Tag attributes can't be longer than 8 characters?

          Hi,
          I am in the process of migrating a web application from another server to Weblogic
          7.0 and have run into the problem that none of my tags with attributes longer
          than 8 characters seems to work. The error message I get is :
          /Login.jsp(8): Error in using tag library uri='webtool.tld' prefix='tool': The
          Tag class '<classname>' has no setter method corresponding to TLD declared attribute
          '<attribute name>', (JSP 1.1 spec, 5.4.1)
          probably occurred due to an error in /Login.jsp line 8:
          <%@ taglib uri="webtool.tld" prefix="tool" %>
          I can make this go away by shortening the attribute name, but I have a lot of
          attributes with long names...is the limit configurable somwhere?

Are you trying to use a distribution list?
If so, what if you get the actual email SMTP address (in outlook, look in the "E-mail Addresses" tab) and try that instead?

Satellite L505-10J - Can't play longer than 30-60 min

I just bought the Toshiba L505-10J last week and I'm really satisfied with my choice, but when I start a game like Counter Strike Source or Risen I Have some strange Issues. The first 30-60 Minutes are Ok but then the Sound starts cracking and my Mouse (Razer Lachesis) stops moving when I'm holding a Key on the Keyboard (for example W for moving forward). When I switch to my desktop while playing this problem is gone (I opened Notepad pressed down W and moved the Mouse. No problems at all). When I Switch back it's there again. The only solution to this problem ist to reboot my Computer. Then I can play the next 30-60 min. before it starts all over.
I already reinstalled Windows 7 but the problem is still there.
When i use my Touchpad instead of my mouse it's the same. Can't play longer than 30-60 min...
This is not acceptable because I want to play games on my Notebook from time to time.
Hope someone can help me and sorry for my bad english, I'm from germany.

Im not quite sure but maybe your notebook is overheating. Have you clean the notebook using compressed air spray or can you notice if the notebook is really hot during you play a game?
Furthermore it would be interesting to know what display driver you are using. I had a similar issue after I installed a non Toshiba display. The graphic card was overheating and so the computer freezes. After this I installed the latest version from the Toshiba website and everything was fine again.

In "Oracle Database Application Express Advanced Tutorials", Release 3.0, B32469-01 on page 10-10, in the section labeled "Create a Call to the disFormItems Function" in step 6........it reads:

Okay, I have figured it out, I believe. So, I will provide my own answer in case someone else is looking for this type of situation in the future.
I edited the page definition by adding another function, disFormItems_local(), to the HTML Header Attribute.
Next, I edited the item's HTML Form Element Attributes to call the function, onchange="disFormItems_local()"
Then, I created a call to the disFormItems_local function in the page HTML Body Attribute, onload="disFormItems(); first_field(); disFormItems_local();"
Other stuff that you will need to know is to be found in Chapter 10 page 8, Enabling and Disabling Form Elements of the 3.0 Advanced Tutorials.

IMovie & iSight - can't record longer than 15 minutes?

I'm just curious to see if anyone can help me with the problems I'm having using iMovie and iSight. Basically, I'm trying to record a series of 2-hour lectures at my uni and am using the iSight as a firewire camera to record from into iMovie. However, every 15-20 minutes, iMovie stops recording and shows a blue screen with the message 'No Camera Attached'. I then have to start recording again, and wait another 15 minutes before the same thing occurs. This is very annoying! I have over 60 gigs of free HD space, so that shouldn't be an issue - hence, can anyone advise me what the problem might be?
BTW - I did do a search on this topic, but the only thread or relevance I could find...

We are having the same problem at my office. I have 5 iSights/5 computers all have been recording short interviews 15 minutes or less and now two of them have decided to stop one just freezes the other gets the blue screen.
I have deleted preferences, repaired permissions doesn't seem to work. Camara works fine on another computer. So it is something to do with iMovie or a preference I am not finding??

Mac can't run longer than 4-10 hours

A half year back my motherboard melted (don't know if this is the right word but I think you know what I mean). I got it fixed and also updated my RAM memory. Since it have got it fixed it has been having a weird problem that I can't seem to fix. After my mac has been on for somewere around 7 hours programs get long loading times. This is a sign for me to restart because if I dont:
A. my mac freezes.
B. I get a "pop-up" message that tells me to restart.
C. It freezes and there comes a error log on top of the screen.
D. It gets stuck on one program and that top left of the menu bar freezes. If I quit that program the dock and the menu bar disappear.
Most of the time it's C. This is getting really annoying and I tried everything to fix it: Got a new drive, reinstalled leopard and some various programs. I hope that someone can help me.

I purchased a Dreamweaver MX recently and I am trying to find a way to activate it so that it can be used longer than the 30 day trial period. I also purchased a Creative Suite Premium at the same time, same problems.

Can automator identify file names longer than a specified number of characters?

I have a lot of data that I need to ultimately archive to a PC solution but it currently has a lot of files with names longer than 256 characters. I know I can batch update the names with automator, but what about an easy way to identify them?? Is there a way to identify file names based on file name length?

Not in Automator. There are other ways but the question is once you have the files what do you plan to rename them. You can't just cut off all the chars above 256 as this will not ensure uniqueness.
So what convention will you use to make the names unique?
As for getting the files. This command run in the terminal will return all filenames over N long
ls | awk 'length ($0) > N'
so in your case
ls | awk 'length ($0) > 255'
So this could be run from an Automator workflow or Applescript to capture the filenames you want to change. But again it's the renaming that is tricky.

Can we use more than one <sequence> tags in the xml schema?

If you observe the above sample xml there are two sequences in one complex type with different values for minoccurs and maxoccurs. Is this xml valid? why I need this is I have an
XML with lot of elements some of them should have minoccurs = "1" maxoccurs = "1" and some other should have the other combination of min and max attributes. I want to
declare it in the sequence rather than declaring beside each individual element. is that possible?

If I understand what you want correctly, it won't work for the second sequence.
For instance, this will be valid :

Getting this error when saving: Names longer than 31 characters are not supported on the destination volume

I've just tried to save a document in Pages and got this error

Never had a problem like this before. I haven't changed disks or formatted disks. Running latest Yosemite 10.10
The only reference I can find to this error on the internet says that it's for applications prior to OS X which I think we can discount.
The only other reference I can find in the support community relates to one person with problems saving attachments in Mail and dates from early 2014.
Can anybody give me a suggestion on what I might need to do?

Where are you saving the files to and what is that volume formatted as?
Have you tested with files from other applications, such as TextEdit?

and CI_FKKVK (tbl FKKVK).
For Contract exist enhancement "SMOD_EMDK0001 - IS-U: Contract - Subscreen Integration and Field Check".
For Contract account exist user-exit PBO EXIT_SAPLES37_030 and PAI EXIT_SAPLES37_031.
For customer screen you define PBO, PAI method and via spro hide standard field.
May be exist customizing possibility to change length LSK, but i not found and always using abap-code((

HMAC (SHA1) key longer than 81 characters not possible?

Not sure whether I'm in the correct forum...
To sign a message for a specific application with HMAC-SHA1 hash I need a 83 character key.
My problem: the function module 'SET_HMAC_KEY' throws the exception "param_length_error". After I've testet with several key length, I found out, that the maximum valid length is 81. Is there any reason for this?
With 3rd party libraries (ie. Python and Javascript) longer keys are working.

yes, we can :-). Let say that SAP implementation supports a key with size more than 81 bytes. Then according to specification if the key is longer than block size of hash function (64 bytes for SHA-1) then it would use hash function to reduce original key to new key with size equals to output size of hash function (20 bytes for SHA-1). Therefore doing this step manually before calling SET_HMAC_KEY is equal to calling SET_HMAC_KEY which supports keys longer than 81 bytes.
The easiest way how to check this is to compare some HMAC-SHA1 implementation with the result produced by my proposed logic.

I was able to create a concept by using the Function module 'SOTR_STRING_CREATE_CONCEPT'. Now, I need to create a text and then read the text where ever I want (the text can be longer than 132 characters and also may contain special characters) from abap functions as per my requirement.
my requirement is not based only on SAP Scripts.

I'm getting an error using Restore-SPSite thats most likely caused by URL's longer than 260 characters. How can I find out which URL's are too long? It's a huge site collection so it's not an option to search manually.

Is there a way to change the default setting for printing lists, so it is not just "phone," "photo," and "job title?"

I have a user who wants to do this same thing. I did not find any way either to default the attributes to anything other than what you see the first time. Seems like such a trivial thing, hard to believe they do not allow it. I did find a program for this called iDress but I can't seem to download it from any links on the Internet. Not sure if it is free or not, but it was recommended by a link on the Mac support site.
