TAPS Engine not available
Hello All,
Do you guys have any idea why the engine is not available? Please see the attached file.
UCCX (TAPS) version : 7.0(1)
CM version : 7.0(2)
Thanks,
MK
Everything looks good, the Route Point and all CTI ports are registered but a strang tone is heard when I dial the TAPS trigger. Could you please listen to the attached tone and let me know what I am missing.
Thanks,
MK

Hi Gururs,
I have a SAP HANA Cloud Platform Innovation Pack and I am doing some configuration as per Using a Productive SAP HANA Instance. I have following questions:
1) In my account HANA XS engine is not enabled. ( See screenshot below). How I can enable the same.
2) If I compare my trial account with innovation pack account, I found that HANA Instances are not coming in the innovation pack. I could easily create the HANA instance in the trial accountm however, same is not true for innovation pack account. Is there any additional configuration we need to make it available.
3) Since the above options are not coming, because of that I am also not able to create the Database Administrator User. The options ( Development Tools section to create Database user.) are not available to create database administrator as per the standard help.
4) I created a database schema in Cockpit and created a system by adding the trial instance of the same in Eclipse or Hana studio. When I try to create a Repository content it is giving me Authorization error - Insufficient Privileges (Execute on REPOSITORY_REST)
Any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks!Log onto the cockpit on the production landscape and choose HANA Instances.
In the Development Tools section, click Database User.In the dialog box that appears, a message confirms that you do not yet have a database user.
Choose Create User.Your user (identical to your SCN user) and initial password are displayed. You must change the initial password when you first log onto an SAP HANA system, such as the SAP HANA Web-based Development Workbench.Note that your database user is assigned a minimal set of roles. This allows you to log onto the SAP HANA Web-based Development Workbench, but not the SAP HANA XS Administration tool.
To log onto the SAP HANA Web-based Development Workbench and change your initial password now (recommended), copy your initial password and then close the dialog box.
NoteYou do not have to change your initial password immediately. You can open the dialog box again later to display both your database user and initial password. Since this poses a potential security risk, however, you are strongly advised to change your password as soon as possible.
In the Development Tools section, click SAP HANA Web-based Development Workbench.
On the SAP HANA logon screen, enter your database user and initial password.
Change your password when prompted. You are responsible for choosing a strong password and keeping it secure. SAP cannot provide forgotten passwords. -
[Solved] SteelSeries Engine not available
Hey evryone, I just bought new new GS Stealth and it seems that the steelseries engine is not installed on my Laptop. I already tried the Software from steelseries itself but that does not work with the laptop keyboard. Any idea how I can get steelseries running for my laptop as well or how/where to get the software?
Thanks in advance!
Feedback much appreciatedhi, first you have to check your GS70 Stealth graphic version , only Nvidia 800 series support SSE (on GS70 it will be gtx870m/gtx860m)
and the SSE version on SteelSereis is different than MSI gaming NB version, you have to download it from MSI website
http://www.msi.com/product/nb/GS70_2PE_Stealth_Pro.html#download
besides, this SSE also control the keyboard backlight behavior, so you must remove the KLM app from machine, or you will have two software controling the backlit. -
Mercury Playback Engine not available on Macbook Pro Retina 15"
Hi,
I have a Macbook Pro Retina 15" with 16gb of RAM and a 500GB SSD, and am trying to enable Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (Open CL) on a legitimate copy of Adobe Premiere Pro CS6. For some reason the selection for that option is shaded and stuck on Software Only. I have tried installing and enabling the nVIDIA CUDA driver but nothing has changed. How can I fix this? Thanks.Looking at this, it doesn't seem that the Retina MacBook Pro's NVIDIA GeForce GT 650M is on the list. And the NVIDIA CUDA driver will give you nothing but heartache (a frequent source of kernel panics).
You might want to take your question to the Adobe Premiere discussion boad to see if there are any current 'workarounds' -> http://forums.adobe.com/community/premiere.

Mercury Playback Engine GPU not available
I've been reading through forum postings and have not found a solution, so I apologize if there is a solution posted elsewhere.
I have a 27" iMac (late 2012) with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 680MX graphics card running Mac OS 10.8.5.
I'm using Adobe Premiere Pro CS6.0.3, and when I updated my OS to 10.9 Maverick, I began to experience several problems, including:
The dreaded spinning beachball and "Premiere not responding."
"This project was last used with Mercury Playback Engine GPU Acceleration (CUDA) which is not available on your system. Mercury Playback Engine Software Only will be used.
Video files - I think they were all .MOV - became "squished" to the top of the Program Monitor (movie only took up about 1/3 of program monitor window).
After a long chat with Adobe Support, he indicated that the update to 10.9 Maverick was the problem, so I:
Updated to Premiere 6.0.5, but that did not fix any of the issues.
Logged in as "Root," which worked for a while but I also received 3 "Premiere encountered problem and must shut down."
Deleted preferences, repaired permissions, basic troubleshooting practices, etc, but problems persisted.
No help.
Eventually I restored my computer from a Time Machine backup to a day prior to the OS 10.9 update, and this seemed to fix all the issues. So I was back to Mac 10.8.5 and Premiere 6.0.3.
But the .MOV-compressed-in-the-program-monitor problem began to surface again (see photo below).
So I updated to Premiere to 6.0.5 (but not my OS - it's still 10.8.5), and the "Mercury Playback Engine" error is back.
And the .MOV files are still compressed in the Program Monitor. I have a project that I completed in 6.0.3, but is now messed up in 6.0.5.
Help please. Is the only solution downgrading to Premiere 6.0.3, and if so, must I do a clean install of the program from the DVD?
Thanks,

Thanks so much for your quick responses.
@Kevin, the strange thing is this: Express purchased this iMac and the Adobe Creative Suite back in January of this year, and the computer and software have worked flawlessly since that time.
It was only after upgrading, first to Mac OS 10.9 Mavericks (which I later downgraded back to 10.8.5), and then to Premiere 6.0.5, that I began experiencing problems.
Prior to these upgrades, I never received the "Missing Renderer" message, nor did I experience any lagging problems or problems relating to .MOVs in the Program Viewer.
Hi Randy,
I'm sorry. I really don't know the answer to your question, or how that happened. All I know is that the card is not supported for CS6. I guess we have a mystery on our hands.
harris1966 wrote:
Any insight on why I never experienced problems until upgrading software?
Sorry, it is behaving as if your text file was hacked prior to you receiving the computer. After you updated the OS, a new text file without your card was created. Your card would not be listed in that file because it is not supported.
harris1966 wrote:
Are you saying that PP doesn't support NVIDIA 680 MX cards "now that the software is at 6.05"? Or PP doesn't support that card at all, under any software version?
The card is supported for Premiere Pro CC, but not prior to that.

Again, thanks so much for your help.
You're welcome!

Simple tap Not available in NZ
Simpletap is great, and very useful but i can't access the tile store
I was wondering why simple tap is not avaliable in New Zealand and was wondering if there was a workaround
Solved!
Go to Solution. The SimpleTap app store is in the process of being shut down. I'm not sure the exact status of it (whether it has already been disabled or will soon be disabled) but it's definitely going away. Sorry for this inconvenience.

Google App Engine Launcher: wxPython is not available
Hi
I'm trying to launch the "google-appengine-wx-launcher-svn" application but I have encountered a problem. First of all, GAE needs python2.5 to work, so I installed python25. To start the application I need to enter now
python2.5 /opt/google-appengine-wx-launcher-svn/GoogleAppEngineLauncher.py
which is inconvenient. But there's a simple fix to that I think, right?
The more important thing is that i have installed wxpython but GAE says during startup:
wxPython is not available
and terminates. How can I tell python2.5 that/where wxpython is installed?
I already tried to add
sys.path.append("/usr/lib/python2.7/site-packages/wx-2.8-gtk2-unicode/wx/py/")
to GoogleAppEngineLauncher.py but python is still complaining.
Best,
Picoliheadkase wrote:I'm no expert but I believe you need to install wxPython for Python 2.5 not try to use the Python 2.7 version. Each version of Python needs to be independent. You cannot use the libraries installed in one version in another version. So, you need to install wxPython for Python 2.5. Into wherever you installed Python 2.5.
Thanks for your answer. I tried that, but i seems to be cumbersome.
python2.5 setup.py build
and errors appear like
src/helpers.cpp:1982:52: error: cannot convert ‘int*’ to ‘Py_ssize_t* {aka long int*}’ for argument ‘3’ to ‘int PyString_AsStringAndSize(PyObject*, char**, Py_ssize_t*)’
google says
http://forums.fedoraforum.org/archive/i … 74836.html
but before I do that, is there no other way to get it to work?

I am based in the UK and have just got a new iphone 6, everything works well except when i try to turn on the itunes store app - i can do a search and buy music etc that way, within the app, however, if i go to Music, Movies or the TV shows section within the Store app, i get a message come up saying "Item Not Available" - This item you've requested is not currently available in the UK Store, but it is available in the US store. Tap Change Store to view this item". I therefore cannot browse the music, movies or tv shows sections at all, nothing shows up except that message. All my previous itunes purchases have downloaded ok, and i can access them. My apple ID works fine and restrictions on the iphone are turned OFF. The App Store app works normally. Connection etc is all fine and I can access itunes in the normal way on my ipad and laptop, so this is just an iphone problem. Any ideas? is this a bug? I cant find anyone else with exactly the same problem. By the way, the same message comes up when i click on the red Music icon, on the iphone (situated next to the Safari icon) and then go to the "Store" via that app. my playlists are in tact, but as soon as i click that Store button, I am told that the Item is unavailable - not that i have chosen any Item lol, I just want to access the store in the normal way. Thank you in advance for any suggestions you can give
It is working now. I no longer get the message about the item not being available in the US and I can access the store.

BPM Composite Not Available Error
Hi,
Sometimes, after restarting the servers, I get the following error when I try to expand the BPM composite from soa_infra menu in Entreprise Manager:
"The composite QuoteProcessLab (1.0) is not available. This could happen because either the composite has been undeployed or soa-infra has not yet loaded this composite..."
This error indicates the non availability of the composite while the application, with its deployed version, appears in the soa-infra menu (left menu in EM).
For my tests, I'm working on Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 and using Firefox 3.6.2 (also Google Chrome) as browser.
Thanks for any help.
Hanin

Is ReviewObjectType something you defined in your project?

Requested resource is not available
I asked this question in the forum before. And I have followed up the messages with regard to the same problem experience by one of the forum members here. Hence I apologize if i am posting this again.
This is with regard to the bookstore tutorial of J2EE 1.4 final version.I seem to have followed all the steps properly. I have set up the JDBC resource too. I am able to deploy the application successfully, as I get a message saying "Operation completed successfully"
But when i do http"//localhost i get the following error
HTTP Status 404 - /bookstore1/bookstore
type Status report
message /bookstore1/bookstore
description The requested resource (/bookstore1/bookstore) is not available.
But should I check to see if bookstore1 is deployed with other applications. ANd what does that mean?

the requested resource(bookstore1/bookstore1 not available
do i need to check web.xml now?
I am suspicious of the first 2 lines of code. My J2ee home is under D:\ and my j2eetutorial too is under D:\. So why is it talking about MyDocuments?
