Taking Picture of Entire Page

Is there a way to take a picture of the webpage? I know how to take a picture of the screen. I also know how to take a picture of a select area on the screen, but I can't scroll down while I'm doing that to include the whole page.

PS Unrelated, but how do you switch screens with keystrokes, toggle to different ones? I couldn't find it on the Keystroke page.

There is a way to get the "Whole" web-page in the shot... by using a freeware program called Paparazzi, it is on VersionTracker... here is the UHL:

You put the web address onto the line and it goes and gets the whole page and gives you a print of it. It is neat when you want more then just a 'visible' screen shot. Different settings give you different resolutions/formats.

Inserted Picture Occupies Entire Page

My iD document consists of two-page spreads with light gray background ("BG") layers.The two pages in any given spread respond differently to the picture insertion command, using Cmd+d or Ctrl+d (same response under Win XP and Mac OS X). When I try to insert a picture into the right page, the inserted image becomes a part the entire page beginning at the upper left corner. When I try to reposition the image, the BG moves along with the image.
This only happens on the right hand page. On the left page, inserted pictures behave normally.
My work-around is, for right-hand pages, to copy and paste the image, rather than using Cmd+d.
Working with my page master, I actually removed the BG from the RH page, and copied/pasted the BG from LH page. The behavior described above persists.
Two questions: (1) Can someone please show me how to fix the right-hand page? (2) Is my document content compromised in any way, by copying/pasting the image rather than inserting it?

Besides locking the background layer, there seems to be something different about how you are Placing (you need to learn the ID lingo) the images from page to page, or perhaps you've locked the frame itself on the left and left it onlocked on the right.
Being able to select and place content into a locked frame is a preference item, and the default is not enabled. Note that this is not the same as locking the entire layer, which makes all objects on the layer non-selectable regardless of the inidividual lock status.
NEVER copy/paste images into ID. You get only the image preview, and you have no way to update or edit the image.

When I want to zoom in or zoom out with the mouse wheel and CONTROL button the letters get larger but remain within the same size paragraph and any pictures remain the same. I want the entire page to zoom.

It is indeed scandalous that Apple sells useless scanned music scores. There is a warning when you chose to download music tabs or notes but it doesn't say that the score lines are very small and cannot be zoomed. I spent $30 on two books but cannot really use them on my MBA as you cannot zoom except for the double click which only works page per page and is only a small improvement.
The only way I can use the score more or less is on my ipad in landscape mode by increasing the font size to the max. The music score then becomes wider and you can read 2-3 lines per page without glasses.
If you could transfer the file to the pdf "side" of the library in ibooks the zoom would work..
What does work is using the accessibility zoom mode option+command+= to zoom and then option+command+\ to smooth the picture but then your whole display desktop etc. are zoomed in.

Entire page becomes visually degraded after inserting an image

This is a weird one. A picture is worth a thousand words, so please see the attached PNGs.
I'm making a portfolio book. Most page are images with text on the side. In some cases, when I drag an image (All images are JPEGs), the entire page becomes visually degraded - the images color become washed out and the font becomes thin, even if its set to bold.
I thought it involves CMYK/RGB conversions but everything I tried failed, including changing the color space to every profile I found. The real weird thing is that some JPEGs I can drag and it doesn't change the page graphics, while others cause the weird effect. I looked inside the meta-data, there is nothing different between two JPEGs, yet one will cause the page to degrade and the other wont.
Any help would be appreciated.

It appears that it happens whenever there is ANY effect applied to any layer on the page. Transparency, drop shadow, the whole list. I put the objects on different layers, it didn't help.

On iOS 5? Yes it does, you just have to pinch like u would to make page bigger in safari for example.

How do you get iWeb not to reload my entire page?

How do you get iWeb not to reload my entire page content when clocking on internal links? Sometimes I just want to change one picture from one page to the next and want the remaining aspects of the site to stay as is so that your web browser essentially only loads one image and keeps the other stuff. I have seen this on basically all pro websites. THANKS!

Help! The new Pages. I can't copy an entire page or rearrange the pages. In the new formatt also when I insert a new page when using a template it doesn't give me the formatting and guides. Can anyone help.

I don't like this new one. Many of the graphics features have been removed. Not impressed at all. Very frustrated.
The business card templates and others behave strangly. If I insert a page it's blank only. I don't get the guides. I was in the middle of a design project and had to start again from scratch as it threw everything out of alignment and I can't copy an entire page. When I use select all, group then copy when I pasted it on the new page it overlayed all the cards in the top two segments. Frustrating ! I ended up saving my first page under a different name that was the only way to copy the page then I had to work between three documents instead of one.

Yes, I am using 09 with out issues. Just have to remember to use "open with 09" or open pages 09 first then my document.
I create some amazing cards and posters with 09 that when on a PC I would have to use both Word and Publisher to create. Flipping back and forth.
Apple if you're listening please, give us back our layout options and even add a few more design options like beveled and 3D text.

How do I add more than one picture on a page?

I just started using Lightroom, and I want to know how I can add more than one picture onto a page to print or email. Right now, I will choose a picture, and it will make all of the pictures on the page that picture. I have even tried dragging a picture onto a page, but it just changes all of the pictures to the dragged picture.

How can I print 2 of the same pictures on 1 page with Bridge or CS4?

Need to do a very simple task. I have a picture created in photoshop that is a particular size from a template I created. I need to put 2 of these pictures on 1 page to print off, to save on paper and efficiency etc
Is a very simple task yet, I am going out of my mind trying to do this. I used Bridge after looking at tutorials. Fine, yet the 2 pictures were not their original size.

In Bridge Output Module you can create a document size and set the amount of
rows and columns to your own wishes.
A portrait sized paper with two landscape pictures needs 1 column and 2
rows. You can also set the size for space around the images using the
options for Output Module.
If you have the CS5 edition you can also create a template for this.
Wether the size changes depends on the given document size and the abilty
for your printer to print borderless or not.

In addition to the last poster's suggestion - just so you know, it also depends on the email program the recipient uses as to how they will see any attachments - for instance, when I am using my Yahoo Mail, I am absolutely unable to view any attachment within the browser window - Yahoo forces me to download it; there is no way for me to check it (like a preview) to see if I want to download it or not.
And, FWIW: the window shown in the screenshot does not show on my version of Mail 5.1 (which is the latest for 10.7.2); the only one similar shows when viewing a message received with an attachment, not while sending one. So that must be a different version.

Note that Reader (11 or otherwise) cannot show/hide pages that are templates. Reader 11 can spawn new pages from templates and delete any spawned pages, however. It also supports spawning a template by overlaying it on an existing page.

Is there a way to make the spell check work on the entire web page without making the content editable? Or at least those boxes that appear when you enable spell check on the entire page, can you make them disappear?

I found an addon that allows you to spell check on the webpage but it make the entire page editable and these boxes appear on everything i highlight. Can i get rid of the boxes?

I had thought this situation was solved but it just got worse. In addition to being without service for several days I am now being charged a cancellation fee for a broadband service that BT disconnected in error. BT Vision was also terminated by BT but the set up charges are still in place. Does anyone know who the relevant Ombudsman is? I called BT from America on Friday - for an hour - while someone called Aruj sorted out why there is an order 'in progress' that I didn't initiate; why I have fees relating to a problem created by BT and why there are references to a house move that didn't take place and a BT Vision service I no longer have but didn't cancel myself. He assured me it would be rectified and my bill would be reduced by 139 pounds and we would get confirmation of this later that day. I asked him what chance there was that this would not actually happen - he said no chance at all; my new bill would be 23.50.
There was no text message. An online chat person today told me there had been a fee reduction request which had been declined and there was nothing else he could help me with as he dealt only with broadband. But he would get BT Vision to email me. They always seem so helpful.............

I can see the photo and the first list of items on the specific page but am unable to see any further information such as what other options are available on an Apple laptop or any additional info until I get to the bottom of the page and then I can see the number of times the page has been viewed or additional items like the one I am currently viewing. I have set my options to accept cookies but continue to have this issue. HELP

Although possibly not related to your problem, I will remind you that the version of Firefox you are using at the moment has been discontinued and is no longer supported. Furthermore, it has known bugs and security problems. I urge you to update to the latest version of Firefox, for maximum stability, performance, security and usability. As for your issue, is this a problem with all browsers (for example, does it also happen on internet explorer?) or just with Firefox?
