I have got this on my phone in my apps pages, but does not show up as an app on my computer, when I sync phone to it. Cannot not remove this. It has the facebook icon. Any ideas how to get rid? Thanks

My kids' ipad apps appear on my phone even though we have different Apple ID's

I've set up my kids' ipads with their own IDs to ensure that my texts don't apper on their devices (that can be awkward). So I figured that all three devices would be independent. But still, if they download an app, it still appears on my phone. Since I seemed to have solved the confidentiality of texts issue,I'm just curious but; what gives? Why would they still be linked? Is it because I sync them all on the same Mac? Or use the the same cc# to pay for content? Or maybe because use the same alternate email for recovery purposes? It's strange. Just wondering.

Do they appear when they download the app or just when you connect the phone to your Mac ? If when you connect it then the next you do so select the iPad on the left-hand sidebar of your Mac's iTunes (if you are on iTunes 11 on your Mac then you can enable the sidebar via option-command-S), and on the right-hand side on the Apps tab make sure that the 'automatically sync new apps' tickbox below the listobox of apps is unticked

Mandel is referring to what is called a "User Agent Faker' which tricks the website into thinking it is a different browser or version than it actually is. I sometimes would use this on my iPhone when I wanted to visit the full website of a site I was attempting to go to & it would only take me to the mobile version or state it was only compatible with say Internet Explorer, simply turn it on & select the browser and details you want it to report and it will spoof that browser & you'll be on your way.

I think i have a virus on my phone, an app appeared on my phone in form of yahoo in a wierd language, also my weather had wierd cities in it ive never heard off..

I woke up the other day only to see this wierd Yahoo app on my phone. I didnt down load it and there isnt any record of it. Then safari had 6 open windows of yahoo browsing on it. I also noticed today a email sent from my iphone on my aol account to some wierd yahoo email with JNL in the title. Dont know what the heck is going on but wondering if i should resotre my iphone to factory settings. I changed passwords on apple id and aol but not sure it works. Any ideas???

If tap fish was an app purchased by both you can do that. If you yourself just purchased it and it's on the iPad, the iPad won't let you open it under your husbands I'd.since you have the rights, you bought it, it must be your apple I'd logged in. To do that go to settings, store, taptheapple I'd..sign out and sign in with yours. The gamecenter signing out and in will only help if youwant achievements or to play with your friends.

You may have to try deleting all the music from your phone (by going to Settings>General>Usage>Music, swipping All Music and tapping Delete), then sync it all back on with iTunes in order to fix this.

Recently changed my primary e-mailadress. When opening i-Tunes store in te left upper corner my changed adress is visible.However whwn I want to update apps on my i-Phone and / or i-Pad my old emaildress appears and I cannot log in on i-Tunes store.

Try tapping on your id at the bottom of the Featured tab in the App Store apps on your phone and iPad and log out of your account on them, and then log back in with the updated version of your account so as to 'refresh' the account on them

It sounds like you are tapping the Game Center app to open it, but the screen is blank. I recommend signing out of your account:
Go to Settings > Game Center, where you can:
Sign out (tap your Apple ID)

Then close all the running apps:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.

I understand that you are having issues with your music displaying correctly. This may be an issues with the metadata stored within that song, and iTunes interpretation of that info.

Firstly, DO NOT post imie numbers on a user to user forum - it is not safe to do so and your are NOT talking directly to Apple here.
Secondly, you need to go back to Apple in the country in which you bought the phone and get help with it there. Go back to the Apple store in the country in which you bought the phone. The warranty on the iPhone is not international, so is only valid for the country in which you bought it.

My iphone is making clicking sounds when I try to slide it or tap on an app. I can not make phone calls.

I hit something on my Iphone to make it start talking. I also was not able to slide the screen up or down right or left. I looked around on the web and found out how to stop it from talking, Now it is making clicking sounds when I tap on an app. The screen will still not slide. I have to tap on an app about 5 or six times to make it do anything. Now I can't make a phone call because the keys will not respond when I tap on them.

i am sorry to say but there is no way to undo a software update to go back you have to go threw your phone provider and have then do a replacement on the phone and just not do the update. when they receive the phone they will send it off for testing and to have the bugs fixed
