaten. And with it in windowed mode, I sometimes switch back and forth between FF and Megaten. In 3.7 this worked fine, but now sometimes when Megaten is running, all of my tabs go blank. It's not immediate to when I load either program, but something that happens randomly. But what's weirder: the pages are actually still loaded, just displayed blank. If I hover the mouse over the spot where a link used to be/should be, it shows the hovertext, and if I click it, it loads the relevant page. I was in the midst of making a forum post the 2nd time it happened, and by correctly guessing the location of the "post" button, I managed to post my comment. So it's a display issue, not a loading-pages issue. Reloading, obvs, does nothing. Switching tabs doesn't work, all of the tabs go completely white.
I tried restarting FF with Megaten still running, but that didn't do it--and yet quitting Megaten did, even without closing FF all the displays came back.
The nature of this game is I have to be able to run both firefox and Megaten simultaneously, and it didn't happen till I updated to FF 4, someone help me out?

hello, maybe that's an issue with hardware acceleration - please try [[Upgrade your graphics drivers to use hardware acceleration and WebGL|updating your graphics driver]], or in case this doesn't solve the issue or there is no new version available at the moment, disable hardware acceleration in the firefox ''menu ≡ > options > advanced > general''.

Apologies for the empty download page. Something is wrong with the website.
Fortunately, there is an easier way to install the evaluation copy of JHeadstart:
* Open JDeveloper
* Go to Help - Check for Updates
* Select all available Update Centers
* When you see the results list, go to the search box on top and type JHeadstart
* Select the JHeadstart extension and install it
Information about (among other things) the limitations of the evaluation copy can be found at http://blogs.oracle.com/jheadstart/2010/04/jheadstart_11g_evaluation_vers.html
Unfortunately, that website is experiencing problems right now, but we hope it is back online soon.

Legal Control Tab is blank

My user has problem to print pro-forma invoice and found out that in GTS, the legal control tab is blank.
What should I do? My user has created a few times, but still unable to get the data in legal control tab in export compliance.

and thank you for your thorough response. But the network settings are still not visible.
I have checked both local and wired network to obtain IP adress automatically for TCP/IPv4, these settings were already default automatic so I did not change this. I've also deactivated the windows firewall completely. I can not find any other firewalls, have McAfee protection installed without firewall. The IP adress range stays the same under System Settings.
When I look at my networks in the cmd window, the information in the figure below is shown, (unfortunately in swedish), but the upper network is the primary wireless connection and the lower is Ethernet to local network connection. Both say that DHCP is active, is this correct? My computer is standing alone with direct connection to cRIO port 1 and wireless access to a network (hib.no) at my work place is active, should I turn all wireless connections off? I have deactivated by pressing the wireless button on my keyboard, so that it says "not connected" to the wireless network in the cmd window, but it does not change anything in MAX.
The latest Labview version and Real-time module is installed from NI download webpages, Real time module is also shown when looking in the software tree in MAX (see figure below).
I have followed the steps given on the NI support pages without any problems until I get to the network settings:

Also, I power off the cRio and restart my computer, and refresh in MAX between all steps that I try.

Regarding the video: is this a problem on all sites, or on Youtube in particular? Does the video resume after pausing or just stop permanently?
Regarding the new tab, here's the hidden setting to point it to Google:
(1) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''newtab''' and pause while the list is filtered
(3) Double-click the '''browser.newtab.url''' preference and enter your preferred page:
* ''Page thumbnails (default)'' => about:newtab
* ''Blank tab'' => about:blank
* ''Built-in Firefox home page'' => about:home
* ''Any other page'' => full URL to the page
Press Ctrl+t to open a new tab and verify that it worked. Fixed?
Two gotchas:
* If Firefox ignores the setting, one of your extensions may be overriding it. You can review, disable, and/or remove extensions on the add-ons page: "3-bar" menu button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > ''in the left column click'' Extensions

Firefox opens, but my tabs are blank. And when I put in any web address it does nothing, just remains blank.

My internet is working fine, I am in fact writing this on Internet Explorer. But Firefox is my preferred browser. I was using it last night just fine, and I left my computer on sleep, when I booted it up this morning it wouldn't allow me to navigate to any sites on Firefox. The tabs just remained blank. I even uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but nothing.

New Tab is blank and named Untitled

Recently each time I open a new tab in my 3.6 browser, it comes up blank and the tab reads untitled. In the efforts to resolve, I have:
1. Scanned for malware - I did find and remove 4 items from my pc using malwarebytes. This was secondary as I run CA Internet Security.
2. Reinstalled Firefox 3.6 as well as the recommended update.
3. Closed the browser and went to start, run, firefox -safe-mode
First I disabled all add-ons but the problem persisted
On second try I restored the defaults and the problem is still unresolved.

New tabs open by default as about:blank. If that didn't happen before then you had an extension that changed that behavior and that stopped working, so you need to check that in Tools > Add-ons > Extensions.
Your Firefox 3.6 version from 20100115 is very old and you should update to the latest 3.6.13 version via Help > Check for Updates.

IE9 wont open pages, just give a new tab thats blank

IE9 won't open a lot of pages. It just opens a new tab that is a blank screen and a empty tab title. The extension types all vary. However, if I cut and paste the link in a new tab it will work. I already tried to down grade the
version to 8, but it says its unsupported by windows 7 64 bit, funny I started with 8...

You may be disturbed by some add-ons or malware, you’d better run Internet Explorer with “no-add-ons” model first.
1.
Open Start Menu, then click all programs, select Accessories, open the system tools;
2.
Right-click Internet Explorer(No Add-ons), run as Administrator.
If the problem disappears, it could be caused by Internet Explorer add-ons, you could try following steps to narrow down.
        1.    In Internet Explorer, click Tools and click Manage add-ons.
2.    Disable the Google add-ons and keep the needed items on.
3.    After finding the related item, double click the item and select Remove.
4.    Restart Internet Explorer and check the issue again.

Why are the tab icons blank in FF 8.0?

After updating to 8.0 the icons on my tabs are all blank except for FF icons. No other websites show any icons on the tabs only a blank box.

Data tab content blank in debugging

At debugging a plsql store procedure, everything is doing well but when the code go to an internal procedure the data tab content became blank.

Internal procedure that I mean is a procedure inside a procedure, like a inner procedure.
When we are in the "main" procedure the content appear normally but when the control of execution goes to one inner procedure, the content of the data tab is in blank, empty.
