Target is not coming in KKBC_PKO report
Hi,
In KKBC_PKO report showing actual cost for for the given period i.e 05. but the same time it is not showing the target cost. I have checked the COSP table for the target cost. It is also not there. In KKS5 report showing the target and Actual. All the target and actual is updated upto period 04. but only for 05 it is not updated in table level and also in kkbc_pko report.
Can anyone help me in this regard.

Thanks for your reply. Configuration is correct. I want to know when COSP table will update. Because actual is updating on transaction basis. But target cost is not there for current period. My doubt is whether this will update only at the settlement.

If you created your reports in logon language english , for the info objects (Custom info objects) for which you have not maintained German description will not be displayed if you logon in german.
Also for the formulas or new selection what ever you create in language in EN will not display the description in Language DE.
So Logon in Language DE and maintain the corresponding descriptions in your report.

Documents not coming in the report taken for reversal reason code
Hi,
We have defined the various reason codes for document reversal.
When we try to take the report based on the reason code in FB03 or FAGLL03, the reversal doucment is not coming up.
Is there any setting for it? or how to get that report? We need that report to authorize the reversals.

Please note that In standard SAP, the reversal reason code gets stored in the original document which is reversed. It does not get stored in the reversal document.
You can get the report based on the field STBLG (Reverse Document Number) and STJAH (Reverse document fiscal year).
This will be filled up for both original document and reversal document. And the clearing document number will be same for both the documents, so you can easily link the two documents in FAGLL03 output layout using sorting based on clearing document and filtering based on the two fields given.

i have did sd and billing and actual settlement through va88
i can able to values in ke24 actual line items.
but when i cant able to see values in ke30 copa report aganist sales order characteristic
and aganist record type A values are not flowing in copa report.

i have again prepare actual line items report from ke94 ,ke91 and executed report ,
here for that particular sales order values are flowing through record type C but not flowing for record type A.
sales order is not displaying for record type A.
and for that c only revenue and and raw material cost is flowing.

WBS is not coming in S_ALR_87013564 Report
Dear Experts,
we are using automatic revenue planning (revenue from sales order). we are creating two sales order for each projrct. one is for supply items and other is for service item.
we are using 564 report to see our plan revenue. in this report all supply wbs elements and their plan revenue is coming but Service WBS is not showing....
please help me.

Check for the account determination in sales order to which u assigned service WBS in the project.
Open sales order in VA02 go to environment > analysis > account determination.
If the account determination is not done properly u will not see the revenue in reports.

I have created a multiprovider based on two cubes...have done neccessary identification and selection as well. But the query->web report is not displaying data from one cube. It only displays data for char n kf for one cube and the char n kf for other cube dosent show any data. Also, there are no filters set in the query and data is also available in both the cubes.
Can anyone please suggest what must be going wrong. Your help will be surely rewarded.

When i go to FBL1N Report ( Vendor Line Items Display ) , and execute it inside the Purchasing document field i am not getting the Purchase Order number , its blank , why is it so , is there any extra settings to be done for that

The link says to develop report for open items. However it can be extended to include all items.

Raw material cost not coming KE30 profitability report
Dear Gurus,
We have two material type for our finished product for one material type without having cost release for current period we can't release the billing document for accounts but in other material type we can release the billing document for account without releasing the cost for current period.
This occurs with problem that in KE30 we are not receiving the raw material cost & administration cost. Please suggest what should I do to correct this?

Earlier before release i assigned in T.code ke4i

Then some value flow to copa
After i release i removed stock value from ke30 report and added material cost ,sub contracting cost,material overhead but no value flown CO-PA.

Surcharge is not coming in Challan
Hi Gurus,
IAfter FB60,we create remittance challan(J1INCHLN) for Form 16A.When executing J1INCHLN,the system generate Challan no. and showing following details of challan:

I have defined surcharge as "CS",but it is not coming in challan.

(Request for reporting available) is not coming in Cube
Hi All,
I have Cube & DSO.
I added fields in DSO & Cube.
Cube1 has Aggregrates built on it.i added 5 infoobjects on it, Now when i load data from DSO to Cube(Request for reporting available) is not coming up. i cant do reporting on it. can anyone help.

Since aggregates are there on that cube....until and unless you do the roll up that request will not be available for Reporting...

ALV report value is not coming in output
Hi all,
I have developed one ALV report using ABAP OOPS. i have used Custom Container to display my all values.
below are the methods i am calling to dispaly and all values is coming in T_DATASET[] ans fcat, But after Executing my report it is not displaying any value.
my container is blank in output only fcat-coltext is coming and fieldname value is not coming.
wa_fcat-fieldname = 'T_DATASET-KAVS'.
wa_fcat-coltext = ' '.

CHANGING

Web Analysis report is not coming with the border/logo/heading while print
Hi All,
I am using 9.3.1 version of hyperion planning were Web Analysis report is not coming with the border/logo/heading while printing with the option "print all object", Only the data grid is coming in the print. If I use "print screen" it is coming with border/logo/heading but it gives a screenshot of the report, that won't cater out need.
So please suggest us with a resolution to have border, logo and heading, while using Print all object.

In scripts when you will see print preview the logo will be not shown up with clarity.Take the print out of the document and check whether logo is printing up with clarity.
