i am tight on money at the moment and my 3gs has started to have some problems with the hardwear.
Would the apple store fix my iphone with parts i by off ebay to save costs of getting it fixed.
My closest apple store is 250 km so theres $$$ on petrol before i even get in the store.

No. Apple does not repair devices, they replace them with service units.
If you want to save money by replacing parts, find a local 3rd party that will work on the device or do a LOT of research and do it yourself.
Out of Warranty replacement for a 3GS is $149 in the US. If money is really an issue and the device is faulty, you may be eligible for an upgrade through your carrier at a lower cost.

On your iPad, delete the existing account then sign back in with the new ID and password.

Hello I just purchased an iPhone 6 Plus today. I am unable to sync to my iTunes because it requires iTunes 11.4 or later. I am running 11.1.3. When I try to update this through the App Store I receive an error "The App Store is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
This has been going on for several hours. I can see "Featured", "Top Charts", "Categories", "Purchases" but am unable to connect to the "Updates" section within App Store.
I am frustrated. It is just the update function of the store that does not connect.
And yes,my ID and Password are correct.

I just upgraded my old iPhone 3GS to iOS 6.1.6 hoping it would allow me to use at least some basic apps, but seems like the searching engine the App Store doesn't work and I can't even find any of them.
Any ideas what could be the reason ?

Does the iOS device connect to other networks?
Does the iOS device see the network?
Any error messages?
Do other devices now connect?
Did the iOS device connect before?
Try the following to rule out a software problem:
- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost
Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Power off and then back on your router
.- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Settings
- iOS: Troubleshooting Wi-Fi networks and connections
- Wi-Fi: Unable to connect to an 802.11n Wi-Fi network

Trying to download an app on my iPhone using the App Store. Thing popped up to accept iTunes terms so it takes me to the page I click accept and it takes me back to the app and it says it will now download. The thing to accept the terms pops up again.

I was downloading an app on the App Store. I pressed install app and it says I need to accept iTunes terms and conditions. So I click ok and it takes me to the page to accept it. I click accept and it takes me to the page where the app is and a thing pops up saying the app will download now. I click okay and the same iTunes terms and conditions thing comes up again. Over and over I accept the terms but it keeps going back saying the app is going to download but it never does.

There must be a problem with the app store right now as a number of people seem to be having this problem right now. Try purchasing it using iTunes on your computer, accept the terms and conditions there, then either sync it to your phone or download it on your phone as a past purchase (http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519).

Working. I have tried going on settings and to the apps store section and That has my new Apple id. I cannot sign into the old account as I no longer have access to the email address and for some reason the security questions I don't seem to be getting right so I cannot deauthorise it on iTunes. It's annoying as I cannot update or add any apps at all, when I try the old ID comes up with no option to change it. On the iPhone, open the App Store app, go to the Featured pane, swipe to the bottom, tap the Dad's Apple ID and sign out. Tap again and sign back in with Son's Apple ID.
If it won't change the Apple ID you may be encountering the fact that an iOS device can have the content of comingled Apple IDs synced to it from the libraries of the iTunes app on a Mac or Windows box, but unfortunately, an iOS device itself can only have one Apple ID associated with it every 90 days. That may be what you are encountering, Dad has signed into his Apple ID on Son's iPhone and the lot of you are stuck with that for 90 days, after which Son may again sign into his Apple ID on the iPhone.

I went to do a search on my iPhone in the App Store and saw the following screenshot. I was shocked that apple would allow this. What if it was my daughter's iPhone?!

As far as I know there is no filtering when you visit the App Store using the app on the device. But downloading certain content can be restricted in Settings/General/Restrictions, or you can restrict to install apps at all.
Activating the restrictions for app installation will hide the App Store icon.
